I have never been done so wrong in my life, the haircut I received today tarnish my pride and will to live. I will not be reccommending Great Clips to anyone in the near(and distant) future. I will even go as such great lengths to admonish anyone who brings such heinous words in support of the God forsaken establishment. Cheers, A very unpleased disgruntled former customer

Not sure of why ? Everytime i go there with a online check in . Always a problem . With wait times or they say that i could not of checked into this store . Although, i show them the waiting time it gave..... im told it is not our store , but the address is of the store🤔🤔 . Guess business is good.. If you cannot handle the volume, just say so. Not impressive costumer service

Marsha is the absolute best! I have a hard time trusting new salons with my hair, but this was the best experience ever! She did an amazing job!

Not sure why this is a favorite of others. 805am and there’s a 78 min wait. Get in salon and I can see why. 20 mins later and a little old lady is still in chair getting hair cut. Not sure what’s to cut. With all the talking going on I can imagine they get to about 5 people a day. All I needed was 5 mins for a buzz cut with a tip. Instead owner gets a unsatisfied customer and a bad review. Never again.

Great Clips is in fact a great place to visit. The technicians, specifically Jesse, are knowledgeable, professional and precise about what happens when I'm there for my haircut. I wouldn't consider or trust another business with my hair.

I scheduled an appointment online 2 hours prior, and maybe walked in 7 minuites late. The woman at the front of the store told me because the system no longer has my name, I have to wait another 80 minuites and might not get a haircut because the store closes at 7:00.

90% of the time we have the best people! They keep our kids cuts on file so we don't have to remember the size or the names of the cuts, we just say, same as last time, or a little longer /shorter. Love them! Hop on their site to check in ahead of time and view their wait time. Plus, they are right near Wegmans, Kay Jewelers, and a Frozen Yogurt place, and Target, so something for everybody.

We usually go to the one in Whitehall (and always have a positive experience!), but this location either better fit my schedule that day.i brought my daughter in for a cut and she LOVES it! I just wish I could remember the name of the stylist! (Dark hair, cool ink, cut Cayce's hair on Thursday around 5ish, used that amazing eucalyptus & tea tree oil spray before cutting?) She was so great - the way had my daughter narrow it down to one look to avoid the guesswork, explained exactly what she was going to do before and while she did it, then did the same while styling her hair so she could get the same look at home. We'll definitely be going here again! *** REGARDING THE LONG WAIT TIMES MENTIONED IN SOME REVIEWS*** I find those complaints ridiculous and unnecessary. Great Clips has a super easy system in place, so the wait times are only a problem for people who choose to make it a problem. #1: you can see the wait time online or on the app before you decide which location to go to and when; #2: if you check in through the website/app (which you should definitely do, especially if you're the kind of person who gets bent outta shape having to wait for something but doesn't want to go someplace else where you could, duh, make an appointment) it's hella simple to do and then you can see in real-time how long you have until it's your turn; #3: then you can also choose to receive a text message 15 minutes before you're called, so you can go and do any of the hundreds of available things in that area and not lose your spot.
