Kid with REALLY BAD HAIR behind the counter was sooo rude!!! Pulled the wrong bread, got nasty immediately, but said that's what I asked for. I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED!! Had to take an incorrect sandwich home. They didnt appreciate their sandwich made with a bread I didnt ask for. No, he wasnt listening to me, he was staring at the 2 young teenage girls paying for their food. I think he was bothered that he had to stop being all into these girls and wait on me instead. So he felt the need to get rude and nasty. Wont go back to this store AT ALL. I really did like that store. He ruined that. Just cost your employer some customers buddy. Word of mouth can be a bad thing. I told a friend and she already boycotted this place due to rude employees. Sad.

This is my favorite subway. Staff is always friendly, when they make the sub I don't have to repeatedly ask for a few more peppers or a few more cucumbers, they put the right amount on the sub. Veggies always seem to be fresh, and there has never been a real long wait or line. I think it's because the staff know what they are doing and make the sub quicker than J.J.'s can. Well done to this subway.

My order was completely messed up.I ordered three sandwiches, two cookies, and bag of chips for delivery. One was supposed to have chicken,they used roast beef, they put no condiments on any of the sandwiches, and didn't toast them either. They also forgot the cookies and chips. So don't order unless your standing right there watching them make it.

My son is a regular here...it is nice and clean, fresh ingredients. Sandwich artisan, Zaria, is wonderful. She starts making his usual when she sees us pull up. She is so friendly and efficient at the same time. We adore her. She would make a great manager! Just wanted to recognize the awesome work she is doing (: Thank you Zaria and all the submagicians at Forest Hills Subway!

Just ordered.. they messed up all 3 sandwich’s.. I ordered a steak n cheese.. paid for extra meat…on 2 sandwiches.. did not have extra meat.. didn’t even have enough reg. Meat.. then they put hot peppers on my kids sandwich… wish I could share pics..

My husband and I decided to go to Subway. We haven’t been to one in over a year. He used to always get the subway club with extra meat and bacon, and I always got steak and cheese. The bread was the only thing that tasted the same. The Mayo seemed watered down and the sandwiches in general tasted different. The raspberry cheesecake cookies are still the best!

I used to love subway. Lately almost everytime i have gotten it the bread is very hard to eat and the outside of the bread just crumbles. You can tell it is not fresh at all. Once or twice i can understand. But constantly is just getting ridiculous. And using their app is not at all easy. The sandwich has been wrong a few times.

Sub was good and staff are nice, felt bad for staff due to delay in delivery of supplies today. Only had wheat bread and no Swiss cheese. He was able to give alternative choices for the Swiss cheese 🧀
