AFC rocks! After getting no help or tests when crazy sick from my soon-to be-former primary doctor, I went for help at 7 pm when my eye started swelling and oozing. They tested me for flu, Covid, strep everyone was so kind even though it was late and close to closing. I left with a flu diagnosis, antibiotics for my eye and eye drops, super awesome cough pills and advice on sinus rinsing. I was such a mess and they helped me so much! In two days I was feeling way better and was so grateful! Always a great experience at AFC in Louisville. Professional, kind, thorough and compassionate! Love these folks!

The whole staff was incredibly kind and was so patient with me as I was assessing my options for care. They made sure to listen to everything I had to say and even explained potential reasons why I was feeling what I was feeling and why it most likely wasn't what another doctor told me it was. They offered me snacks and drinks while I waited for X-Ray results, which is more care I've ever gotten anywhere else. When I left, I felt confident that I was cared for properly and like the staff truly cared for my well being. I wish they weren't just an urgent care because I would love to have any of these doctors as a primary care doctor. They are all truly amazing and I could never thank them enough!

Fast and effective urgent care treatment. I pre-registered through the website which was easy and quick. It no doubt sped up the in person appointment. The front desk folks, nurses and doctors were nice. I felt heard and cared for properly. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the staff and the service they provided. We got there just before closing and they still took us in and took care of us very quickly. We appreciated them taking us in and the caring service they provided. To be honest, I had not been impressed with any urgent care facilities until visiting AFC. They truly care.

Very friendly staff who was very kind and attentive. I injured my heels and they brought a wheelchair to assist me from and back to the car. The online registration process is easy, and the front desk staff was very easy to reach via phone to ask questions. Highly recommended!

No one should have a favorite urgent care but this is my favorite urgent care! Over the course of 2 years living so close to AFC Urgent Care, my boyfriend and I have made numerous trips her and every time has been a pleasant experience. We’ve had everything from stitches, COVID tests, IV’s and much more! The staff has always been helpful and kind, both the front desk and medical staff. On one occasion, I had called back after my visit to ask a question and was actually able to talk to the provider I saw and she was incredibly helpful and gave me great advice that ultimately led me to figuring out a diagnosis. The check-in process is very streamlined and easy, the costs are upfront and reasonable.

I’ve had two really terrific experiences here. Both times I was taken back and seen almost immediately. Everyone who helped me was kind, gracious, compassionate and willing to listen. The care provided was excellent on both occasions. During my most recent visit, my situation required follow up care and I had been contacted for my next appointment before even leaving urgent care. In other words, they care. Prices for self pay are very reasonable and entire staff has proven helpful and patient. Highly recommend!

I definitely understand why this place has such great reviews. Everyone was so kind and empathetic, and Leah worked really hard to not only understand my really strange disease progression, but also to treat it with the utmost care given the life circumstances that I'm up against this week that she took the time to understand as well. I don't think I've ever had a medical professional really listen to me the way she did - I felt like we were friends by the end! It was a lovely experience which was so welcome after a week and a half of escalating illness. I'll definitely go back if and when the need arises.

Everyone, from receptionist, to tech and Dr., was kind and quick. Really appreciated it as I was not feeling good. Also loved having my prescription available in house. Saved me a trip to the pharmacy and, as I was from out of town and it was early in the morning before pharmacies were even open yet, it saved me the hassle. Thanks for getting me back on the road to feeling better!

Everyone at the office was spectacular and extremely kind. Jayme, the Dr., is an absolute asset and very quick. Robyn was extremely kind, as was David and Julie (I think that’s right) that checked us in. I will be doing a Google review as well, and I have all of their names written down. It meant a lot to me because I usually don't like going to doctors, and it's usually a last resort. Everyone there was so kind. I would gladly go back anytime I'm sick. Love them! We brought my littlest one in and we’re blown away by the team! We had a very little wait time, the front staff was very nice and the nurses were amazing! Our nurse was especially great with my 2 year old. They were very attentive and carrying the minute we walked in. One of the best urgent cares in the area!!

