Fun and challenging 60 min. classes. The facility is clean and the staff are subject matter experts. Individualized attention and engaged group of athletes. As of this post I’ve been going for four months and feel stronger thanks to the mix of weight training and cardio. Try it!

This Place is the BEST! The coaches are great and the members are awesome! The box has nice equipment and great music. It has also helped me stay positive while I finished up my masters degree! The community is so encouraging and fun to be around!

Top-notch CrossFit experience! The gym was very accommodating for a drop-in with easy sign-up online. Great facility, great coaching, and great programming. Easy to access location, just follow the directions on maps to get to the back of the complex area there. Thanks to the team at CrossFit Valdosta!

I dropped into this gym while in town for the Moody AFB airshow. I am pretty new to CrossFit and the coaches there were great and they were able to give me lots of instruction during the two classes I attended. The facility is top notch and the people are very friendly. I would definately check it out if you are ever in Valdosta!

Awesome place! In my search for a new crossfit home during our time in Valdosta, Jordan and the members were very welcoming. Coaching and instructions is amazing and very helpful for all levels of fitness!! I highly recxommend checking this place out if you are in town visiting or new to town!!

Dropped in last night. Beautiful facility near i75 with knowledgeable coaches that truly understand programming. There are great athletes in this gym so you will face some great competition. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.
