    Best part of Walmart is that the return process is easy. Most of the time, it's a very good or at least comparable price. And there are also good things to say about their eyeglasses.

    I worked for Walmart for several years, I have a lot of respect for the workers themselves and what they go through! Having said that, they as a company remain very understaffed, which leads to much less than great customer service and satisfaction! Their inventory is often off/wrong, pick up, delivery and shipping is constantly delayed and by the time you get notifications of items being unavailable, you have no options to change anything in your order! Lines are long and when they mess an order up, you have to jump through a series of ridiculous hoops, just to get a refund as only option, you simply can't count on them with any of it! It's designed to be a one shop stop for all of your basic needs, which is a wonderful idea, however it is simply not managed right to live up to that and give customer service and/or satisfaction to truly rate higher!!! Again, not the fault of the employees themselves, who are greatly unappreciated!

    These guys are really starting to annoy me. They pulled the old "bait and switch" on me for almost $600.00, on a laptop? When I tried to return it, even though I had proof that I had bought it there, they refused to give me a refund as I didn't have their receipt. Now I have to have my lawyer send out a "notice of intent to sue" and I will get them in to civil court, and I will cost them a whole lot more than $600.00, I'll bet my life on it!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 1 hour for 3 orders, most of which was 5 items. I was then denied an order that was given to a dasher who showed up 20 minutes after me. This lost me 7 dollars. Then, they were missing the barcode for an order, and the pick up team just left me alone. I had to go to customer service, have the greeter, a team lead, AND a coach offer assistance because the store pick up team could do nothing. This combined to a total loss of 30 bucks for my time and the literal lost work because Walmart can't do anything apparently.

    They cancelled my $200 pickup order citing “a huge accident”. When I called the store, they had no idea what accident customer service was talking about. They said the order looks cancelled on our end and did not offer any compensation. Last week, I brought my own bags and asked them if they could place the items in the bags since plastic has been outlawed and there is no option for paper bags. They said YES and still just threw the groceries in the back. My groceries were falling onto the ground when I opened my door.

    Worst services ever. They allow you to order groceries online/app but cannot even offer good communication when there are problems or make it right when they screw up. I have tried giving them another chance after one major problem with them and the my blew it. Extremely disappointed and will switch stores on principal and be willing to pay more. It is sad when it appears they are customer based business but doesn’t care about customers. Will not recommend them unfortunately!

    Horrible! Terrible! Tried their delivery service for the 1st time.. It took 12 hours AFTER my delivery time slot for my groceries to be delivered.. They blamed it on the dash driver even though my order status showed that my items had never even left the store and were still being prepared... Then after that ordeal I tried their curbside pickup... Items were missing from my order so I called (and called and called and called because no1 answers the phones) and when someone finally answered the phone this guy tells me "just come in tomorrow, grab those items from the store and walk out with them"... The guy literally told me to shoplift from the store!! I call back the next day and a lady tells me she will pick the items and have them ready for my husband to pick up.. My husband goes to pick them up and they tell him they have no order for me! I call again (at this point I am very understandably angry) and the lady who answers tells me there is no order for me so I explain (for the 3rd freaking time) that it was TWO MISSING items from my order from the night before and she starts arguing with me... At this point I went off on her and told her that her employees should not be telling PAYING CUSTOMERS to shoplift and that they need to train them better.. She tells me that if I'm gonna act this way she has every right to cancel my order.. We are 100% done with ever shopping at ANY Walmart ever again... I have always treated their employees good every time I have ever shopped there just for my last 2 experiences to be absolutely miserable!! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER WALMART!! This was so beyond ridiculous!!

    Staff usually helpful. Jan is our favorite cashier. Wednesday mornings seem to have the best stock -- except prior to a holiday. Optical is better at other locations but pharmacy is top notch. Flu and other innoculations are well done.

    Absolutely going to praise and thank God for Coach Stacy at the Denver Ave Walmart Super Center in Loveland, CO! A big huge THANK YOU!! You are employing an excellent upstanding human being that saved summer for my children. I ordered a pool for pick up the next day and the next day, some how my order was canceled in store right when I was getting in my vehicle to pick it up. I called the pick up department, and Coach Stacy came to my rescue, looked for my pool and found it! The original price I ordered it for was even honored! Thank you so much Coach Stacy! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    This is more of a general Walmart issue than an issue with this particular one, but I typically use the Walmart app to pay for what I buy. Unfortunately when you use the app, it won't print your receipt but rather send it to your phone. This creates the awkward issue of having the greeter ask for your receipt while your hands are full of stuff as you're walking out. If I'm being totally honest I'm not going to set my groceries on the floor just to pull out my phone and show them my digital receipt and would much rather have the receipt printed as well. It doesn't seem like this is an option, and if it is I don't know how to do it. The greeter tonight was understanding at least and I walked by without any issue but it does create a bit of an inconvenience. I don't want to come across as rude for not showing it, but it's a small tweak in the system that would save a headache.

