I NEVER and I mean NEVER leave reviews, but my experience here was so bad that I had to. So the day before New Year's Eve, I wanted gold chrome acrylics. Pressed for time, I searched for the closest nail salon to me and this one popped up. The reviews were great, so I decided to set up an appointment. I go in and tell the nail technician what I want. I even showed her a picture. She assured me that she had done chrome nails "many" times before. Mind you, before deciding on getting chrome nails, I had watched a bunch of YouTube videos of technicians achieving the chrome effect. As the nail technician was applying the chrome powder to my nails, I noticed that she wasn't doing it how I saw every other nail technician do it on YouTube. I asked her why she was doing it differently and she explained that the typical way of applying the chrome powder was very messy and that she didn't want to get the powder everywhere. She assured me again that the results would still be the same. Long story short....they weren't! After applying the chrome powder to my gold nails, they began to turn green and there was NO and I repeat NO CHROME EFFECT whatsoever. Even the nail technician next to her looked over at my hands and made a face because she knew they weren't chrome. When I began to complain, the nail technician assured me a third time that the chrome effect took time to appear on the acrylics. Lies. Lies. Lies. However, since she used a different method to apply the chrome powder, I assumed she was right. So I paid her, went home for like an hour, and my nails still had a matte goldish-greenish color (they were ugly). So I decided to call the salon back and complain. The nail technician that did my nails told me to come back so she could fix them. I go back to the salon and she takes all the nail polish off and starts over. I'm thinking that she's going to get it right this time...WRONG. The second time around, my nails were just a regular gold color. There was still no chrome effect. To make matters worse, she charges me extra for fixing HER mistakes and I ended up paying a total of $48. The most I have EVER paid for a nail salon visit in my life. I understand that this place probably has regular/loyal customers who the technicians treat really well, but that good treatment should be extended to new customers too. I was and still am soooo disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I'm glad that other people had and still have great experiences there, but unfortunately, I am not one of them.

Walked in to fix one nail as I was in the area. The response was rude and absurd. I literally have red dip powder for the base and black polish. She asks again if I’m here to fix a nail, and I say yeah. She flip flopped between arguments. The first was oh we’re too busy, I said okay, any chance for a brief slot later. Without answering that, she says we don’t know how to do your nails…this being a ludicrous statement.. I asked do you use dip powder, she says yes, I asked do you have red dip powder, she says yes, I asked do you have black gel polish…and again in the middle of the conversation and motioning for me to leave, picks up a ringing phone and goes we’re busy. Liiiiike bro I haven’t even done more than open the door but you are already in a rush to display how unprofessional you are. Most people wait a few interactions to show their lesser qualities love.

HORRIFYING. I’ve come to this nail salon many, many times. But I will NEVER go back. Last night I called to make an appointment, I asked for 12:30 but was told 1 would be better. Granted, I called late, but I was expecting it to go to voicemail and to be able to make an appointment over the machine. When I arrived at 1 I was told by the woman that took my appointment, “I was so drunk last night! I didn’t know if you said 1 or 1:30!“ I was understanding and even apologized for calling late. I sat and waited for 30 minutes while The techs around me took other customers. Then at 2pm the first woman finally took me. When I showed her the design I wanted, she asked if I’d be doing gel or regular, I asked for regular and she told me it would be impossible. She said gel was an extra $10 and insisted I could only get them done how I wanted if I got gel. So I finally resolved to just get a solid color. Finally she started doing my nails and said if I wanted them long (still cut basically in half from full tip length. I even brought my own polish.) I had to pay an extra $10. At this point I told her this was the worst experience I ever had here and I was considering writing a bad review. Instead of offering ANY consolation for my awful experience SHE KICKED ME OUT with tips glued on and continued to scream about how it was my fault because I missed her one call this morning to confirm the time. THESE EMPLOYEES DRINK ON THE JOB AND UP CHARGE ARBITRARILY. I will not be coming back.

I’ve been to this place twice. The first time I visit this place, I had zero complaints. The service was really good. Now my second visit was different. I came in for a refill and had shown the nail tech the design I was hoping to get. She told me that she didn’t have time to do a design because I didn’t specify that over the phone when I booked my appointment. I was mind blown, and didn’t understand. I’ve never had to mention a nail design while booking an appointment. Ok, so after I get seated with a second nail tech she kindly asks me, what nail salon did you go to before? I replied somewhere in town. She followed by suggesting that I return to that nail place in the case they couldn’t do my nail design..... WHAT?! Honestly, they just lost a new customer. I am saddened by this because I have no complaints with their work just how they handled that situation.

