We stopped here for lunch yesterday while waiting to head to the airport. Our food was ready quickly and was hot and tasty. The lady working the front counter has phenomenal customer service skills, she made us feel like valued customers. They also had about 25 students stop by all at once and had their orders taken and on their way within minutes, it was impressive!

Assuming it was the manager or franchisee that served us, but she was excellent. It was Father’s Day and watching her help everyone who came in looking for a cake was honestly a treat in itself. A master class in customer service.

Stopped for quick caloric intake to avoid grandkids getting hangry and to celebrate after piano recital. First time I'd eaten fast food in ... a decade? A surprisingly pleasant experience! My flame burger with fries and drink combo was tasty. Good spice, and gloppy, the way I like a burger. The fries were crisp and fresh tasting, a bit too salty. The drink was a cup, which I filled twice at the drink station. Sorry if that cratered your profit for the day, DQ. The best part was the pleasant, fast and attentive staff. They delivered our order to our table! Is that the usual practice? Very nice, even if so.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly. And they let us know that instead of fries for the kids, we could substitute a banana.

The service is always fast. The food was hot and tasty. The staff are always smiling and super nice.

I'm very unhappy that they originally put the 7 dollar chicken strip meal to 8 dollars but now they have totally got rid of it completely!!! Not sure ill eat at DQ anymore now! This is what you get when you order 3 chicken strips at 1.50 each. Its a sad joke DQ. As someone who eats there twice a week I'm so very disappointed 😞

The day I went in here I had lunch with a family member and picked up an ice cream cake. The staff person I dealt with went to the extreme to be friendly and to make sure we had a positive experience at this restaurant. We may have only had burgers and fries, but we were treated like we were dining in a fancy restaurant. In a time when customer service doesn't seem to exist, it is nice to know there are still a few people out there who will go out of their way to be nice friendly and courteous

The food here has improved over the past few years. The fries are still terrible but the strips and burgers are good. The food is generally well priced but the ice cream has become quite expensive.

When customers order food they should wait for their orders instead of counter person looking to deliver their food some outside ..while food gets cold or melting for some are waiting for their food and counter person still is searching for them

Had a blizzard...cozy in my car . Yummy anytime.
