Second time to this location and staff member is impatient with customers and not very friendly ... Couldn't get a smile either time. ( not just us but as I was waiting for my order noticing the interactions with the other customers) Service is fast, food is good but not a welcoming atmosphere.

A young blonde girl made me the best latte I’ve ever had last night and I think she deserves praise. If you see this , thanks for always being so kind and making great drinks! The girl with green curly hair is great too but I haven’t seen her for a while, I hope to be served by them both again in the future! 10/10 Staff, drinks , and atmosphere!

Sorry but it was hard to stop myself from eating the entire cake, I will recommend anyone stopping here to try their dulce de leche cake OMG such a marvellous piece of art 😮‍💨🤤❤️

The coffee here is so good and their food looks amazing!

had a pretty good matcha (only because i have stopped buying their espresso bevs) but drink quality is INCREDIBLY inconsistent. i also bought a $5 cold brew and it really just tasted like old watered down coffee. disappointed one way or another every time :,)

Eggnog latte was very sweet. Could not finish it which is very sad as I like sweet things typically and I LOVE eggnog lattes. My mom couldn't finish her's either. The cinnamon roll however was mouth watering. The atmosphere in this particular location is so awkward. I'm not a fan. Anyone who doesn't like being crowded or closed in would not like. It's very tight

I love second cup and they usually make delicious drinks but the last two times I went; it was not good. Ice latte was not very tasty, and the frocho was literally tasteless. There was barely any flavour which sucks. Maybe there’s new staff? I don’t know, but they need to revise some Of their drinks..

Nice place for a quick coffee in morning. Different coffees in menu, Though am old school coffee with milk & sweetener.

I didn't have time in the morning, so I ordered coffee through my mobile. When I arrived, there were no other customers, yet the coffee I ordered wasn't ready even after some time had passed. The staff was just standing. Eventually, after waiting for a while, I had to approach them myself to inquire about my order. They didn't show any signs of apology and were extremely rude when finally handing over the coffee. The entire experience left me feeling quite uneasy since the morning.

The coffee, treats, and other drinks they serve are really good at a competitive price. It's a nice little Cafe with indoor and out door seating. The staff is a hit and miss. Some of the baristas are super nice, others look miserable. When you're performing a service like that you have to sometimes put on a fake smile. I work retail so I get it.

Had a Pumpkin Spice Latte today. So good!

Since 2020 coming often to this location the staff is always awesome polite ladies. coffee and their dessert are always great.
