    I am having the worst customer experience with DPD. Their website is awfully made - if you do not have a number from the country you are sending it and/or a number from the country you will receive it, be prepared for a lot of troubles. Not even one of the customer service's numbers from one of the countries worked.

    THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY. For 3 days home and sending me emails that nobody is home.NOT CALLING TO SCHEDULE THE PICK UP , NOT ARRIVING WHEN IN TRANSPORT, NO WAY TO KNOW WHEN THE TRUCK ARRIVES, SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. THEN I CALL 3 TIMES, 2 OF WHICH THEY CAN NOT FIND THE NUMBER THEY SENT ME OVER EMAIL, ASKING ME TO CONTACT AMAZON. WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

    Never put your home address ..they doesn't come to home...they leave your parcel at nearest dpd center without letting you know...without sending any notification...you have to find nearest dpd center to confirm is my package is hear or not...bad service bad drivers

    I failed to receive 2 packages because of them. The first package I bought from a store who had to refund me and I’m yet to find out what happens to the second one. They lie about delivering and you not being home and I did not leave the house that day waiting for them. Then they said the address was incorrect and in a week they simply ship them back. Well the first order was not even shipped and that was almost a year ago. I’m seriously questioning how they are still operating. Is anyone receiving their packages? Is this a matter of luck? Absolutely horrifying experience.

    The drivers won't find the address, even if it is the tallest building on the square they admit they were, and will return your package. They will not call you. Instead you'll have to call them to give all the same address and they will try again. Oh, and you'll pay for the call so you can receive the package. All the people you'll find along the long course of delivery will be as rude as you can't even imagine.

    Our postcode is for the village not our house, most people can not find us DPD did. Package turned up in the timeslot given and in good condition. Well done and thank you.

    I don't know where to start, but having used DPD in UK, I am shocked at the quality of service and lack of information and interest by customer services and delivery drivers in Portugal. The service is poor, no deliveries on weekends, they only operate Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm. They do not provide a real tracking service, information is not updated regularly by drivers, and the way the orders are rebooked are bogus. Driver claims he could not find my address!!! Despite me having ordered from same sender and having recieved parcels before with no issue. I can't understand how the same company that operates in other countries has completely different business modules!!! All international companies seem to stick to one... Not DPD Really poor service and not to mention the fact the parcel I expected and paid for to be delivered in 48 hours had an urgency as I am a small business owner and rely on the supplies in the parcel!

    Stayed two days at home to wait for the deliveries,in the delivery window (the second day) was waiting outside the house to be sure i receiv the package,noone seen and they write later that the address is incorect,when all over companies deliver without a problem.As i heard from couriers from other carriers its a usual practic from dpd to say that the address is incorect.

    My suitcase was sent with their door-to-door service to Spain one month ago and has never arrived. Allegedly, there was a failed delivery attempt but no one ever showed up here. The suitcase has gone back & forth between the countries. No one at the company picks up the phone or is willing to help. Never again.
