I ordered a dbl cheese burger and a small orange juice. I only received the OJ after waiting 10 minutes and I left. I will never go back. The staff is incompetent. This has happened many times to me with this location. WORSE MCDONALD'S IN THE STATE OF COLORADO!

I went through the drive through & I got a cinnamon roll which it was hard as a rock & I could not even eat it. What a waste of money!! I'm very disappointed with McDonald's considering in the past the place used to be good & clean no matter the day or time. The service was quick and the employees were nice, & respectful. I went inside to use the bathroom and that was really dirty!! I decided to hold my bladder till I got home cause there was no way I was going to use the facilities here!! It was on the 4 of July around 10pm in Loveland when I got there. I hope that those issues get addressed soon cause that was bad. First time in years since I had to give a bad review with McDonald's!

Could this be the worst operated McDonald's in the country? Seems like the employees are aiming for that. If there is any management/supervision at this location, they are so bad at their job they may as well not be. If there are any kind, capable employees at this location, please drop me a line and I'll help you get a job somewhere else. The worst, slowest, most inept service you'll ever get. Clown show extraordinaire - imagine being this bad at serving food to people in a timely manner. I'll never, ever go back here and you shouldn't either :)

Messed up my order, brought me back cold fries and chicken sandwich, with another incorrect order. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Brought it back to Jason the manager 445pm 11/19/23, he says there’s nothing he can do about it have a good night. This is absurd.

Always numerous dirty tables every morning if you're going to allow dine in at least clean the damn tables!!! Also stop bringing my dine in food to me in to go bags and serve the food on a tray!

Rude. Order was not correct… got to window to pickup, reiterated my order. Staff at window confused by the fact that they have a different drink for the order. I tell them the correct drink, super easy fix, however, “it’s not the drink on my screen.” Great! I’m telling you it’s not correct. No need to go back and forth about it. For real, why do you need to argue with me? It’s just a drink. Staff seem bothered af to help you. Maybe just a bad morning?

One of the only fast food places that has not messed up my order most the time in the loveland, Fort Collins area. Staff always friendly , orders always right. At least for the breakfast time!

I thought of a really amazing, in-depth review for this McDonald's. It was gonna be epic. You would have laughed, cried, and never ever needed to read another review ever again, because it could never compare to what you had just read. I would have gone into GREAT detail about how convenient the kiosks are (both for customers and the staff). PAGES would have been written about how the combination of rewards and deals can be used to eat super cheap. You would have SWOONED to find out about the restaurants' cleanliness, and staff friendliness. All of this and more would have combined into the ultimate restaurant review, and your lives would have been forever changed. But then I took a nap and forgot what I was gonna say, so all you tell it this: I like it at this restaurant.

i went on the drive thru and ordered fries when i got home i was eating my fries. when i’m done with them i noticed a black think at the bottom so i shock it and a bug was there i was grossed out. DONT SPEND MONEY THERE🤢😡not to mention the two guys that were there were so rude and unprofessional.

This is the most terrible McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Such dishonest people running abs working here! Came through the drive through to grab dinner for the family..paid with 100$ bill and they gave me back a fake 50$ bill. I had a bad feeling about it so I parked..went in and talked to them about my concern. The manager insured me that it was real and sent me on my way. I went to another store right after to grab some soda for our meals and was shocked to have the cashier threaten to call the cops on me for a FAKE 50$ bill! Luckily the cashier believed I had not known and let me leave with it. I then returned to McDonald’s to retrieve my money and the manager as completely rude! Didn’t want to change out the fake bill until I threatened to call the cops on her! Not cool! I do NOT NOT NOT recommend eating here! They’re rude and thieves!

I ordered 80 pieces of nuggets which you only gave Me 40. I called and was told I would get my 40 nuggets and when I got there. I was informed that I wasn't able to get the 40 pieces I paid for since I didn't know the managers name or if it was a male or female. Neither I or my family will ever go to this McDonald's again.

Don't waste your time at this location. I ordered a fish sandwich, no cheese, apparently that through them for a loop. We've been there enough to know to check the order as it is never right. The fish came with cheese on it so we gave it back and request no cheese once again. When we get it back this time it is smothered in so much tartar sauce I can't even see the fish and the top on the bun had sauce all over it, you can't even pick it up. I give up and requested a refund, the manager didn't even ask why let alone offer an apology. I was excited when we arrived because there was no one in drive through and we were the only customers inside, I was thinking we'd have great service and our order would be right. I was wrong.

One of the cleanest and friendliest McDonald's I've ever seen. I come here for lunch sometimes and I've been delighted every time. I would especially like to recognize the team member named Mason, who always comes by my table to see if need anything. He is always extremely helpful and respectful. Looking forward to my next visit :)

Not happy at all. My husband went thru the drive thru ordered a double cheese burger extra cheese no onions only big mac sauce with pickles. came home with a double cheese burger no onion no pickle so he went back to get it fixed talked to the manager and got the "right" thing. It was made all sloppy and had fricken ketchup on it after he said only big Mac sauce and it tasted absolutely terrible like someone wiped their butt so me being pregnant wanting my craving I went it AGAIN and spoke to the same manager this time, there were still onions and it was a regular cheese burger not a double. And I gave up three times and they still couldn't get it right. All I wanted was a double cheese burger no ketchup no mustard only big mac sauce, extra cheese, and no onions.

I enjoyed my visit here so much!!! The massage was amazing & the girls there were so sweet & informative about the area. So I enjoyed the conversation, too!! Highly recommend & will definitely keep them on my radar!

We did drive thru and ordered the Grimmace meal. They were out of the flavor for the drink and didn't want to sell us the meal with a different drink. The fries were cold. The chicken nuggets were hard. Usually everything is good but today they were having a rough day. 😕