    Had one person in the electronics section and they were extremely busy with 5 people looking for help. When she showed up and helped she did great. The employee held their end. Wallmart was filling

    It's a Walmart. Never had an issue going here. For how busy they are, shelves stay well stocked and faced. Staff I've run into has always been friendly. When I was trying on clothes the other day, the nice older lady made me laugh as I was coming in and out of the dressing room. She definitely deserves some recognition. She was working 7/22/2022 around 1-3pm. Self check out is always a breeze and it's just an easy place to shop for whatever you need.

    I like shopping online and having it mailed to me but as I reiterated it this weekend if you spend a little more time in the store you can usually get what you need or want for a lot cheaper in the store. I saved approximately 150.00 dollars on a few big items. Very happy 😊.

    It was a very good trip. I had a few items to return, which went smoothly & I didn't have to wait in line. Next I got a few really good deals in women's clothing. I also picked up a few groceries. Even check out was quick & painless!

    As far as Walmarts go, this one is mostly decent. The produce section is very lacking, however, if you’re into frozen food or canned goods etc, their selection is good. The store is well kept for the most part and the staff are polite. The chip readers at self checkout never seem to consistently work— which is unbearably annoying. Please fix it, thanks.

    There's something very strange about this walmart. If you're looking for cash back on a return, don't even bother to go to this one. For whatever reason, they just flat refuse to give cash refunds. The stores in Longmont don't even begin to argue, "I'll take cash please" and they hand it to you. This Loveland walmart is the worst walmart I've been at and I'm nearly 60 years old and have lived in 27 states in this country. This store just sucks. Bad.

    It was a good trip. Sometimes the Wal-Mart app doesn't give accurate locations of items, or says some items are in stock when they aren't, and it's sometimes difficult to find an employee in the area, but they had everything I needed.

    Credit card system is always broken. It hates Chase debit cards. Come on Walmart if you have all the registers closed with the only option to self check out at least fix your credit machines. Going to King Soopers from now on.

    Was able to get everything I went for in a short amount of time. No wait to check out, likely because it was within the last hour they were open. Having no bags to put stuff in is still a pain, but it'll become more commonplace as time goes on.

    I guess right now the shelves are almost empty everywhere. I was glad to see there was Clorox wipes and toilet paper. The guy in electronics seemed to know his area well and for the most part the store looked pretty decent . There were no long lines but that’s probably because it snowed.

    Do you have great prices in most products but some of the customer service there is not the greatest I've tried to return a bottle of Alfredo sauce because it was no good I bought two of them tried to return one and they would not do it because I didn't have the receipt even though they offer the ability to text or receipt instead of print and because that card was canceled that I purchased it on I had no choice but to either take it or leave it so I just gave it to him cuz it was not that good

    If you buy/mount tires from them, youre supposed to get free rotation or repair. But I've been trying at both locations for last 2 months to get them rotated.1st no ones ever answers the phone-i understand they're busy-but how do you make an appt? I stop by but was told too busy....1st come 1st serv but all appt come first. Then I was told by the one on Denver Av that they don't make appt for rotation, you have to sched an oil change or another service before they will rotate your tires. My suggestion is to go with someone else even if you have to pay a bit more. I've never had an issue getting tires rotated. I'll never buy here again

    Got up super early to go buy some new mtg that released today, only to be told by the super nice register lady that they had been told by reps or higher ups not to sell this product so they could re price it? The market price is set. Pretty upset wasting my time coming up here this morning I'll take my bussiness to target. You only get one star because the register lady was super nice.

    This store is very massive. Anyone should be able to find just about anything they need. The location of this particular store is in almost the most perfect place. Navigating in or to this store has always been very easy. The employees are almost everywhere and are always willing to help. This aide from employees paired with the mobile app, I'm confident when I say even a child can find anything they need with ease (Please Do not send your kids in to the store without adult supervision).

    I was pleasantly surprised by my experience today! ALL of the employees I spoke to today were courteous and gracious. My check out was wonderful with Momma Deb. Give this loving lady a raise! I haven't been here in 8 months but I now WILL return in the future.

    Desiree in electronics was fantastic! She helped me pick out a new phone and spent hours getting my service up and running. The next day, she helped me understand more about my phone. She went way above and beyond, always calm and reassuring. Desiree was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient with my ignorance!

