    I will never return to this restaurant. It was relatively empty and I was a party of two and still waited for over 20 minutes to be seated. The service is poor and so was the food quality which is evident in the photos. The avocado was visibly old and yet it still made it to my table. The waitress and the manager was informed. I was highly annoyed that such disgusting food could even reach someone’s table. If I could give a negative score I would.

    A sad experience at Chillis. This was my first time entering one, but due to significant staffing shortages at this place, we were unable to dine here. The food I have heard is pretty solid and the staff here were very polite and real with us as despite only having a few full tables, the wait was going to be very long. Will definitely be back to a Chillis some time, but not too soon since they are very understaffed right now.

    This visit to Chili's was disappointing. Although we were seated rather quickly, it took a while for a waitress to come to the table. I completely understand this because I'm quite sure the restaurant is short-staffed. She did stop by the table to say she would be right with us. She took our order and was helpful with suggestions. My starter was buffalo wings. I didn't notice until I started to eat the third wing that they were undercooked. Our waitress return them to the kitchen to be replaced. I ordered a steak (with a little pink) with fries and corn on the cob. I received the smallest steak I ever saw in my life with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Along with the wrong sides the steak was well done and dry. At that point I told the waitress I didn't want it but she had the cook give me another order and the correct sides. I used the ladies restroom but I had to wait for someone to come out of the other stall because there was no toilet paper in one of the stalls. This visit was disappointing and a waste of money.

    Usually a great experience when I visit the bar area at this particular Chilis. I like to be in and out! However, sometimes the bartenders arent so pleasant. They want to take your order while being far away-- why does the entire section need to hear my order?... They are quick and in a rush...always yelling at their co workers. Just very HOOD like sometimes! The manager is a great person bc I know her from the Cheltenham Chilis, but is in the back a lot and most likely not even sure of whats going on! Well I had a great new margarita that is excellent and affordable!!! I also got my birthday month FREE dessert. This is my fast food-quick bite to eat place. And still is way better than Cheltenham/Wyncote.

    Bad experience, i repeated my order twice & when i arrived it was incorrect. On the phone she said 15 minutes but it took a hour to bring the food out . The service was bad & the manager has no good communication skills . She didn’t apologize or anything . Never again will i come to this specific one. This my second time . The first time my food came out cold the second time , they were so bad with the service, i just told them nevermind to go somewhere else .

    One of the worst experience we had. After waiting over 20 mins for our meal my dinner arrive but my friend's did not we were told it would be a few more minutes. After waiting several minutes and the food still hasn't arrived. My friend decided to cancel his meal. After paying I asked to speak to a manger. After voicing my concern her response was "Is that all", not the response I expected. When asked what we ordered I informed her that we both ordered the same thing. She told me that it was probably not made because we both got the same thing and then proceeded to tell me the people fixing the meals are not robots they're human. I informed her that we will not be returning. The bartender that took our order was very nice and professional.

    I don't quite know about this spot. My food was made incorrectly at first. From my understanding the cook is not qualified to make the food. The manager did come out and take my food back and made it all over again for me. I would say, request the manager to make your food because otherwise you'll probably send it back. Before and after pics of the same exact dish. Three stars because the manager was great!

    I ordered from chili’s last night, the delivery driver totally disregarded my delivery instructions, they sat my food on the steps with NO bag & I was missing part of my order. My food was tampered with, leaking, & bread was missing from one order. I bought it back to the restaurant & they could not accommodate me. $29 wasted. She offered me $6 refund or a $10 BMG credit, I took the credit because I know someone will benefit off of it one day. I threw the food away after I took pics & still had to find food for my kids to eat at the last minute & spend more money on top of that! I will never order from chili’s again & I wouldn’t recommend this place ever!!! Very disappointed!!!

    I would never tell a person I hate to eat here. The wait is long. They will have you waiting for drinks and all you see is worker laughing and joking and no one is making drinks. I waited for my food for more then an hour I would never go here again. Bartender are disrespectful. Even though the server was nice the wait killed the vibe.

    This place needs an update. Despite how it looked, my server was attentive and friendly. I had the southwest soup and chicken with loaded mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Soup was a little salty but overall the food was good esp the chicken.

