Wow! Just moved into the area and did not expect to find somewhere with such a focus on fresh not frozen and delicious food. We stopped in for the special and will definitely be back! Worth the drive if you're not in Middle Sackville. Ps. The cinnamon twists came out of the oven as we were leaving, to die for!

A serendipitous find on our way back to Halifax from Uniacke House Museum. Clean and inviting, the food was very good, and the owner friendly and welcoming.

First time to visit this place, was pleasantly surprised. Not sure how a place that serves such good food, went undetected the last two years? Have some catching up to do. Suzanne the owner was very quick to offer items that were not listed on her small but delicious menu. She went out of her way to make it exactly the way my wife and I wanted our meals without us asking! My wife is super finicky when it comes to coffee, and found the coffee she enjoyed their to be one of the best she's ever had. Note: owner operator does all, adding to longer wait times, but when you receive your food or drinks, the first thing out of your mouth is this was well worth the wait! Not a quickie drive-thru! Slow and easy breezy take your time place...😉👍

Fantastic café. I hung out at the café, working on my laptop for a few hours while my car was being detailed. I was extremely pleased with the welcoming environment, kind owner, and tasty food and drinks. Would recommend.

Had the chicken and ham panini-type (grilled) sandwich on a sourdough flax bread with an assortment of veges's and mayo. It was fantastic! The dessert was a delicious woven cinnamon bun (muffin styled) and was equally delicious. The cinnamon rolls on display looked fantastic as well as the other desserts. Lovely appointed cafe with tables inside and a few out. Will go back to try something else or maybe I'll have my fav's again. Salivatatiously good! UPDATE: We were back again and the food was Fantastic! They have a magic ability for producing unbelievably fine tasting food. A simple bowl of soup was so extraordinarily tasty! And the ham sandwich was anything but ordinary. The brownie for dessert was excellent as well. I hope to visit more often to experience they're exquisite cuisine! Bon Appetite!

Fresh + delicious! Breakfast sandwich on English muffin was perfection, and really delicious coffee! Absolutely lovely owner to top it all off!

Stopped in for the first time today, and was not disappointed. Staff were absolutely lovely, and I was very pleased with everything I ordered. My macchiato was well priced and was a traditional macchiato which was excellent. I also ordered a breakfast wrap which was made in front of me and was maybe the best breakfast wrap I’ve had. I also got a cinnamon roll muffin which was a great addition to the meal, and clearly made fresh that day. I will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I stopped here for breakfast a few days ago while my car was being worked on near by. We had the pancake breakfast special and it was very delicious, some of the best pancakes I've ever had, light and fluffy but still with a fantastic crunch. We had a wonderful meal and recommend it to anyone in the area.

More than I expected in every way! Unassuming from the exterior, I'd driven past this café without much noticing it for the past two years. I finally went in for brunch and was pleasantly surprised to find a warm, inviting, professional atmosphere and a menu list that was varied and appealing. To be honest, it felt like a downtown city café! The menu had something for everyone's palate, and I was told many items could be prepared to order as it was all made on site. There were many gluten-free and vegetarian options for those who required them. There were a multitude of not-so-common items available, as well as the tried and true typical fare of a bruch café. The service was quite friendly and I enjoyed a fantastic eggs benedict. If you haven't tried the food here yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot, as it's one of those places you might easily overlook if you weren't locally in the know!
