We rented all four lofts for a family wedding and loved every minute of it! Reserved spots across the street allowed us to park the cars and spend the weekend walking, talking, laughing, biking and celebrating. Two separate entries to the Lofts allow access to many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The lofts were clean, modern and welcoming. We always appreciate great showers, hot water, comfy beds and bedside outlets for phone charging. Kitchen was great and we had hot coffee each morning. We loved the porch and hung out here every morning. Access to the trail was perfect for walking and e-bike rentals. We stayed Sunday through Wednesday and the bar noise was never an issue. Eric and Stephanie were so responsive and checked on us throughout our stay.

I will be returning! These lofts are so cute and clean! Easy to get into, comfy bed and great views! We stayed one night for a concert in Cincinnati. We love the street these lofts are at. Tons of restaurants and shops. We did not realize the weekend we chose was Oktoberfest. Stephanie reached out proactively and made sure we had our reserved parking spot before we arrived. She and her husband were very nice and made our stay awesome! I only wish I had booked more nights!

This little boutique hotel in the middle of downtown Loveland is the perfect romantic getaway! We actually stayed here for our honeymoon after getting married close by. The room is stylish and I felt a great value for how well it is kept. The outdoor balcony was great for hanging out.

My husband and I stayed at the Loveland Lofts Boutique Hotel in September. It is a charming place to stay in the heart of downtown Loveland! Steps away from the bike trail and all the restaurants and shops! Besides the perfect location, this place was very clean and comfortable! It is so cute! Stephanie is also very communicative and gets back to you quickly! The information she sends out beforehand is so helpful and thorough. She makes sure you are informed even if you are unfamiliar with the area. Overall we had a great stay and would love to stay again!! Highly recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying in the Loveland Lofts the last couple of times I’ve been in the area on business. The location is ideal and very walkable, with easy access to the bike trail, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The space is very clean and has a very comfortable bed. The provided parking space is very convenient, and entry/exit instructions were easy. Host communication and responsiveness is excellent. I’ll look to continue staying here on future trips to the area!

Found our new "staycation" spot! We stayed in Loft #1 and were more than impressed with the room. Giant windows overlooking E Loveland Ave give this room so much natural light. Two private entrances with electronic locks made it super easy to get in and out of our room to the streets below. Location was perfect, right above Bishops Quarter, fantastic restaurant I might add. We were thankful reserved parking was included; didn't have to fight the Friday night traffic for a rare parking spot. There are so many restaurants and bars to visit during the night and the following morning we loved walking over to Mile 42 for some coffee and breakfast. Whether you are looking for a night away from the kids or a weekend getaway, I highly recommend the Lofts of Loveland.

The room was very comfortable, and large. Nice welcome gifts, and great parking. Things I would change: - need a light at the back door and on the deck. Very dark and hard to see the keypad. - some of the signage could be done professionally and not paper:handwriting - a sign at the bottom of the staircase to find the elevator easier - ask the restaurant to clean up the alley/loading dock - not your fault, but an ugly start to your visit. Lots of garbage and cigarette butts. Also the staircase could use a good power washing. Will for sure stay again when I’m in town!

We came in for a wedding weekend with family and stayed at the Lofts for a couple of days. We were pleasantly surprised. It was so much better than we expected. After reading past reviews, we were a little wary about what to expect during our stay, but, apparently, there is now new management who did a fantastic job at making our stay relaxing and enjoyable! The rooms are so cute with a comfortable sitting area with leather chairs & couches and tv. The kitchenette has a full sized fridge, microwave, plenty of counter space and basic kitchen utensils. The bed was very comfy as well. There is a restaurant/bar on the bottom floor that had a band playing on our first night, but they finished up around 10-10:30pm and, honestly, the live music was fantastic so we didn’t mind. There is also a private balcony/patio for guests to use that has lots of comfy seating and a large rectangular bar table. A couple of nights, we went down to the bar, got some drinks, and brought them back up to the balcony/patio to enjoy with a few family members we hadn’t seen in awhile. Just an absolutely wonderful stay. I highly recommend the lofts and will definitely stay here when I return.