    The waitress was sweet but the place was not. The restaurant needs a upgrade especially to the bathroom which has a sewerline smell. People were leaving before ordering because of the smell. We left rather quickly also because of the smell. I hope it gets resolved soon

    The server was friendly and professional, and my salad was absolutely delicious, as was my dessert. I appreciate the little electronic device on each table that lets you view your check and pay for your food right there on the spot. It also has games on there to keep hungry customers occupied while waiting for their meal. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

    The food here is always fantastic. One of my favorite places to eat..however The tables have a gross tacky texture on them. Maybe they wax them.. or maybe their just dirty. I'm not sure but it bothers me. The worst problem this location has though, is that their ALWAYS understaffed, so bad that they have to warn me. It's been that way for over a year. ( I visit every other month or so) Workers are quitting left and right mid-shift so management must be absolutely horrible. Something Is going on that's Making employees leave. That means you're waiting long to be seated at a table. The food doesn't usually take too long to come out but I went there for my mom's birthday and that time it did take really long, they told us that 3 workers left that night and I believe 2 of them were cooks. The food was great when it finally came out, and they gave us free sodas to compensate for the wait. Then, the most recent time I visited, there was no bartender. The waiters and waitresses are also very nice and attentive... but something is going on to make them all quit

    Decided to stop by Chili's because you can't usually go wrong with eating there and having a nice time with the family. We waited for a little while to be addressed and we thought we were good when they took us to be seated. We ended up waiting for someone to come back to our table to address us or at least take our drink order but nothing. We waited long enough until we decided it was enough and left. This is disappointing because I have been going to this location with my family since I was a child and this was unacceptable.

    Horrible experience. The place was nearly empty but we had a long wait time to be seated. The service was S-L-O-W. It took the bartender half an hour to prepare 3 cocktails, pour a beer and pour a soda. The kitchen was equally as slow. The quality of the food was barely edible. Many of our items were burnt and cold. The employees seem to have little motivation to do a good job. This is most likely the fault of management, or MIS-management. I would give zero stars if I could. AVOID THIS "RESTAURANT!!!"

    I eat here regularly because I do enjoy their food. But this last visit the burger was overcooked, there was 10 fries in my container, but the soups were delicious as always. My son enjoyed the boneless buffalo wings but was equally disappointed about the small portion of fries this time. Last, Chili's management please tell your takeout staff not to give paper towels in place of napkins. Thanks!

    Great service. Our waitress Mera was so cool and friendly. She was very attentive to her needs. The food was still the same or worst in my opinion. We had to send a couple of our appetizers and entrees back because they were either undercooked or overcooked. The drinks were delicious 😋. My opinion remains the same about this place. I only recommend eating here for a small bite and drinks. Don’t go on an empty stomach looking for a a 5⭐️ meal. Ok overall they weren't bad. But I will only go here to hang out for a small bite and drinks on a boring day with nothing else to do. The service was great, the appetizers were good, the drinks were good but my daughter burger had to be sent back because it was completely raw in the middle.

    This place was a date for me and my husband and it was a decent atmosphere. The server was very friendly and very on time with everything and we felt like we were important. They made a combinations for other families that shows that care for the people in the community. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking to get a Chili's experience because it was delightful.

    I use to be passive and would let things go but not this time. Tried Chilies before for the 1st time and it was so so. Not enough to make me hate it but also not a place I would rush back to. Had order issues, cold food for pickup but still ate it since I paid for it and didn't want to go back and make troubles over it. But, received email for free appetizer and thought to use it but regret going. Ordered a med rare steak, that was well done and super rubbery and really small. The sides were bigger than the meat I had. Sides were cold with loaded mash that had green onions. The onions were not even chopped nicely but look like somebody rushed and did a quick chop and dumped it on top. The wings were barely hot as well. I ordered to go and placed directly into a hotbag to take home, which is 5 min away so there is no way the food cooled that quickly unless it was already cold when they gave it to me. And my steak seemed like it was left over from another order and decided to give it to me. This was enough to make me not ever want to go back and ignore any promotions they send to me from now on. I started to not say anything once again, but I can't keep losing money to a place that does not care about service. Rather support somewhere else. Will say, the girl at the counter was nice and will say at least the servers are good. But they really need to start caring about the food and not just hurry to send it out. I didn't call the Manger or try to go back and make a scene. Just venting this way and will leave it at that. Good luck to everyone!!!