The only place I go to get my nails done! I have been going there every two weeks for the past year and a half and I refuse to go anywhere else. Moon is always prompt with her appointments and is always about pleasing her customers. All the girls in the place are super nice and I love going in and chatting with other customers and them. They all do amazing work and my nails always last! They prefer appointments but it's so worth it cause they're always on time and it's easiest cause they're all always so busy. I recommend this place to everyone!

This spot is my only go to nail salon. I love the owner moon she's so nice and can always try to fit you in their tight and busy schedule. I always ask for Heng for my pedicures. She does a relaxing foot massage and only she knows how to take out my ingrown toe nails with care. I'm glad they moved to their new location on bridge st because the parking is so much more convenient. The inside of the nail place is very nice and updated.

Best nail salon I've ever been too. They all do amazing and are so sweet and kind !! I got the red carpet pedicure today it was so luxurious I absolutely loved it ❤

Moon is so kind and patient. She is taking care of a long-tem customer who is now disabled. When I bring her in, Moon gives her special attention. So sweet.

The nail techs are very friendly and welcoming. They are very creative and Neil's last 3+ weeks.

I love it here. The technicians are talented and knows how to take care of your nails.

Came here today for my bday nails, mind you I’ve been coming here for years! I’m a loyal customer. I wanted a simple French tip nails and they couldn’t even do that. I had asked Mileena if she could help the lady doing my nails since she was struggling and all she did was give me attitude and not help. Mileena straight up sucks and her customer service sucks. I’m done coming to this place and it’s because of her! If I could rate less than a 1 star I would, 0 stars on my end

This place was recommend a friend. Had been going there for about 6 months without and issue. I don’t make appts w/ anyone specific. Got my nails (dip) done on a Thursday. Told the lady they didn’t feel right and she blew me off. Next day I had 2 chip. Over the weekend another 5 chipped. I’m a nurse and dip usually lasts 3 weeks. I came back to have them fix the 7 chipped nails over 3 days and was told I had to go to the same person to fix them. Made the appt and she was so rude, rushed and rough w/ me!! She kept clipping my cuticles w/ the file and pulling at my fingers aggressively. I left midway and another girl finished for her. I will NEVER go to this place again as the 2nd person was also rude! It felt like I was bothering them. If the job was done right the 1st time I wouldn’t be complaining but the attitude and rudeness was inexcusable!!! No accountability or acknowledgment of their mistake. Just am “I’m sorry” and fixing the nails would have been good enough for me.

The only person that does eyebrows was very quick to dismiss me because they were busy and then not even offer me an appointment for the following week. It was 12:45pm today and I’m not available so how about next week? And she claims I have an attitude, what type of business just sends you away and doesn’t offer you other options to keep your business? I always tip $9 for eyebrows or more but guess what I will continue to turn all friends and family away! I hope your weekend is as miserable as you! We miss the great people at Sunrise Pro Nails……

Worst nail place I have ever been too. The techs are rude. They only greet and cater to their regular customers from Dracut. You walk in and they're too busy to see you. You schedule an appointment and they still make you wait 1-2hrs. The cheap products being used, hard gel or dip, don't last long. They are broken or chipped within days. Worst of all the owner thinks it's cute and funny to beg for higher tips. I watched & listened to her cash someone out for $240 w/$60 tip saying, "Ooouuhhh give me more money. More money please." How embarrassing for both parties, customer and owner. I've gone to Amara. She's great but she takes too long and the nails last 3 days if I'm lucky. I will never go back.

I had a really great pedicure here so I called to schedule an appointment 8 days from my call. She asked if I had been there before and said it's her busy day so she can't be in the room?? Not sure what that means but I was literally scheduling an appointment in eight days time not sure how that's not doable??

We did a fantastic job! Great attention to detail, perfect shaping, and cool ideas. Will highly recommend.

Found my new, favorite place to get my nails done 💅 free drink with high end pedi and Tara is the best with dip mani + designs. The technicians are all very nice and work well together. Makes for a really nice atmosphere!

Have been coming here for about a year now and it’s become my go to spot for my nails. Everyone is so nice and friendly and pricing is fair. I always have some kind of reference photo for designs and they blow it out of the water everytime. Love this place!

This is by far my favorite nail salon. Everyone is so friendly and nice every time I come here and I feel extremely comfortable. It's a very clean location and they have lots of options for colors. I followed them from their dracut salon to here and I can't imagine getting my nails done anywhere else!

When I call them to make appointment always says there not any spots available for that day if I asked for next day appointment always says call us in morning at 9.00 clock but still does have for day ,we can not able to make appointment for next day ,

I love them all!! They are all so friendly and make me feel welcomed. They are so patient with me where I take like ages to choose a colour!! I’ve always been satisfied and happy with my nails!! The best thing is they always make sure I am happy with my nails outcome and I appreciate that!!💕
