Excellent counter/cashier service!!!! Food was very good, but the highlight was the Lady at the counter/cashier. Forgot her name, but she was there today (1/4/24 around 2:30pm). I was looking for a hat for my wife. The store didn’t had the size. She was super nice and went above and beyond for me. She was nice enough to call another store and help me get the hat on hold. She did an awesome customer service.

Suppose you want a pleasant southern atmosphere & good food. This a place you want to visit, whether to eat or shop in their store. It is a good place for kids to look around for candy, toys, and limited clothing items. Great for a family gathering. There is so much more than what I put on here. Go to their website and check them out. I always have a great time when I visit the 'Barrel. Enjoy!!

Arrived approx an hour from their closing time (8PM) with a party of 10. Service was lackluster as we were only checked on when food was delivered, not in between. We waited over an hour and a half for food. The steak I ordered was well done rather than medium rare amongst other orders that were not correct. My family and I decided to not make it a big deal as we were the only group left in the restaurant due to closing. This was frustrating as my family and I enjoy Cracker Barrel on occasion.

I love Cracker Barrel it’s one of my favorite places in the world usually but lately it’s getting harder and harder to find one worth eating at and this one is HORRIBLE! The service is fine but the food is terrible! I couldn’t even eat mine so I just paid and left but they have to know that the food they are handing you just by looking at it is not worth eating. It’s sad that one of my favorite restaurants has went so far downhill like most all other restaurants! I was hoping Cracker Barrel would stay as great as they use to be.

Loved our waitress, she was great. My only concern is the new reward system. My husband paid the bill and forgot we had a reward account. Going to the web site there is no place to add points after the purchase.

A nice store/restaurant. Our big question is why do a lot of the sides and gravy have pork in it? They don't offer plain gravy. All the meats for breakfast are pork. The only turkey sausage is an extra cost at over $4.00 for two patties. Guess this is the last time we'll stop at Cracker Barrel. We still enjoy the store.

No waiting and waitress was awesome. Fast service and everyone was very kind. Excellent meatloaf and great fish. The restaurant was clean. Southern hospitality was displayed within the entire location. No complaints during our lunch. Good tea also.
