The management has upgraded quite a lot since I was last here. Very quick and responsive, even in a rushed time; the manager took time to inquire about allergies while placing the order and took extra time to engage for any areas of improvement. Top notch in the Hutt area by far.

Delicious Pizza's just LUV them, best eva & Gourmet Pizzas too

Heard a knock and came to see the delivery driver INSIDE of my house. I understand they are trained to hand the pizza off to a person, but we had selected "contactless delivery" option and written that in order notes as well, and still think a driver letting themselves INTO YOUR HOME is a massive invasion of privacy. I needed to ask 3 times then for them to put the pizza on the ground rather than try to hand it to me. I don't want to see this person reprimanded, but more thought needs to be given around deliveries that have selected "contactless" option / when it is okay for drivers to break the "hand the pizza over" guideline. Pizza itself was okay - but the experience was very uncomfortable.

Got my order wrong, hence the poor rating. But they refunded as per standard procedure, still not ideal though.

The guy on the phone was super rude, I was making a compliant but he hung up before I could finish what I was Saying. Horrible customer service, would never order from them again wasted my money and time

I was do surprised at the amount of choices Domino's have let alone puddings! As a treat I was bought a mini pizza with 2 choices of sides plus a pudding called churros(think that's how it's spelt) and it lasted me 2 days of meals! Loved it 💜

Went in yesterday morning, lady looked like she didn’t want to be there, I was trying to be nice but truely having a restaurant really comes down to the customer service as it wasn’t giving. Anyways I asked if she could put some pineapple (uncooked) on my pizza as the kids wanted to add some when we came to pick up, I have uploaded the picture of the pineapple pieces she put on my pizza, she really didn’t want to do it I could tell by looking at my pizza and by the service. We had to spread it around ourselves as she just chucked it in the middle. It was just a very poor experience from domino’s petone :(

We went in around 4 pm. There was one person doing all the jobs. We had to wait quite a while to place our order and we were the only ones there. We were told how long our order would take, and they were prompt. The food was hot and delicious. It was exactly what we ordered.

Fast food, nothing to write home about, good if you're in a hurry , the kids will love you when you say Pizza n movies tonight.

They dont put stuff all toppings on their pizzas. Prefer Kent Terrace dominoes they aint stingy

Everything was well and good but my today’s experience with dominos was not that much good.first thing the delivery driver forgot to bring my drinks and he was asking me that I have order the drink or not. After waiting for more than 30 minutes at the last I want to store to pick up my drink.

Take the people out of the shop and turn the lights off you'd think it an abandoned building. The food was good and the people were very pleasant but the shop needs a refit or a real good clean up. Like a dystopian oasis for hungry zombies.

Is good for kids but speciality pizza is not as advertised. Plus the feature with a live photo as they bake them is fake. We know as we can had dairy free pizza and photo was with dairy /cheese Any case we are not impressed.

Good service, great deals on their five dollars pizza and they have more cheap options. They have some good vegetarian options and GF options. They deliver as well. It’s easy to order online with them.
