Horrible!
Terrible!
Tried
their
delivery
service
for
the
1st
time..
It
took
12
hours
AFTER
my
delivery
time
slot
for
my
groceries
to
be
delivered..
They
blamed
it
on
the
dash
driver
even
though
my
order
status
showed
that
my
items
had
never
even
left
the
store
and
were
still
being
prepared...
Then
after
that
ordeal
I
tried
their
curbside
pickup...
Items
were
missing
from
my
order
so
I
called
(and
called
and
called
and
called
because
no1
answers
the
phones)
and
when
someone
finally
answered
the
phone
this
guy
tells
me
"just
come
in
tomorrow,
grab
those
items
from
the
store
and
walk
out
with
them"...
The
guy
literally
told
me
to
shoplift
from
the
store!!
I
call
back
the
next
day
and
a
lady
tells
me
she
will
pick
the
items
and
have
them
ready
for
my
husband
to
pick
up..
My
husband
goes
to
pick
them
up
and
they
tell
him
they
have
no
order
for
me!
I
call
again
(at
this
point
I
am
very
understandably
angry)
and
the
lady
who
answers
tells
me
there
is
no
order
for
me
so
I
explain
(for
the
3rd
freaking
time)
that
it
was
TWO
MISSING
items
from
my
order
from
the
night
before
and
she
starts
arguing
with
me...
At
this
point
I
went
off
on
her
and
told
her
that
her
employees
should
not
be
telling
PAYING
CUSTOMERS
to
shoplift
and
that
they
need
to
train
them
better..
She
tells
me
that
if
I'm
gonna
act
this
way
she
has
every
right
to
cancel
my
order..
We
are
100%
done
with
ever
shopping
at
ANY
Walmart
ever
again...
I
have
always
treated
their
employees
good
every
time
I
have
ever
shopped
there
just
for
my
last
2
experiences
to
be
absolutely
miserable!!
TRAIN
YOUR
EMPLOYEES
BETTER
WALMART!!
This
was
so
beyond
ridiculous!!
