Ordered 3 drinks for delivery last night, and sadly the pearls in all of them were completely hard on the inside, I don’t think they were cooked long enough, I almost couldn’t bite through them. Updated: I changed my rating from a 3 to a 1 when considering the owners embarrassing response to my initial complaint… If a customer complains about something, you should respond professionally, not the way you have. I was pretty respectful in my review but the response from the owner just sounds childish and like they can’t take criticism, and is overall very passive aggressive and blaming- as if it is my fault you didn’t cook the pearls fully…

i love the roasted milk teas very unique taste similar to a roasted latte. i always add tapioca pearls as well :) music is a little bit loud so i couldn’t study as hoped but still lovely experience

Ordered the brown sugar drink variant with black bubbles. I liked the drink but the bubbles.. not so much. Everyone else I tried to hand it over to disliked them as well. Again, the drink itself was delicious though!

Drinks are an experience. Many options to choose from. Tasty and well priced. They were just getting ready to close up but still served us with a smile.

Quite area which is good. We come several times. However today, the drinks we usually have are really taste like pure water, no tea in the drink. Need to check the percentage of the water and the tea.

Sorry, I tried this for the first time and the drink was awful. Zero customer service, A lady in her mid 40s was laughing with another associate and they were so busy that I felt ignored. Along with that , it was my first time so I definitely asked them questions regarding drink but the attitude was not acceptable. And my drink was bad :(

Kids loved the drinks. They ordered different drinks and enjoyed these. I think the pearls are bit less in quantity for the drinks. Staff was nice and pleasant atmosphere.

Usually love this location for my Cha Time fix however tonight there were only 20% of the usually Boba in the tea. Drink tasted great but the lack of boba was disappointing. Didn’t notice till we had left the store and were almost home. Not a huge deal but felt a little jipped. You can see in the picture the lack of Boba. Update. We have been back a few times and the teas have been amazing!!!

My fav place for variety of tasty bubble teas! Pearls are really yummy and soft! Amazing place, will come back again!

Very clean very friendly staff, and delicious treats. Definitely coming back for more bubbles.
