We are living here for more than one month and I could say that it’s so comfortable and quiet place for living and the walls are wide enough for keeping silence in your apartment, so I’m satisfied completely.

I live in apartment 107. I just moved in Luxor about 3 months ago. It gives me the inner-city vibe. The amenities are great. If you want to shoot pool with friends or just sit around the bar to have drinks instead of going to the local bar. The service manager and the staff are great. The manager is very professional and knowledgeable. She always have a warm smile when I see her. So far, I really like it here. The establishment is clean and safe. The staff is always available to greet residents and help with our needs.

As a yelp elite, I take reviews seriously, no matter the platform. I will start with the fact that I love luxor lifestyle apartments. I initially had my lease for 9 months, and then renewed it for another year. At this point I am properly familiarized with this place I currently call home and will give a true rundown of my experience. the location is great. Being close to the quaint suburbs of the mainline and the bustling city is more than convenient. It’s now something that I will continue to want where ever I live down the road. Of course, being close to the city and right off a busy road will come with noise. If you want utter peace and quiet, that’s what the country is for. The actual apartment is great. I saw someone mention that the walls are too thin. And I’d have to disagree. i’ve lived in many apartments before this one, and I would say these walls beat all others. The layout is functional. The interior is the perfect blank slate to make your own. Appliances are new and efficient. There is several great amenities like a pool, office space, virtual golf simulator, lounge, and gym. Everything you need is right here. Now the best part, the staff as a whole are friendly! The maintenance team is quick- always ready to fix whatever is broken or if you’re like me, unlock your door because you constantly lose you key! (big shoutout to them, i can’t count the amount of times i’ve found myself locked out) Both leasing office ladies Susie and Shanera are knowledgeable and kind. That’s the most important thing. I am young and honestly new to a lot of this adult stuff, so I have frequently gone down to the leasing office for questions. Every time Im met with no judgement, genuine compassion, and efficiency. You can train someone to be efficient and knowledgeable, but you can’t train someone to be truly kind. They organize events multiple times a month, and although I can’t always make it, when I do get the chance I always have α blast! Furthering this, the community that lives here is also so kind. I’ve had my share of struggles while trying to get my stuff up to the 4th floor, and people are always ready to go jump in and help! Overall, Luxor Lifestyle Apartments have made my time here in this new city better than expected. I now call this place my home. When I do move out, I know I will cherish the memories I made here.

I’ve lived at the Luxor Bala for 2 1/2 years and have just renewed for another year. The staff here is very knowledgeable and attentive to the resident needs. The resident weekly events are amazing and foster a great community of neighbors. Every Thursday is Thirsty Thursdays and friends and family are welcomed which is a ++++! I’d recommend someone to live here because it’s a great location - close to transit, dining, necessities and 10-15 mins from center city!

Very very informative and just being herself and honest with the tour. Just a straight up professional did not leave out any information. Shanera was great!

I would not recommend - the walls are VERY thin, it feels like you can hear everything going on in units immediately next to, above, and below. Steps, conversations, dishes, you name it. The noise from the highway or the courtyard are also very loud and disturbing. In addition, the water is hard here. Lack of parking for guests was unfortunate, and nothing to do around the area. Amenities are decent. If it was cheaper it would feel more reasonable, but at the high cost, you can find better quality of life. P.S. staff now are nice, though look closely at other reviews, as employees from the company have left positive reviews without living here which should be against the rules - believe the reviews that call out some of the shortcomings of living here.

Luxor Bala is okay but I would expect much more for the cost of rent. There is no security or concierge. There aren’t many parking spots for visitors, mostly for vendors. The elevator is down almost every week with no urgency in fixing it sometimes and also raises a safety concern when riding it. The walls and floors are very thin. I hear constant dogs barking, stomping and even sometimes neighbors conversations. You can also hear every movement from the gym if you live on that side of the building.

You can't the location right at City Ave and the 76 entrance/exit. The studio apartment is well designed, even with a walk in closet! It includes washer/dryer, spacious kitchen and living space. Luxor is 20 minutes from Center City, minutes from Manayunk and Ardmore.The building is quiet and neighbors are friendly. In fact, this was the only apartment location where I've actually made friends! I really enjoyed the IMBEBE bar/lobby where neighbors get together on Thursday afterwork. I moved out of the area but if I ever return to Philly, Luxor is my first choice.

I loved my experience! The office staff is super friendly and I really felt like they cared. The apartments have so much space and I loved how clean everything was.

I recently moved in to Luxor Bala Cynwyd and just wanted to take a moment to provide my feedback on a great experience so far! The views from my apartment are fantastic and the property itself is amazing and has great amenities. It is in a great location - plenty of shopping nearby and the proximity to downtown Philadelphia makes it easy to explore all the city has to offer. And the staff are friendly and very helpful. All in all, I would definitely recommend Luxor Bala.
