Still require customer masking despite NO masks required in mall, or in the pearle store, no masks on eyeglass sales staff (who work with you in close proximity) and no mask on receptionist (who books you in close proximity). Customers do not have the same choice as staff. I Do not recommend.

The doctor was lovely, thorough and explained a lot of the concerns I had in a very comprehensive way. Made recommendations and sent me off confident in a plan for my eye care until my next appointment. Dealing with the follow up staff was also a great experience, helpful and even better when I returned to put in my prescription.

What an enjoyable experience this morning at the Pearle Vision location on Robie Street, Truro Nova Scotia. The staff were very courteous and most helpful when selecting my new frames. Daniel was a pleasure to deal with and explained the process of measuring my new prescription and the time to receive my new glasses. This was my first time at Pearle Vision, but I know it won’t be my last. Great experience!
