How do I begin to review such an amazing restaurant. The price is always great on top of the staff constantly trying to help save some funds. Danyele at Loveland Wingshack is an outstanding employee! Her dedication to getting customers everything they would want with a great smile and positive attitude is worth mentioning. Her consistent help and understanding during all my visits has not been matched. With Fresh food and rotating sauces means I will always choose this restaurant over majority of their competitors. The environment in the restaurant is bright and open with sports, beer, arcade games and plenty of space for a few friends or so. I enjoy the culture of the staff as all the employees I've had the pleasure of having an interaction with have been so helpful and kind.

The fact that you could mess up wings this bad is really sad. There was no sauce on my wings or my girlfriend’s wings. Thank God we ordered an extra sauce on the side. She ordered the potato chips and got about 8 total in the bag. Wing stop could do better then this.

The flavor of the chicken dishes was absolutely delicious! 😋The chicken was incredibly tender, a solid 10 out of 10! The menu options were diverse and appealed to my taste buds. The service was top-notch, Matt was very friendly, attentive and honestly he gave me the best service I had for a long time. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Wing Shack!

I had the best conversation and order experience with a young man named Sutton. This man honestly went way above and beyond talking to me about my order and what I wanted. He helped me complete my order by explaining menu items and deals that they offered that many other people just wouldn't do or even know. I respect this man one hundred percent for learning and pushing the menu. I was unsure of what to get and he made it super easy for me, thanks Sutton! Don't change. He also helped me out with a hospitality coupon for free shishito peppers, how cool! This day in age is rare to get that kind of service, he should be the poster child of great customer service.

Called in a to go order and Sutton was extremely kind, caring and accommodating. I felt like a pain because I was ordering food for my vegan nephew and he checked to make sure that the sauces were vegan! Thank you so much. 10/10!

The problem with this wing shack is they’re consistently inconsistent with take out. One day their wings are cooked to perfection and have plenty of sauce and the fries are cooked well and not soggy or cold. The next time like our experience last night the wings are dry, overcooked and have barely any sauce at all. I even added a tip on my pick up order and they didn’t deserve it honestly after we got home and saw our food. We were so upset that we had looked forward to wings all week and paid good money for mostly inedible wings. The fries were gross & cold and soggy too! Not to mention they always put the kids meal fries inside the same container with the wings (makes zero sense) so unless you ask for them separate you will not have edible fries for your kids when you get home. I’d say dine in if you want consistency otherwise if you’re the owner or manager reading this you need to train your cooks and staff better so they don’t pack wings with no sauce and overcook the chicken. It is in fact a wing place! The chicken should be cooked perfectly. If this continues to happen, we will just go up to Jim’s wings where they get it right every time!

From the moment my friend and I stepped in we were greeted with such energy that made us feel welcome. Sutton was top notch! He informed us on combo deals we didn’t have a clue about. He was patient as we went back on forth on choosing what flavors we wanted. He even provided us a sauce sample to better make our decision. The kitchen crew was able to whip up my favorite sauce that is not normally on the menu. All around fantastic experience.

We order from Wing Shack often, last night was the best I've ever had from them. Requested extra crispy and extra saucy, all was done perfectly. New jalapeño ranch was very good. Very friendly staff, prices are good. Just wish they'd bring back fried zucchini.
