Great dog park with a nice stream for the pups to run around in. Parking can be limited. DO NOT park on the street. LMPD is quick to write tickets

Dogs has the best time but be prepared for a wet and muddy pup if yours is adventurous! Our went straight into the creek. However there are great paths to stay clean and itโ€™s massive!! Fun times with the four legged kids!

This place is awesome. I thought my dog would be nuts and not be able to contoll him. All dogs have been great there and never seen any aggressive ones. Most dogs just run or walk by and sniff. So big and so much to keep them busy, I think they are in awe!!

Darby, my corgi puppy, is in love with this beautiful park that i found by accident! Its clean, inviting, and a perfect place to let dogs run wild, plus the stream is crystal clear and Darby loves it!

It's a special dog park. Primarily special because many of the dog owners are from Lower Merion and donโ€™t seem to be able to differentiate between helicoptering their precious middle schooler and their precious Great Dane. Both are bad but truly unqualified humans hovering over dogs behaving like dogs makes for a VERY special experience indeed. Since it's an off-leash one, expect (especially at peak times) loads of off leash dogs and a variety of dog lovers. Some without the sense to know when they are under informed and generally off-base (if not off-kilter). It's a beautifully maintained treasure for dog owners who want their dogs to socialise with other dogs. Bone up on pack behaviour but donโ€™t expect fido to meet the gang of regulars, they moved out of Lower Merion to places where the Animal Control Officers are actually qualified to control animals.

West Mill Creek Park is a fantastic spot for dog owners looking for a place to let their furry friends run and play. This park offers plenty of space for larger dogs to run around, and the creek running through it makes for a great spot for a swim. The water is clean and clear, and it's the perfect temperature on hot summer days. Aside from being a great spot for dogs, West Mill Creek Park is a lovely green space that offers a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are plenty of trees, benches, and picnic tables throughout the park, making it a great spot for a picnic or a relaxing afternoon in the sun. The park is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of garbage cans throughout the park, which makes it easy to keep the area clean and tidy. Overall, West Mill Creek Park is a wonderful spot to spend an afternoon with your dog, and I highly recommend it to any dog owner in the Philadelphia area.

I read numerous reviews before going to the West Mill Creek Park. Most were spot on. They provide doggy poop bags. Although one review mentioned that there were many trash cans, the only trash cans I found were at the beginning of the trail. Regardless, the trails were clean and it appears the humans pick up after their pets. There are no facilities, e.g., port-a-potties for humans and no running water other than the creek. The park is shady and cool with numerous picnic benches dispersed throughout. I was surprised by how short the trail loop was, definitely less than 1/3 mile per my watch, but I passed many people and their pets doing multiple laps. There are many places to access the creek safely. As one review previously noted, the water is not very deep. My 80 lb German Shepherd Dog was unable to actually swim in any of the places we tried. Of course, it is early September, so we will try again after there has been more rain. The people were friendly, although most did nothing more than say hello, even if the puppies went off to play together. It was not a very talkative group this morning among the humans, but the dogs got along great. There were no dog fights and at one point there was a half dozen dogs playing down at the creek. As others have mentioned, the parking lot is small and there doesn't appear to be any other location that you can legally park if the lot is full. Since the loop is so short, however, I would expect that cars come and go with a quick turnover. This review was from a Saturday morning visit from 7:30 until 9.

Nice dog park but not fenced in as well as the creek dogs can run off but beautiful. When we were there man had a black Pitbull mix off lease that was growling at my puppy I asked him to put the leash on he refused. I did not feel that my dog was safe and the man had a belligerent attitude.

BEWARE NOT FULLY FENCED. This mistake was on me for not checking but I assumed the park was fully fenced and it led to me panicking spending 20 mins looking for my dog. Wonderful park if your dogs recall is great. Wouldnโ€™t recommend otherwise. It is beautiful and fun for dogs a little better trained than mine.

Just started taking my dog there and itโ€™s really lovely! There are always other dogs there to play with and I love that thereโ€™s a small walking trail to lap around so us dog owners arenโ€™t just standing around. Will note the parking lot is VERY small so Iโ€™ve found going early in the day beneficial โ€” especially on those hot days!

Lovely place to let your dog off the leash. Nice stream running along one side of the park and well maintained grounds for the dogs to run around and chase each other. There is a membership fee, which goes towards maintenance of the grounds.

Awesome dog park. You can walk your dog on or off the leash and there is a big area for the dogs to play. Also a nice trail to walk on and multiple places to access the creek.

This is the best dog park weโ€™ve ever been too. My dog has the time of his life when heโ€™s here and comes home exhausted. A tired dog is a happy dog!

This is an absolutely beautiful park. The parking is a little tight and the park isn't huge, but for an off leash dog park there is lots of space. There is a stream along the side of the park that is great for dogs to swim in. Overall this is a really great place to spend some time with your dog and enjoy nature at the same time

Amazing dog park. Safe and secure. The grounds are beautiful & well kept. Plenty of room for your furbaby to run & play, even a creek for some water playtime. Highly recommend this amazing well kept park.

If you're a dog ๐Ÿ• lover like me, then this is the best place to let your best friend run wild with delight. There's plenty of room and trails for your dog to run with other dogs. Plus there is a creek for your water loving dog. Most difficult part was to gather our dog to go.

Beautiful park and dog friendly. Most visitors were able to have their dogs off leash. Has creek access and is stunning in the fall with the foliage.

Great off leash dog park. It's huge and my dogs love that they can swim and cool off in the creek. Only bad thing is that for some reason so many people don't pick up their dogs' poo here!!!! PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOGS, PEOPLE!
