I was doing GrubHub in my downtime and I waited 45 minutes for three tacos. They close the doors at 6 o’clock. Let people in in front of me the manager cursed me out and kicked me out. Probably one of the worst experiences doing GrubHub I will never order from there again. They were watching me they kept giving me the runaround other people got their orders way after I was there the drive-through no problem they were helping everyone there. I advise you if you’re ever going to do DoorDash or GrubHub from that Taco Bell in lower Merion on city Avenue don’t

I hope this store and Taco Bell HQ find this post, I lost my receipt to do the survey. But the city ave location might have the best Customer service I’ve seen any where. Please & thank you, how can I help you, no problem…all the phrases you want to hear when dealing with any establishment. I have to give a special shout out to Tawana (hope I didn’t butcher the spelling) she provide great service from beginning to end. I had to take the time to write this out, because her great service really changed my whole mood for the better the rest of the night into the following day. Much love to the Taco Bell on city ave!!

This is how this Taco Bell location treats delivery drivers who deliver THEIR FOOD. You will wait 1-1.5 hours for your food and we can't guarantee it will be... 1. On time or 2. Still hot Who to blame? Obviously Taco Bell. Next time you think about NOT tipping your delivery drivers... remember this photo and how it was 13° last night and we waited an hour and 15 mins for 2 orders... in the cold wind...

Great place for a bite to eat, the staff is super friendly, and I am impressed with how professional they were and still are. My experience with taco Bell was without a doubt satisfactory and the food was fantastic. I sure would love to work there and taco 'bout their benefits. I highly recommend it because I feel that it would make a lot of customers very happy. 5 stars would recommend.

I have been trying to contact this location for two days after having possibly left an important item there. No one ever answers and coroarate only states they will escalate helping me. I dont understand a buisness that does not answer a phone and has no voicemail. I do not live close and it is bad weather so going back there is not easy. The food was good but this service is horrible.

food is good but lately the take out sucks. the girls have nasty attitudes, and do NOT follow directions. We order things on the food specifically and it is ignored. My aid cant even talk to the workers they are rude. I will show you what you get served. taking my business else where to Chipotle, Buena Vista or ElLimon. they need to be ashamed. 15dollars an hour for this photo. nope. I will be calling the manager.

The credit card transaction machine wasn't working. It froze up after my girlfriend inserted her card. We sat there in the drive thru waiting for 5-10 minute. The staff repeatedly told us the transaction didn't go through, while my girlfriend told them the transaction went through by showing them the bank transaction. We finally got the food and the tacos tasted cold and the flour tortillas tasted weird. I ordered Nachos supreme and 3 soft tacos. They only gave me two tacos. I left because I just couldn't deal with the bad service

Very bad comunication..they always has a problem to hear people clear on the drive thru microphone and always forget something in the order. Last time i had to repeat like 10 times something i order because they dont understand. Fix the voice devices please.

All the food was fine but we specifically ordered frozen beverages and confirmed they were frozen at the pay-point. Got handed regular sodas and when we said we ordered freezes the woman copped an attitude and said the machine wasn’t working even though we could literally see it working behind her. I just don’t get being rude over your own mistake.

I'm an avid mobile order user using the drive-thru, and this location has always done great. Food is consistent with what I've ordered and it tastes good. I've only had one occasion where I was asked to come inside instead, but it hasn't happened since then.

As of September 2023, the staff here are all genuinely incredible for a fast food experience. Hospitable, patient, and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this Taco Bell, to the point where I felt like I needed to leave a review for a fast food place. Every single time I come here the food is always out quickly and served with a smile.

Taco bell food was good as it was made fresh. Pizza and breadstix were terrible. Both had obviously been sitting in warmer for hours. Crust on pizza was so hard, I couldn't bite into it. and there was so much grease on bottom of box, it was coming up the sides. Will definitely not drive 25 mins to go there again...

Ordered drive-thru since my roommate had a coupon for two free items, ordered a crunchwrap, and 3 taco supremes no tomato plus my roommates order. They got his half of the order right, I got a burrito supreme combo instead of the tacos. They still did no tomatoes though.

Usually don't write review, but this food was so good. Nothing was missing, everything came in great shape. Food was packaged perfectly. Top tier packaging and food. First delivery service where the food look like this picture. Overall 10/10

I'm not even a big fan of Taco Bell in general. But my friend really likes it. One thing I can count on, though. This location always has what you ask for. I hate that every time i do go to a fast food place, the one thing I want is out of stock. Not Taco Bell. Everything is always available unless it's a seasonal item that's on its way off the menu. Supplies do run out, but it's understandable.

My friends and I were the only ones in the store yesterday. Somehow the workers decided to put a tortilla that must've expired a while ago on our 2 crunch wraps. The taste was so pungent and unbearable. Once removed it tasted normal. Also we ordered a few beefy 5 layer burritos that I'm assuming the workers decided to load up all of our burritos with BEANS.... ONLY BEANS.... Yeah you guys triggered a beast, just like I did with a McDonald's I'm not stopping till management changes that. You guys could have gotten someone sick!!!! Disgusting

Have to say. I am vegan. This team (specifically the late night crew) is absolutely next level in their care for getting orders exact. Its not always easy ordering from Taco Bell as a vegan and i am continually blown away by how well this team nails my order every time. And with great attitudes. It is truly appreciated. Honestly, probably the best Taco Bell ive ever been to. Thank you guys

Currently, only the drive-thru is open, and you can pick up mobile orders at another side window. But most times when I do that, (3times} they're surprised to know that there was a mobile order and usually, they don't start making the order till after I get there. I don't know what the point of ordering ahead is. Otherwise, they're pretty okay.

Went through the drive thru. Requested a soft taco and got a crunchy one. Ordered nachos and sauces, didn’t give me either and didn’t realize until I drove all the way home. Staff wasn’t that friendly either. Sucks to spend your money and not receive what you asked for.

Sometimes, you just have to have a crunchwrap! Drive-thru staff was pleasant. Line was long, but moved at a decent clip. Would go back for more.
