First off they made us pull forward for one item. Then others pulled up too, blocking the driveway. Cars honking! What a mess!!! So trying to beat the clock with great drive through times means you get food out in great time. Not pile us all down the drive through to cheat. Then to top it off messed up the 1 item I got!!! Retraining needed!! Oh and apologize when you mess up someone's order!

If you need a quick bite to eat on the run that's "Quite-Tasty", this is the place to be and get it for a Breakfast fill. Jont on through the drive-thru? The service is quick and polite. I got a deal with my Carl's Jr. coupon that was 2 Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuits for $3.50. And I got them with Extra Bacon. Yep! Yep! Extra Bacon and Strawberry Jam. I know it sounds or maybe taste weird for some folks. But the Strawberry Jam is "Da Bomb-Diggitty" on it. It adds a "Delish" element to this Breakfast Sandwich. Oh Yeah, it does! You go out and "Getcha Sum"?

I have traveled to multiple Hardee's and Carl's Jr in multiple states , and at this particular Carl's Jr was not only the cleanliness one I've been too but the service was outstanding as well!! The general manager Taylor of this place is totally on her A game . Give her a promotion...

Fries were hot but the double hamburge overlycooked. The person who attended me had told me that it had been busy. Still, dissapointed. I had to wait for my meal longer than expected. Had only one vehicle in front of me and it was 4pm in the afternoon.

Went through the drive thru and was asking questions about some items on the menu and got major attitude from the employee and got told to hold on multiple times while ordering. Employee was not wearing a name tag and had no friendly manor about him/her. Very unpleasant visit and will be taking my business somewhere else for fast food. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

I didn't actually eat here. But I jump started a guys car. But his alternator belt was broken. So I drove him home. Marcus was such a nice guy.

Food is good but that location needs an update stat! It's a throwback to the early 90s with literally nothing going on. We were the only ones sitting in the restaurant on a Friday night.

I ordered a #1 and a small French fries. The guy taking the order asked small fries in addition to, I said yes. He hands me my drink, the lid is half off and spilled all over me and my car, when I said something he just said oh and shut the window. I got back to and no small fries, yes I paid for them.

They are generally efficient and don't ever get my orders wrong like some of the neighboring chains. No matter who is working though there seems to be a general moral issue. Everyone is kind of just so angry compared to other places but they do their job well.

I avoided this location since my terrible service a few months ago. Decided to give it a try again. Food was spot on It was exactly what we ordered and was fresh! Probably the first time I have ever had a fresh order of fries in my adult life. Not sure if management changed or all the bad employees cycled out? Maybe I just showed up at the right time? Im suspect, but felt compelled to write a positive review. Keep it up Loveland Carls Jr! Thank you for the positive experience!

The best service I've ever gotten in my whole life. I would highly recommend Carl's junior as one of the best restaurants in the entire world.

If I could give anything less than 1 star I would. The way my food was put together was disrespectful and they only handed over one drink for my order. In fact my order was so bad if I don't get my refund I'll contact corporate.

Their 🍔 are always stacked and the best... They don't mess around when you want a hamburger 😲...... My son loves his chicken stars

Taylor was the best host she was and her crew showed us such customer service, and such kindness will come back every day for lunch

My favorite biscuits and gravy with tator rounds and a hi-c fruit punch no ice and a free cinnamon roll with a combo purchase compliments of a coupon I recommend going it's always hot and fresh yum!!!
