Cute minimalist cafe. Small menu, friendly staff, and yummy baked goods. There's not a lot of seating but if you get there in the morning, they have spots. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but it's quiet and nice for studying or doing work if you need a space.

My wife enjoyed this cafe. The barista knew a few folks orders as they came In the door. A line up once they opened. My wife had both the Chai, and cappuccino and thoroughly enjoyed both.

Looking for an awesome cafe with great options and freaking amazing cookies? This is THE place! I love their hot and iced lattes. Very tasty and very quick service. They are so friendly as well. I really look forward driving 20 minutes just to get a taste of their coffee and most importantly their slam dunk cookies! They are a must try!!

☕️Finally! A real coffee house located in Sackville. 1st time here, great Capps, great croissants. Seriously I was going to do take-out (take-away- as it’s said in Europe or Asia) but the atmosphere and music was so relaxing I stayed for over an hour... when it cannot be helped having croissant 🥐 flakes all over you know it’s worth it! Like being in Europe again. Definitely will be returning here. Great staff too ;) thank you TAD S. for sharing this place🤗

Amazing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond, even making cute little pictures in the foam of our kids' hot chocolates! Drinks and food were delicious and staff were very friendly.

Great coffee, amazing baked goods, wonderful staff, awesome experience. When people talk about "supporting local businesses" places like Apt 3 immediately come to mind. A shop that brings something special to Lower Sackville and now Halifax Downtown. Get them to box up one of each of their cookies for you...you won't regret it.

I started coming here for the vandal doughnuts ( no longer available ). I kept coming back for the awesome service and amazing atmosphere.

Best iced coffee I've ever had, very smooth. Also best cookies I've ever had, seriously they're perfect. Personally I'm not a fan of minimalist interior design but that's not very important since the food and drink are what matters. 10/10 recommend

My favourite coffee, hands down. I get an iced or hot hazelnut latte and its so smooth and flavourful. Just wish they had a better selection of baked goods or a breakfast sandwich option.

An amazing place to stop for food and a drink! The owners are awesome people who continually give back to the community. Great atmosphere to chill, meet someone, or read a book! Will go every time I am in the area.

Had my first cup of best Mocha and hot chocolate since I landed in Halifax.

Cappuccinos and chai lattés are delicious from here. Their baked goods are great also. Somehow they always manage to spell my name correctly on the cup too! 😂

Excellent espresso! Nice café with good icecream - but the most important: good coffee! A quick stop by on the way to the airport - topped all what I had tried in Nova Scotia;-)

Superbe coffee and the best chai latte I have ever tasted! Their blueberry muffins with the crumbles are also very very good! Always an excellent service, we are lucky have that place in Lower Sackville!

We stopped here on our way out of Lower Sackville, a recommendation of our Airbnb host and loved it. Coffee was great and so were freshly baked blueberry muffins. I wish I had a place like this in my neighbourhood!

Friendly, helpful staff. Always a positive vibe here. Love supporting them. I tried the ice cream for the first time yesterday,and I highly recommend it.
