It's one of the busiest place downtown Lowell Massachusetts where people stop in to get warm with a cup of coffee and some snacks. The price are reasonable.

Woman working here was very rude. Ignored my existence for 5 minutes while I waited in line directly in front of the counter. Didn't say anything while she did something with the cash register and repeatedly went to the back room. She didn't make eye contact and smirked when I tried to make it with her, as if she knew she was wasting my time. I decided to leave after 5 minutes of waiting, and the second I did, she asked the other person waiting behind me, who had just gotten there, what they wanted. I felt insulted and I think that was the point. Don't know what her deal is, but I wont be coming back.

Though this location is extremely convenient it is often out of popular items such as the most commonly bought glazed doughnut 🍩 among many other items. This is where convience becomes very inconvenient especially for mobile app orders as they allow you to order the items only to find out they are out of stock when you get there and there lies the problem. Wish I could give them a higher rating but this has happened multiple times. So be cautious especially when ordering through the mobile app.

Very slow and the Spanish speaking staff is so rude .

Yesterday one of your young wonderful cashiers lost my business permanently over four cents!!!! She's hassling an older gentleman in line in front of me because he's short 4 cents. The man had money but obviously was proving his point as well. Your cashier was intelligent enough to count and calculate the man was 4 cents short, but doesn't understand that she's losing more business and a potential chargeback over 4 cents????? JC. Pay people $1.00 more an hour and watch what a slightly higher IQ gets your franchise per hour never mind $2 or $3 more an hour ....

Located in downtown. Nice store. Parking could be an issue, since it’s a busy road.

All I can say is I'm going to learn to.speak.another language. It's like being in different country. Awesome 👍

Good food, staff is friendly, welcome feeling, I go here often

The restaurant itself was not very clean at all. The cashier wrang my coffee in wrong , I corrected it with the server and it was fixed . The staff has never been that friendly when I've been in it.

Basically out of variety of donuts, place was caps, nasty. Got drink and a donut was tired and hungry. Bathrooms dirty.

It’s getting worse with the employees in there. 6:20pm on a Saturday evening and they had shut off the ovens? Why not just close instead? And why the attitude? I live close by and I’m debating going anymore!

Stood there waiting at the register for someone to notice me for about 10-15 minutes. When somebody finally did, it was a teenage girl with really poor customer service skills. It was like she was mad she actually she had to do her job instead of pretending like I wasn’t there. I’m not expecting there to be all smiles just some basic politeness would be nice. They also burnt my food. That was today, but a week ago when I went there it was somebody else working and they were way better.

A typical, everyday Dunks. A little on the slow side but at least they've always gotten my order correctly and the staff was nice enough. I would definitely recommend this location!

Small Dunkin with great service. Early morning visit with only two workers. Efficient and friendly.

Standard Dunkin. There's one guy (forgive me, I forget his name) who's wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. And he often works the morning shift alone, but he's always attentive and still keeps the line moving.

10/10 perfect coffee and people

They were understaff there. One person total was working the front register and cooking the food. I go because the food is good. I like the blueberry low fat muffin.

Go to this dunks regularly and also take my Dog in for her pup cup treat. I am charged $1 for a Sm cup of whip, but in most places it is free!! Why is this location the only one that charges for this ?
