    [2022] I understand that costs have risen, and the business needs to do what it needs to do, but after trying Mezza twice now in 2022, I still can't suggest coming here unless you want a spend a fortune for very little. Their large is a small for a wrap. I cannot imagine what they consider a regular, and I can't in good faith recommend anyone spending $12 plus tax on a 2-3 bite wrap. (That's just for a wrap, nothing more). Go to burrito Jax or just go to Superstore and buy the ingredients used in this wrap for an 1/8th the cost. Mezza feels less local and much more like an over priced chain these days. [2020] I would suggest trying Aladdin Shisha Lounge. Still local, cares about their customer and great value for your purchase. [2019] Update: Got home to see my Chicken Shawarma plate had no chicken. See picture below. Decided to give Mezza another chance since its been a year, and I used to frequent the establishment 3 times a week before it went downhill. Sad to say my rating is dropping from a 2 to a 1 now. There is little to no consistency between dishes in the same category. Each staff member seems to have a different idea of what goes in their standard dishes, and items that used to be standard (pickles and turnip) are now an additional cost. Do not recommend. Will not visit again. There are better small businesses in Sackville that you should spend your money on and support. [2018] If you're looking for a quick bite and other places are closed, this should do the trick. Mezza used to have great good and service but in the last few months it feels like it's been sliding. My last few visits have not given me hope that I'll be returning. When I asked for what I regularly get (half & half plate) I was told they've never done them (I guess never minus the last 2 years I and my friends have been getting them). When I explained I've been getting them up till last week the line changed to "we don't do them anymore, we only do them in wraps." Hope this place continues to do well, but I'll be sticking to Burrito Jax and Pita Pit now for my bowls / plates.

    Absolutely disgusting food! I emailed corporate after not being able to reach the Sackville location by phone for 45 minutes but because I ordered through Skip they can use it as a "coaching opportunity". Like, cool YOU can use it to train your staff to produce FRESH food and to ensure missing items aren't missing...but what about the CUSTOMER! WHAT ABOUT MY HARD EARNED MONEY? Pretty sure I clicked "I understand that Mezza is responsible for the preparation of this order" for the transaction. I called the Lakewood location and the associate took my info and complaint to pass on to the Sackville location because I got a busy signal whenever I called, more than likely because they have the phone off the hook, seems the only logical explanation, but alas, 4 days later I've yet to here from them. The worst thing is, this is the 2nd time with the same experience, I thought the 1st was a one off...guess not! I will NOT be giving them a 3rd chance to take my money for food my dog wouldn't eat...the cat nibbled on one of the chicken skewers, but she'll eat garbage. Pay the extra few dollars delivery for a different location people...trust me!

    Was clean and welcoming when we first walked in. Staff was friendly and helped me decide what to get. Food was decent for what it was. I ordered a falafel bowl. For the cost I thought the portion size was really small. I did not leave satisfied. Probably would not be my first choice, ever.

    You definitely need more front counter servers. A 20 wait time with only 3 people in front of me. Measuring out portions and when she had two too many pickled turnip, rather then give them to me, she put them back and same with the measured chicken. Politeness and courtesy I highly recommend to Lower Sackville. Three times, and same outcomes.! Good bye Mezza .I'll eat healthily elsewhere.

    Service was great is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Ordered the chicken Putin. fries were burnt and tasted horrible. I would have returned it but I get nervous when you can't see the people prepare your food after a complaint. So just didn't bother. Meal was disappointing for my wife and myself.

    I worked there for 2 months and left because didn’t liked the people there and manager is doing favour to their community however they did the work . She is not providing good reference however you do and ruins, waste your time and effort . They will use you only when somebody is sick. They may block my account in their site because of negative review but this is true , happened to me but they paid on time

    Front counter staff working on Sunday around 3pm was unfriendly. Came in to order Shawarma plate, worker seemed annoyed about my order. The whole experience was uncomfortable she didn't seem to want to serve me. I also had to remind her about the garlic sauce. 2 star belongs to the kitchen as the food was great. Service not so much. Won't be back for a while.

