We loved having dinner here tonight (Easter Monday). The renovations are immaculate, and so is the new menu. They don’t do Gorilla Burgers any more. But the food is 🤤 delicious 😋 Lovely setup guys, such a great atmosphere- feels like an America Fusion mixed in with Italian Vibes. Also such a lovely courtyard outside. The service was so great and the food was delicious. We had Chicken Caesar, 🍗Margarita pizza 🍕 spag and meatball pasta and the Spicy 🌶️ Chicken sandwich with the spicy marinara sauce. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cool place. Decent sized portions, great service at a reasonable price. Will definitely be going back! Margarita pizza, meat lovers pizza and the sterloin steak. Delicious 😋

10 out of 10.. The team were accommodating, the service was amazing and the food was on point... Our group of girls took advantage of the tap cocktails and the special they had available! It was a great start to our day! Make sure you check them out.. We will be back!!

This was our first visit and we loved it! We were two families with toddlers and infants in tow who were well catered to with highchairs and a good kids menu. My 2-yr toddler ate every piece of his pasta and we loved our brunch of Avocado Toast and a 4 cheese pizza with coffees and tea. Nice outdoor area that we would love to come back and check out on a summers day. Reasonably priced and great service. thanks again and see you soon!

We went for the WOAP burger and it didn't disappoint. Service was a little slow on previous visits when we had a bigger group but no problems this time.

Butter milk chicken burger was good, halloumi chips were great. Always a fan for lemonata. Great atmosphere. Server was being trained but service was still good, great presentaion nice casual and beautifully themed.

The greatness of the food was sourly spoiled by the horrendous service and atmosphere. Each one of our diners experienced rejection of service when asking for a takeaway box for the pizza. We accidentally over ordered by asking for extra pepperoni on a pizza as the waitress misheard as a pizza. While returning the waitress argued with us over the error. The atmosphere was super loud, and other diners there that night expressed their dissatisfaction as we left. All our diners felt uncomfortable and so we left early.

Two pizza's for the price of one was just too good of a deal to pass up! While we didn't book a table we were still able to get one when visiting just before 6. Pizza was pretty decent, definitely fills you up. Only thing missing was a bit of a kick which the chili sauce available on the table didn't give, However the kitchen was phenomenal and provided us with some chilli flakes. Will definitely be back soon!

We ordered the pizza, great food however the drinks were a little underwhelming as well as the service, I understand it is Christmas however we were one of three other tables, they seemed uninterested and not very attentive. We ordered a second round of drinks which never arrived and the person dealing with our bill seemed annoyed when we told her that we didn’t get those drinks. Would definitely go back if they worked a little more on the service aspect

Fantastic food, service is always friendly with a smile and the atmosphere outside with the music on and sun out is super relaxing. Highly Recommend!

Very lovely decorated place! We had a delicious lunch, generous portions too! The mozzarella sticks were amazing, the prawn pasta was lovely with perfectly cooked pasta, the meatballs and friend chicken were delicious and the pizza perfectly cooked with a generous amount of toppings. All the food was very nicely presented and we didn’t wait more than 10-15 mins for the starters to be brought out. We will definitely be back, I’d love to go on a sunny day and sit outside too.

sorry to say but far to much cheese on the kids pizzas making it slightly soggy in the centre and all the ham sliding off straight away wen you pick it up. They also served hard pasta in a kids meal. Service wasn’t to bad but a very long wait on drinks also getting served drinks that weren’t ours telling us yes they are we ordered them.. then taking them back ten minutes late to the correct person

Congratulations on bringing this venue back to what it used to be. Good variety Menu with great tasting food and good Service. Pleasant surroundings. Will enjoy making return visits back to this venue again.

Pizza was so yumm and soft. We were excited about the fried chicken but it was really dried and didn't really enjoy the sauce as it taste just like pure tabasco. Mozzarella sticks were okay but could be better. The atmosphere is really good and service was nice and quick. Will go back to try other things :)

Looked great when we arrived but then Took 40min just for drinks to arrive and a hour for food. This wouldn’t be a issue if was busy But was only one other table who were finishing up. We were a party of 4 adults 4 kids, we had to ask multiple Times where the drinks and food were as everyone was getting restless in a empty restaurant waiting for so Long for any service. Was very expensive by the end of it also.

Love the new look, diverse menu and atmosphere. So busy tonight which was great to see. Delicious bravata salad Part eaten sorry!!! ❤

Resturant was very quiet for a Thursday evening, however it still had a nice mood to it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The resturant looks fun, beautifully renovated and clean. Unfortuntley the menu looked very limited and the pasta dish I had was undercooked. Felt the menu was over priced, especially the entree choices. however I would return for drinks in the future.

Awesome place. Ordered pizzas, there were tasty and hot! The salted caramel popcorn milkshake was amazing looking and even standard shake was yumm. Service was great!!

We ordered the peach on the beach cocktail, tequila sunrise cocktail, grilled chicken pizza, and the funghi pizza. Everything was delicious and exceeded our expectations! Service was friendly and the food was reasonably priced. Would definitely return soon!a

This was one of my favourite places prior to Covid and previously I rated it 5/5. I’ve recently been back and I was disappointed with the carbonara pasta meal I bought. The presentation lacked the same finesse as previously and although I paid extra for the chicken, the pieces were hardly visible. Even the bacon and mushrooms were small and few and far between. Yay for the chicken bites on the Gorilla menu - they are still the same ☺️

Eaten here many times and it's always great. The kids love it here as they can decorate their own pizza. Also very friendly staff who really does their best to make it an awesome experience. We'll definitely return again!

We are regulars, because although the service can be a bit slow, or we feel forgotten and have to ask for water, or menus, the staff are always accomodating and polite, and the food is always tasty and consistent. The gorilla burgers are flavoursome and not over priced - Our favourite burgers, and we’ve tried many! And the kids menus are well thought out and always arrive hot, and of generous portions. Well done guys :)

Wow, tried their Kong burger and it was freaking awesome. Great flavors and it comes in two sizes to cater for the big eaters. Matched it up with some fries topped with real chicken nuggets....so so so good!!! Really friendly service and we got our meals nice and fast. Prices are reasonable so all good, all round.

I appreciate that WOAP can put a lot of pressure on restaurants but my experience at Rizzo’s was particularly shambolic. I suppose some of the blame was on me as I didn’t book a table but I’ve generally found that when I’m dining alone a booking isn’t always necessary. Entering the front door, it wasn’t clear what the seating policy was - there was no Wait to be seated sign so I approached the POS station by the kitchen and asked for a table for one. The staff explained that they were fully booked inside so there was only outside seating available, which was fine by me despite the chilly temperature and the lack of any type of heating. There was just one wobbly table by the toilets - not the most appealing dining location but I’ll take it over nothing. The wait staff informed me (twice) that there would be a 45min to hour wait for food - again, fine by me. I paid for the WOAP Phoenix burger and settled in for the wait. Surprisingly, my burger came out in about five minutes. I think the staff were surprised as well as there was no cutlery on the table. Cutting into the burger I suspect that this plate was left over from a previous order - the chicken was barely warm and the bottom bun was soggy with juices from the salsa. The cheese had solidified into a chewy mess. The anemic “smashed” “roast” potatoes tasted like standard boiled potatoes smothered in ash. Thankfully I was ignored by the staff after receiving my tardy cutlery so I didn’t have to give a fake answer to the standard “how is everything?” question. Everything was not good, not good at all. To add insult to injury, from my cold outside table I had a clear view of an inside table for two that remained empty throughout my entire dining time. Needless to say, this was the worst experience I’ve had during the 2022 WOAP season.
