Llanfair
Court
Apartments,
Ardmore:
Location
is
convenient
to
public
transit
and
several
grocery
stores
by
only
short
walk
and
rent
is
lowest
in
township
but
you
do
get
what
you
pay
for
including
little
sq,
poor
management
and
maintenance,
dated
and
low
quality
appliances
and
materials
like
linoleum
counters
and
floors
that
permanently
stain
from
just
leaving
fresh
fruit
overnight.
Don't
worry,
cost
will
be
deducted
from
security
deposit
several
months
after
you
move
if
they
return
it
at
all.
There's
1
medium
sized
bedroom
large
enough
for
full/
queen
bed
and
2nd
small
bedroom
appropriately
sized
for
small
child
or
home
office.
Both
have
a
window
and
small
closet.
Kitchen
is
spacious
enough
for
a
table
for
4
and
trust
me,
you
will
need
it
to
prep
meals
as
there
is
little
counter
space
and
remember
food
stains
are
permanent
so
no
vodka
sauce
splatters!
Pantry
is
spacious
but
does
not
make
up
for
absense
living
room
closet
only
available
in
2nd
floor
units
however,
there
is
a
hall,
linen
closet,
and
storage
unit
in
basement
that
I
do
not
recommend
using
for
anything
except
moving
boxes,
bikes,
etc
due
to
moisture,
mold,
and
excessive
wall
chipping
and
paint
debris
that
will
ruin
furnishings
and
clothing.
If
retro
is
your
thing,
you
will
adore
the
mid-century
pink
and
blue
ceramic
tiled
bathroom
perfectly
sized
for
a
toddler.
Grout
is
permanent
so
do
not
waste
your
elbow
grease.
There's
a
window
that
brightens
space
but
must
be
left
open
to
prevent
mold
buildup
as
there's
no
exhaust
fan.
Mold
buildup
is
aggressive
from
ceiling
to
floor
from
improper
caulk,
paint,
and
layers
upon
layers
of
repainting
instead
of
repairs.
This
is
where
you'll
need
the
elbow
grease.
Now
for
quality
life,
tenants
can
hear
the
slightest
of
sounds
including
conversation,
music,
television,
flatulence,
whispering,
sneezing,
intimacy,
bathroom
activity...
everything
and
buffering
sounds
with
carpet
and
air
plugs
is
futile
due
to
thin,
non-insulated
walls,
windows,
and
floors.
You
literally
hear
everything
as
if
it's
happening
before
your
eyes
and
ears.
Walking
over
your
head
is
comparable
to
sumo
wrestling,
tap
dancing,
and
level
3
earthquake
and
God
forbid
something
drops
from
night
table
overnight.
No
matter
unit,
top
or
bottom,
noise
is
inescapable
throughout
the
entire
2
unit
building.
If
you're
fortunate
enough
to
tour
in-person,
linger
in
basement
while
janitor
or
manager
remain
in
unit,
you
will
feel
and
hear
their
footsteps
from
2nd
floor
down
and
if
you
need
further
evidence,
speak
with
neighbors
using
COVID
social
distancing
and
mask
requirement
or
you'll
spend
a
year
in
misery
with
no
resolve
from
management
company!