    I was a former employee here and I would 100% not recommend it to anyone if you love your loved ones don’t let them work here other co workers who are supposed to be your supervisor who most definitely do not deserve the title of this position are horrible to you they are very rude not to just you but your customers the one I’m talking about is leesha she definitely does not deserve to be a supervisor I will never be eating here or even stepping foot in here again for a company that takes pride in being nice you sure do have some very poor employees and customer service if I was able to rate nothing I would that’s how bad it was for me

    This soup like slop was supposed to be lentils and rice. Looks nothing like what is shown online. It tasted like someone added lentil soup too rice, completely ruined dinner and had to throw it all in the trash

    Ordered online was told the order would take 20 minutes. Showed up about 5 mins before pickup time. Was only one other person in the place. Asked about my order and was told another 10 minutes. Waited 35 mins as the dinner rush came and went ordering the same items I ordered. Sat in a empty restaurant for 10 mins after that waiting for my food to be prepared. One customer lost there Mezza Sackville.

    I get inflation rates are high and cut backs are real, but my god has this place ever gone down hill, I bought a chicken shawarma wrap and received about 8% chicken and 92% veggies. I used to come here and get filled up and maybe have some left overs but with the minimal to no chicken I’ve received twice in a row is just pathetic.the reviews are still high due to people giving them good reviews years ago, but now Mezza has stretched its self too thin with too many locations and disappointed too many people with weighing meat which is laughable. This is exactly what happens before a restaurant chain goes under, change what people came there for and people stop coming.

    Why ruin something good? Prices here have doubled and the quantity has shrunk. Pay $20 to still leave hungry. Barely any chicken on the wrap anymore. I’m happy to see new shawarma places opening up in sackville because I won’t be back here. Maybe they will learn if they want more business. As the other reviews here say it’s just not the same anymore.

    Very bad experience,first i did not get my correct order and the wraps were way too small compared to other places I've ordered wraps and the customer services was very poor,overall i wouldn't recommend anyone to dine or order food at mezza

    This is hardly authentic Lebanese food. The chicken shawarma was edible, but lacked anything close to what a chicken shawarma should taste like. This is microwave quality food. It is also very pricey. My advice is to go elsewhere.

    Poor quality, small portions and lacklustre service. Very, very far from traditional Lebanese food. The Walmart experience for shawarma and Lebanese cuisine, at premium prices. Do not recommend this location at all. Get your shawarma from actual Arabs.

    Went for lunch around 11:30 and many of the ingredients looked old. Lettuce for the salad was wilted. Fries were soggy, possibly from being packed into the container with the chicken and pita. You don't receive much chicken either considering the price for a plate, as well the amount you receive is weighed on a scale.

    Mezza restaurants are one of my favourite restaurants - mostly because I am celiac and there are good food options. On April 23 we ordered take out in the restaurant as I always make sure re the celiac requirements. It appeared that the staff were not familiar with the requirements for celiac despite our directions. I had a celiac reaction from the food and was sick for two days. I’m posting this in the hope that staff will receive training about celiac requirements and the need to avoid cross contamination.

    The chicken souvlaki wrap was excellent. I was asked if I was ok to wait 8 min for the souvlaki and since I wasn't in a rush that suited me fine. They kindly threw in a dessert in the end.

    My last few experiences have been really down hill but tonight takes the cake. 2 Donair/shawarma bowls with dried out cold meat and was mainly "white lettuce" seemed more like cabbage to me but who am I, the guy working should know the difference. On to the poutine with soggy fries from the gravy and next to no cheese. I used to be ok with paying the prices but this just keeps getting worse and more expensive.

    has gone downhill over the years. the fries were taking from the front line to be refried. rice was crunchy and overall quality of the food has gone down. sad this is one of my favourite restaurants :(

    Food is always great ! The shawarma plate is very filling. We tried the rice and lentils this time instead of just rice and it was so delicious. Staff are always friendly and service is very fast. Place is always clean. We go there about once a month.

    Staff is friendly, always welcoming and make order as ordered. Love the chicken Schwarma. The poutine is a little small, though my kid loves it. Overall great service. No big complaints. Keep doing what you're doing :)