Great location to restaurants, bars, desserts, and the Loveland trail. Easy check-in and convenient parking. You can just walk around and enjoy the scenery, people watching, and atmosphere. Be aware that if you stay Friday or Saturday nights, it will be loud inside the room until 11pm and it is still noisy until after a bit after midnight. However, we stayed out late anyway, so it was a minor inconvenience. Highly recommend Loveland Lofts for an unique experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Loveland Lofts. The room was beautiful and we had everything we needed. The bed and bedding was the most comfortable I had ever experienced. The location made our trip the best ever. We had so many restaurants to choose from and we could just walk to them all. The Lofts are near the Little Miami Trail which was a bonus. My husband and I are already planning our next stay.

We recently stayed for a night (after a day of biking on the trail) and found the room to be very comfortable, clean, and up-to-date. Remote check-in was smooth. The king bed in our room (#1) was very comfortable. Great location. If you are noise-sensitive in the early evening I understand that one of the other rooms (over the band/bar area in the restaurant below) can be noisy until 10p or so when the music ends. I know this in part because the hosts were very up front about it when I called prior to making a reservation. We did not notice noise from below in our room and we had a great stay. We'll return.

Loveland Lofts Review - Suite 1 Check in/out: 4/5 Email with codes and instructions arrived before checking in and worked without issues. The alley way we were told to use was blocked by a band’s trailer. Had to park at Narrow Path Brewing before moving to the parking lot across the street. 10am check out is a bummer as most retail shops don’t open until noon. Location: 5/5 Great location with several walkable shops and restaurants. Easy access from street as well. Ramsey's Trailside and Hometown were great! Amenities: 4/5 Clean and spacious place to stay. Comfortable bed and sheets. Reserved parking is awesome! Shower could use a door and the curtains would not close all the way in Loft 1. Noise: 2/5 Lots of noise from the street with loud cars and Bishops Quarter has a band playing until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Early morning noises from the restaurant/neighboring spaces as well. Overall: 4/5 Great place to stay for the weekend and much better than your run of the mill hotel. Just wish it was a quieter location.

The lofts are in the perfect location in the middle of town. The room is spacious, very clean and modern with everything we needed. There is a large shared outside patio available. We always had it to ourselves. We've stayed here before and came back. And we would definitely recommend the place if you are visiting Loveland.

We LOVED the location and walkability of the Lofts. There is a super large private patio (shared by guests) that we used the first night. We were the only ones using the patio, so it was nice. Loft #4 was stylish, had great decor, a personal touch, super clean and for the most part, well stocked. The small kitchenette had coffee, creamer (and “to go” coffee cups!), a little welcome basket with water and a few snacks. Our stay was wonderful ((family of 4-with 2 teenagers) We were gone a lot, except for Saturday night. I knew from the previous reviews and the hosts that the bar upstairs could be a tad loud, so I was prepared. The worst part of the noise seemed like scooting furniture around upstairs. I knew about the noise from the reviews, so I’m giving a 5 star review… the managements communication was fantastic and the place was clean and the location… fabulous! LOVED it and we will be back.

My husband and I, as well as my parents and my brother all stayed here for a Wedding and it was a great experience overall. The rooms were incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. You can’t ask for a better location if you are wanting to be close to downtown Loveland!

We did a weekend at the Lofts for a wedding nearby . Our group rented 3 of the 4 rooms, deciding to make it a long weekend and we each loved them. The interiors are first rate and we enjoyed the deck each evening. It made our visit to Loveland so fun and easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The only drawback is the 10 AM check out!

We had SUCH a great time during our stay at the Loveland Lofts. We rented 3 of the 4 units (3 couples) for a fun surprise birthday getaway for my husband. The rooms were so cute and very clean. We used the outdoor patio for hanging out before heading to the cute shops and restaurants. The reserved parking spots were so convenient. It felt like we were on vacation. Such a great trip!

Wife and I took a bicycle trip from Cincinnati to Loveland on the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail for our anniversary. The location of the Loveland lofts is fantastic. Access to plenty of restaurants/taverns /ice cream/coffee bars. Rooms were very clean, up to date, and spacious. Communication with owners was very clear and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time and found the loft to be very comfortable (great bed), clean and accommodating. We loved the location that allowed us to walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and bars and appreciated the small touches such as the coffee station, water/snacks and ear plugs. While we could hear minimal traffic noise, there was no issue with the noises from the bar/restaurant. The easy check-in/check-out process, quick communications from host, as well as the designated parking space elevated our experience.
