I Lived In 27 Jackson St Loft Lowell MA 01852 APT 436. My Lease Ended August 31st 2021. I Had Put My Furniture Outside The Elevators & Arranged Movers To Come Pick Up The Furniture On August 31st. Some Of The Furniture Was Going To Storage - While The Rest Was Being Thrown Away. Today I Had My Cousin Drop Off Our Keys In Our Apartment. & He Informed Me That ALL Of My Furniture Was THROWN Back Into The Apartment. Damaged & Just Tossed In. The Leasing Department Entered My Home WITHOUT My Permission!!! Not One Phone Call Or Email Before Or After They Entered My Home - They Had Damaged My Items & Just Threw Them Into My Apartment. Than When I Asked The Leasing Department To Arrange For Them To Remove It For Me Seem The Movers I Had Already Had Paid Left - They Said It'd Be 150$ PER Item. Now I Had To Arrange Movers Again & Pay Them AGAIN To Remove These Items - And Now Throw Out ALL My Furniture Because They Had Damaged My Property. Do Not Rent From There's People. I have been here for a year and a half. I live in loft 71. Victoria is a phenomenal leasing manager. She’s also an amazing person in general. Moving across the country to an unseen unit is extremely nerve racking. However, she kept us up to date every step of the way. Sending photos of similar units to see the concept. While also sending updated photos of our specific unit as it was being flipped for us. If repairs are needed they’re don’t quickly and efficiently. If it was possible, I’d give Victoria 10 stars.

Recently moved in from out of state, so did not get to view the apartment before. It was a smooth experience thanks to Victoria working with me as I was on the road and giving me a tour and ensuring any service requests got taken care of on my arrival. It has been a good experience living here. Only issue in the area is parking, but luckily I have a permit for the city garage now.

I moved in to building 27 couple months ago and while I’ve only been here a small while I really do enjoy living here. Move in was smooth and easy with Victoria’s help, (especially as we navigated moving across country). Place is kept clean, maintenance is always responsive and quick. I feel safe and love being able to walk so many places.

We moved into building 71 in 2022, and have renewed the lease and have enjoyed our time and close proximity to downtown. While there have been small hiccups (like any apt building, and ours pail in comparison to other complexes), it has been wonderful working with Victoria. She is always friendly, kind and extremely helpful. I hope the other staff members can learn from her too!

This is a good apartment and the staff, especially Victoria is great. The only flaw is the parking. The parking here is extremely limited and you will be placed on a waitlist. My lease is one year long and I've been on the waitlist for about four months now. That's 1/3 of me living here not being able to park at my own apartment or even near it. If I hit six months of being on the waitlist I'm definitely looking else where when my lease is up. They say just park at the garage around the corner (Edward Early Garage) but there's also a waitlist for the monthly parking pass there too, at which I've been on ever since moving here. After talking to the garage people they said they are over 800 people on the parking limit which means the waitlist isn't going to budge for years. So practically there's a waitlist for the waitlist at which you will never get off of. So my recommendation is that this apartment is great for those who don't own a car lmao otherwise have fun paying daily parking fees at the Edward Early Garage which is $11 for 6 hours or more. Now imagine parking there overnight daily, the amount of money wasted because you simply can't obtain a parking permit/pass for the apartment's parking lot or the garage tallies up fast.

Victoria is a wonderful, warm, and honest person handling this massive property like a pro! She will answer all your questions honestly and always be on your side to find the perfect place for your family. Unlike so many other properties out there, you can tell she isn't trying to scam you. She was the biggest reason we felt at home while visiting JSL as out-of-state renters. She makes JSL worth it (besides the massive space).

I was looking for a new apartment in the area and came across this place as a recommendation from my last complex. I had the pleasure of speaking with Victoria throughout the experience. She was very nice, patient with me and all my questions, and kept me up to date with what was going on. Although I ultimately did not end up going with this complex, I loved everything about it and wish I would've been able to sign. Thanks again, Victoria!!
