I don't think that business and vet cares about the animals . My dog was seen at lake echo vet who was awesome . Dog has an eye ulser that we are on week 3 of treatment , things are looking better but I needed to renew the prescription for another week . The lake echo vet was unable to get drops before Monday. I ask they see if a vet close by had the drops . Pet Focus had the drops and indicated the lake echo vet send the dogs history and approval to renew the prescription. They sent all records and approval to renew to pet focus . I went in on Friday to Pet Focus to pick up the prescription. The vet would not approve and ask that I come back Monday . I have no idea why the vet would need to look this when the vet in lake echo sent the prescription and approval . I feel there was no concideration for the dog. Thumbs up to the lake echo vet, the assistant work and found drops at Lawton's and arranged so I could get the prescription filled before the weekend . Thanks Complete pet care in lake echo 5 thumbs up, they are great .

Seemed a bit pricy, but very good service. They spayed my little Labrador and she recovered well. They also order in these natural treats that help calm her down when she's anxious. The vet is thorough and doesn't get annoyed if you ask tons of questions.

We have valued the Eastern Shore clinic for more than six years however access to care even for an animal in pain is non existent. They do not answer phones. I have spent a day and a half trying to reach the clinic for one of my dogs who was limping and crying. As I could not reach them I decided to take him to the clinic as he clearly needed medical care. Long story short the receptionist was not only rude but decided she was qualified to diagnose my dog and in her opinion he was not an emergency and therefore he could wait for a regular appointment. I asked for pain medicine because I couldn't leave a five lb dog in pain. It is against the law to do so is considered animal abuse. Once again the receptionist refused to do anything to help. I was not rude or demanding but I did expect help from a clinic that has happily accepted my money over the years. As a dog rescuer I have multiple dogs most of which have come with illness, pain and broken spirits. I refuse to allow any one of them to suffer needlessly for even one minute. A receptionist is not qualified to triage patients her job is to book appointments and sell products. Update. Forced to seek help from an emergency clinic it turned out to be a neck injury which required complete rest and medication. The injury could have caused permanent paralysis if not addressed. He required a veterinarian not a receptionist.

Always great care for our pet's! They were amazing during the hardest day ever, when I had to make the impossible call to have my old pup Winnie put down, just before Christmas during covid. They were amazing when my daughter's kitten broke his leg a few years ago. And they have been amazing answering all of my questions and concerns with my new rescue pup Fergie and her after care with a major stomach surgery! Honestly best pet care I've ever had! Kind, caring, informative and compassionate!

Yesterday we took our 16 year old dog here on his final trip. On what was one of the hardest, heartbreaking days of our lives the staff and doctors at this office were so incredibly sympathetic and kind it really made our last goodbye easier. We were greeted at the door as we pulled into the parking lot and walked through the entire process thoroughly and so kindly. They were so very good to our boy and understood exactly how much he meant to our whole family. I will never forget how very kind they were and I will always recommend this office to anyone who has to make the same decision we did yesterday. Thank you so much to the staff and veterinarian for taking such good care of us yesterday.

The techs here are all very friendly and clearly genuinely care for the animals. I brought my puppy here for his first shots because of the convenience. I keep bringing him back because I trust that he is in good hands.

The staff was so great and helpful when my cat was diagnosed with Diabetes. They took a lot of the stress out of the situation and helped me feel confident giving him his daily needles. So happy to have them on my side!

Have been twice now, if I could figure out how to review twice I would, hence the edited review. The five stars are well earned. From Reception to Techs & Doctors I observed compassionate and knowledgeable care for Sadie. I experienced clear communication, including health-teaching and options for care. Infection control protocols were followed. I highly recommend.
