but
multiple
over
the
few
months
ive
visited
this
specific
tim
hortons
in
total
id
say
i
ordered
maybe
8
time
and
my
order
was
wrong
50%
of
the
time.
The
main
problem
i
see
them
having
is
not
listening
to
your
full
order
when
taking
it.
My
orders
were
always
the
same
with
minor
differences.
It
was
2
farmers
breakfast
sandwiches.
And
all
of
the
wrong
orders
were
made
into
the
farmers
breakfast
wraps.
The
first
and
second
times
it
happened
it
felt
like
a
genuine
mistake
but
this
happened
so
often
i
feel
the
team
is
not
properly
trained
and
this
situation
i
feel
is
a
constant
problem
with
making
orders
wrong.
asking
other
customers
if
this
happened
brought
to
light
people
feel
they
have
a
50/50
shot
of
actually
getting
the
right
order.
This
store
needs
new
management
because
this
is
an
ongoing
problem
and
since
its
persisted
i
can
only
conclude
the
constant
factor
in
this
equation
is
the
management.