    The Host stands around and just talks to each other without acknowledging the guest. I arrived and was told there is a hour and half wait time. I told the host that was up front at 9:04 that okay I am willing to wait. I told her my name and gave her my phone number. I went to walk around the lot around all the stores. Came back at 10:23 and the same hostess told me how it's too late. That does not make any sense to me. We received no calls from anyone so the hostess lied I called the restaurant and the person on the they answered at 10:36 told me that they stop seating right now.When i got to the chips at 10:23 the host told me they're no longer seating so clearly she lied to us. Why would you tell your guest you are on 1 hour and 30 min wait time yet when i come back you tell me you are done seating. Train your host properly. I am a disappointed guest.

    Even though they were packed service was quick and super friendly! Whole staff we encountered were very fun, nice and easy to talk to. Bartender was swamped with orders but she never faltered and had our drinks to us real quick without being impersonal even as she took care of others in the process also. Would definitely come back to this Chili's

    The food is good, but their to-go is not prepared. Our order was supposed to be ready at 7 and now it's 8:15 and we're still waiting (and it's a Wednesday, not even the weekend). There's a table full of order slips and they seem to only be able to handle 1/4th the volume. They just keep taking orders when they obviously can't handle it. At least I got to watch the sunset?

    THE WORST ORDER PICK UP EXPERIENCE DURING THIS COVID TIME THAT I FACED....they claim and publicize 'curbside pickup BUT GUESS WHAT!!! when we got here, there were at least 10+ people in a small corner of the store .. aren't even maintaining half a foot of distance all waiting together for their order here. This is scaring me and I am wondering if I should even go in there to get my order that I already paid for. I wish I could just get my money back and not pick up the order. I wonder how I would go about that. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE... THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN DISTANCE AT ALL HERE

    I would never go to this place. Staff is very rude. Food is very bad. The wait time is long and staff never called me even after 1hour time. I will never recommend this place to any of my friends or colleagues. This happened twice for me.I was very upset the way people talk with the customers and their behavior.

    Worse chili ever save yourself ran away from this chili’s. Worse service ever. Pickup is much worse call in 45 minutes prior pickup waited there another 1:55 minutes so total 2:45 hours wasted time. Poorly ran and management. Finally got my food and everything was incorrect screw up my whole order and dinner. SAVE yourself the trouble ran away from this location.

    Great place or so it use to be. I stood here for an hour trying to pick up my food. The credit card machine was not working and the manager didn't know what to do about it. I was told I had to use the atm in order to have my food after being asked twice if I was sure if I had enough money to pay for my $70 food order. Then the young lady was so rude because I refused to incur atm fees. The COVID-19 face covering rules were being loosely followed by the waitstaff. I had to ask a waitress to cover her nose while breathing over my food and she had the nerve to give me attitude. Worse experience here I have ever had.

    After several tries, I have come to the point where I can take no more. From missing drinks, to missing dessert, to having food be placed on platters like jail slop, if we even get the correct order. Today we ordered online to pay and pick up at location. We waited another 45mins after arriving because it wasn't ready.(Again we already ordered online) cashier rings me up, ask if I wanna tip and I realize it won't allow me to decline a non deserved tip. We asked her about it and she "removed" it. We get home look at our card transactions and see a pending payment for $13 more than our actually receipt states. Under further examination the cashier name is TOGO. When ask they explained they all use one register. What type of bookkeeping is that? When I asked for a refund, I was given a duplicate copy of my original receipt with refunded issue some scribbled signature with amount of my steak.     The food was cold and the waiter was rude. The first thing they said when we came in was that we had a 30 min wait. I felt i was to have us leave because they got us a seat in less than 5 min. Save your time and money and go to another chili's.

    Service was horrible. My son wanted to go for his birthday. When I call to see if we needed to make reservations I was told 1st come 1st serve. When I get there we see a big sign stating call ahead to get place on waiting list. Im passed immediately. Then bc its his bday we wait the "30" minutes which was more like an hour plus. The they tried to place us in the back by a large group at a table with no light. We were brought dirty glasses when our drinks arrived and that was after another 20 mins. Our server ended up being sent home and a supervisor took over. This is who provided the dirty glasses and poor service. 2 of the items we tried to order they didn't have some of the key ingredients. Overall it was a horrible experience and the only reason I stuck it out was bc of my son.
