    This place deserves a visit from public health. Filthy floors everything from receipts, food waste and even discarded mask. Behind the counter filthy, food on floors old packets, and dirty grills. Food repeatedly prepared on same surfaces with no clean up. Assistant choosing timbits placed open bag on floor while placing them in a bag. Slowest service ever experienced in a Tim's.

    This review is not just from one visit but multiple over the few months ive visited this specific tim hortons in total id say i ordered maybe 8 time and my order was wrong 50% of the time. The main problem i see them having is not listening to your full order when taking it. My orders were always the same with minor differences. It was 2 farmers breakfast sandwiches. And all of the wrong orders were made into the farmers breakfast wraps. The first and second times it happened it felt like a genuine mistake but this happened so often i feel the team is not properly trained and this situation i feel is a constant problem with making orders wrong. asking other customers if this happened brought to light people feel they have a 50/50 shot of actually getting the right order. This store needs new management because this is an ongoing problem and since its persisted i can only conclude the constant factor in this equation is the management. Do not buy here

    I have had a great experience visiting this branch of Tims. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided me a fast and great service. The bagels were fresh and crispy. Will visit them again when I am here next time.

    Extremely unorganized i was give my food without an bag after placing a take out order and got home to find out they didn’t even cut my bagel, Not sure what’s so difficult about working fast food but these guys find a way to screw it up consistently.

    Slowest place to go in the morning anytime for that matter very disorganized for the price of a coffee you should get what you order, usually have to add my own sugar for some reason

    Was not very impressed with this location. All tables were dirty and no one cleaned the tables the whole time we were there. Had to clean our own table. The hand dryer in bathroom not working. When we asked to scan our card for points we were told we should have asked before ordering. They did not ask if we had a card. I will not go back to this site for sure.

    It always happens with me at this tims because they take the order correct but they give the different food at the window last time i asked for tea they gave me coffee and today i asked for 3x3 tea and they didn't put the sugar Bad experience always !!

    Had a cup of tea and a farmer's bacon wrap. Everything was okay except the speaker..... She didn't hear the Farmers wrap and I had to say tea with milk and sweetener three times to be heard. Also the lineup had about 10 cars in it and it took a really long time.

    The thing that irritates me the most about Tim Horton’s is that people seem to think it’s totally ok to just walk up to the cashier with an issue despite there being a line up and people waiting