    Still have real humans at the checkouts and very kind and understanding! Love this store always clean and I could get in and out in just a few minutes! They had the items I was after big plus because most of the time they are out at other locations! Not ready for all the Christmas items put up already but it is retail world we live in now! Worth driving a little extra to go to this store!

    I’m someone who hates Walmart and tried to avoid them as much as possible. However the staff at this location are absolutely incredible and have gone above and beyond their duties, to help me change my tire that completely exploded. Night crew is absolutely incredible and they deserve massive raises at the very least.

    JAYLENE has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and she’s listed on her badge as a person that works in the front?? Seriously the homeless people on the corner outside are way nicer than her. Luckily there was another employee there that tried to deescalate the situation when she was so rude to me and ripped my item out of my hand. Maybe JAYLENE belongs outside rounding up the carts and away from customers.

    Typical Walmart. People were polite and checker was helpful. Don't like not having access to bags and the ones for sale are really small. Aisles had stuff strewn but the employees were trying to clean them up. I do not like self-checkout.

    Lacking in a few favorite essentials and coffee flavor variety. Couldn't find any rain coats for my kid in any of the sections I was pointed to and we'd just walked in from a downpour minutes before. Could use an energy revamp and some better stocking efforts.

    The bakery staff here are the best! They went above and beyond to make the perfect cake for my daughters 3rd birthday. She wanted a unicorn mermaid cake and they nailed it! It turned out beautiful and tasted awesome as well. If you haven’t before do the whipped frosting, it’s light and airy. Thank you so much!!! We appreciate you!

    This Walmart has always been a favorite of mine. I'm always in and out of there faster than a jackrabbit all hopped up on caffeine. Staff is always helpful when I can't find something and they don't hassle me when I don't have a question.

    There was ice in front of the store from watering little Christmas trees and no ice or signs were out. I told someone in the store but when I left nothing changed. If you go there at night during the winter please be careful!

    Still learning the set up of this Walmart but I have been coming to this location off and on through the past 6 years. I also prefer to get my oil changed here if I forget and have to do it last minute. The staff here are so friendly and attentive. I’ve never had any issues at this location with anything … unlike other locations. I live 25 minutes from this Walmart and only 17 from the location in Greeley, but if I’m not in a rush I will definitely make the drive to this location.

    What’s to say really, I mean, it’s a Walmart. We’ve all been in one. Some are better than others, some are creepy, and some are like this one. Average. Parking? Yes Police on scene? Rarely Specific watch battery you’re looking for? Don’t get your hopes up Self checkout availability? Recently updated and pretty nice if I do say so myself Customer Service while returning something? Yikes. Associates severely burnt out and grumpy. Make no sudden movements, use single word replies and no eye contact. Ever. Final Grade: B-

    Just want to give a shout out to Taylor for helping me with my Christmas dishes. I was so excited this store had this year's new pattern for my collection that I've collected for the past 12 years. Check out was quick and easy and she took extra care to make sure my dishes were wrapped well so they didn't break. Much better service over our stores in Greeley. Very much worth the drive!

    The people stocking shelves used to be very unfriendly and not very helpful in the past. But lately A couple of the employees I’ve run into stocking shelves are a lot more friendly and willing to help, especially Tanner, he is so sweet, polite, wonderful customer service and always willing to help and very knowledgeable. If I can’t find something in the store I always try to find him because if he doesn’t have an answer he will always do his best to find out the answer. Great job Tanner!!

    How a large store such as this Walmart Supercenter can always be out of McCormick burrito mix, Zesta Saltine crackers, frozen orange juice, and anything else they show on special, is beyond me! Only redeeming quality is they added self-checkout Lanes. Oh, and the big sign as you walk in stating that the Loveland Police Department is performing a shoplifting Patrol is a real Class Act. Not! Nothing like feeling that you're guilty out of something you haven't done. No wonder it seems like all the customers were in a bad mood. Idiot Walmart managers! Stop the police state!

    Good for a Walmart. Usually well-stocked and clean, associates will generally point you in the right direction if you ask. It gets crowded in the peak hours (like every Walmart does) so usually best to go at night if you don’t want to fight your way through throngs of people.

    Return policy is horrible and they are unwilling to work with you on a gift return and 14 days on any electronic purchase no exceptions.

    Came to buy a car battery and learned it was $10 higher in store versus online. Asked the automotive person and he said he couldn't do anything. Went to customer service took forever to get waited on. They had to get a manager to approve it she stared at it for awhile before finally saying yes. I wasted so much time here it was unreal. This store ranks worst on my list of all Walmart stores.
