Smallest sub I've ever had. The employees working looked like they were scared of the owners. The little lady behind the counter argued with someone wanting extra napkins, then wouldn't give the next customer a separate bag for his second sub. She then gave me an attitude about not wanting a kid meal (I've always been rung up for just the sandwich, not the meal). She would only charge me for the meal and then didn't want to give me the juice box and applesauce. Terrible customer service. Glad we were just passing through and will never be back!

I ordered a #12. The girl smeared such a thin layer that it didn't even cover the bread. When she rang me up I was charged for a combo. I let her know I didn't want it and began to walk away when she began yelling at me accusing me of saying things I didn't say. My sister said something to her, her response was "no, I know what she said and the customer isn't right, I am. When I asked her name and store # she said "I ain't telling you that." This happened on my trip from Florida to Ohio. Avoid this Subway at all costs!!!

This has to be the smallest wrap I have ever seen, not to mention I paid over $10 for it. Subway is a good healthy option for fast food in my opinion, but I refuse to pay $10+ for a wrap of this size.

Ordered on their app and got there to find that my order had not been made and the employee didn't know how to get the online orders. He cussed me and said he wouldn't make the food or give me the refund. The owner is crazy also. Did get my money back the next day. Never ever been so disrespected.

This subway said “per managment we do not take coupons at this store” pitiful management

Both bathrooms had signs posted on each BR door that they were out of order. After seeing a lady go in, I asked if it was working. It was. My husband went into the men's restroom: it also was working. Why would they post signs they are temporarily out of order? We ordered our sandwich. I have always ordered the Subway Club but was told I could only get the toppings they posted. I always get banana peppers and green peppers but this Subway will not let you choose your toppings. I ordered a different sandwich that was supposed to be turkey, ham, and salami. When I opened the sandwich- it looked and tasted like bologna. I would NOT recommend this Subway! If they all were like this, I wouldn't go back! First bad experience at a Subway ever and I've been going to Subways over 20 years!

If I could give 0 stars I totally would! The subs literally have no veggies or anything in them. I got a veggie sub with no meat and the workers literally refused to put any toppings on it. What am I suppose to be with a pinch of lettuce? I’m not sure who owns this place but these employees are just taught to put a pinch of everything. After I read everyone else’s reviews I realized it wasn’t just me and you should just go to another Subway cause this one is just a little money hungry place.