Second visit here, it's a family affair. The staff here is a pleasure to work with through a stressful moment of our lives, they help make it palatable. Efficient with my time, easy sign in, punctual process, so far and few between when it comes to urgent cares. Thank you guys for making life's difficult moments manageable.

The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I had a particularly positive experience at the front desk, as a non-local resident, I asked for help in activating my travel insurance. Although it took some time, she was very patient throughout the process. The rest of the staff was equally attentive, willingly answered questions and provided all the necessary explanations and care.

Visiting from out of the state and needed to get care for a bad cough and cold. I scheduled on line which was very convenient. The receptionist was wonderful despite the volume of patients at the center. Wait time minimal and the care is great. If you need to get some relief , do not hesitate to go there! There’s a super nurse, a person to check your blood pressure, etc., and he’s great. And, Payton, a personable, efficient worker. Stay well.

We were very grateful you were open at 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday. We first went to a hospital-affiliated urgent care, but they were woefully understaffed that they turned us away. We were so impressed with the online registration process that we were able to complete in the car on the way over, and the efficiency and competence of the many professionals we encountered from desk staff to X-ray tech to medical providers. Thank you! Will remember you for future needs!

Showed up 10 min till closing with a deep finger laceration. I was greeted with a smile from the moment I walked in and the immediate sense that I would be taken care of! They got me signed in and back to a room for sutured within 10 minutes. Jamie, MA and Leah, FNP were so personable and made the painful situation as comfortable as possible! The front office employee, hate that I didn’t get her name, even check on our dog in the car (AC was on) while I was getting stitched up and reported back he was doing just fine. Everyone really went above and beyond and I could not have asked for a better experience following an injury. 10/10 recommend!

The staff here was extremely friendly and seemed not only to take time to treat my daughter but also to connect with her. We both felt completely at ease and well informed throughout the entire process. They made, what can be a very stressful situation, feel a lot more manageable. Highly recommend!

This was our first time here. All the staff were extremely kind and friendly. My daughter hates having any tests done and the PA made her feel safe and calm. Big thank you to everyone who helped me yesterday! I was really stressing about the state of my asthma, especially since my primary care physician/health plan is in a different state, and everyone at AFC was so kind and made me feel so at ease. I started the oral steroids yesterday and woke up this morning already feeling a little better and breathing a little more easily. Really appreciated the follow-up call today too. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately I've had to visit this urgent care a number of times this year. They are always super speedy and friendly. The providers who have worked with me are always incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Techs and lab folks are also amazing. I really appreciate everyone at this urgent care and highly recommend them. I also really love how they have some medications available at this facility, so oftentimes I don't even have to visit a pharmacy after coming here!

Amazing! Efficient and timely ~ the entire staff was excellent! We are from out of state and ended up with a fractured arm. They ensured we had the CD for imaging and an open ortho referral when we returned home. Would recommend AFC urgent care to anyone in need! #Grateful from Washington!

Robin and Alex were so personable, friendly, professional and thorough. I am an out of state patient, so I was very nervous being in an unfamiliar place and in a lot of pain, but they made me feel completely at ease. The care I received from the moment I walked through the door was exceptional. Even as I was leaving, a kind staff member told me they hoped I was feeling better soon, explained how they genuinely loved their job after I commented on how kind everyone was, and even offered to open the door for me since I was on crutches. I also appreciated the upfront and transparent list of self-pay costs. I would most certainly recommend this facility and its amazing staff to anyone who was looking for the real deal in healthcare.

I had such a great experience here! I came in for a covid test and was in and out within 15 minutes. All the staff are extremely efficient and friendly. The EMT Laney was so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. (I have a fear of doctors offices) I will definitely be returning to this place for any other medical needs!!

I decided to come to your clinic because I saw online it was part of the “Test to Treat” providers.  Also, our family had used your clinic services in the past for getting the PCR testing for travel.  I thought the whole experience from scheduling an appointment until check out was very efficient.  It was great to be able to complete the forms from home.  Getting a text alert with a 20 minute window for the appointment was great.  I was taken right in and everything went smoothly.  Thank you!

Every time I visit it's a pleasant experience. I never wait long to see a doctor and everyone I interact with from start to finish is genuinely very nice and easy to get along with.
