While the food was very filling, I felt that the flavor overall was not worth the price. The pasta we ordered was supposed to be “hot” but it tasted just like the typical marinara sauce. For someone that doesn’t prefer marinara sauce, just about everything was marinara or meat sauce and there’s an additional charge for Alfredo sauce. Bread is not complimentary with the meals.

Their garlic bread is on point!! You can taste the garlic but not overwhelming that you cannot taste anything else. The portion is pretty large for me and my friend. I can only finish 1/3 of my eggplant parmesan which was very delicious while my friend can only finish half of her sandwich. We both very pleased with the service as well as the food quality. The restaurant is cozy and nice. Highly recommended for family dinner.

This was good and it's priced right. I ordered ahead for take out and my order was ready within 10 mins. They weren't busy so that probably helped. I ordered a 10 inch half green chili chicken pizza and half angry bird on white crust. The crust is a thicker hand toss. I'll be honest, if it wasn't for the jalapenos I probably wouldn't have been able to tell the difference between the two halves. However, the pizza was still really good. A 10 inch could easily feed 2-3 people. I def eat here again. While I didn't dine in, I did go in to get my takeout order and the restaurant is cute and quaint. Next time I'll consider dining in.

What a disappointment and waste of money. We got the pasta sampler for two and everything in it was either over cooked, under cooked, or just lacking flavor completely! I will say the best thing in the bag was the caeser salads! Which is sad considering it was $30! I will never order food here again. I should have known by how dead the parking lot was upon arrival lol.

Nice spot to eat. Inside felt like an Italian village. Good waiters and good food. Ordered spaghetti but no meat balls. Dem vittles were satisfying. Come give it a good peek about. Yep

I have been coming here for years and years. Many generations of my family have always loved it. Now i live in Dallas and couldn't wait to come back and spend time with my family here. I was so disappointed! The food has seemed to lose all it's flavor. The service was fine, but the food lacked everything i remember it having. Very sad.

Spoke with Luke early this morning whenever I called to put in a large order for our staff lunch. He was on top of it and made sure our order was 100% correct. I figured he would be frustrated at the lengthy process it took to read off every different meal, however, he was very kind and patient and speedy! Thank you Luke for making this easy for me. Our delivery driver was also great and friendly!!

Great experience! We had a group of 7, out celebrating a family birthday. Our waiter Gage was awesome- super attentive and took great care of us the whole night. When the food came out, one dish out of the 7 came out way behind, about 15 minutes from the rest. Gage was very apologetic and offered a free dessert for our trouble, and then when the dish came to the table, he said the manager would remove it from our ticket completely. The manager/owner came to our table to apologize personally and she also recommended the chocolate rum cake for our free dessert. 10/10 recommend this dessert! Aside from the delayed chicken parm, everything was so good! Pasta was fresh and al dente, food was hot, the service was amazing, and that chocolate rum cake was phenomenal. We’ll definitely be back!

The food is always good and the service is great. I only wish they had a better selection of beer. Four types of light beer and one style of Shiner Bock....not great. Of course, I could go to their other outlet and get DOS XX.

Really nice place. Mafia Queso was really nice. Tad salty fir my taste but I'm not a salt fan so it's probably fine for anyone else. Waitress ewaad attentive and quick even at 3/4 capacity seating. Margaritas was delicious. I'll try their house vodka next time.

Came on a Monday night and it took 20 minutes of standing at the hostess stand before we were even greeted. This place is understaffed. I would’ve left, but my son really wanted to try this place and it’s the only reason I stayed. We came Sunday night at 8pm and were told it was an hour wait and they close at 9pm, so we left. We ordered the mafia queso and it wasn’t even hot…just room temperature. All our food was just ok. My beef ravioli tasted old. I was less than impressed and won’t return.

Food took long to be ready. Delivery was inconsistent. My wife and I were finished with our plates before my son received his entrée. The appetizer of mozzarella sticks was warm to the point that the consistency was that of breaded cheese sticks. Entrees were Luke warm. I hate to say this, but Olive Garden would have been better.

Been going here for many years. The thing you can expect is that it is CONSISTENT. Food is really good. Learn to love the menu because they will never change it! Staff is well-trained and gets the job done. This is our favorite location of the two. Great vibes.

A great little Italian restaurant. I had the Italian sausage casserole and it was yummy. Service was very attentive. They just brought out one of our party's meals like 5 minutes before the rest of our party, which was a little weird.

I was late joining my date for supper, but the waiter was so attentive to my partner and I. Even though we wound up ordering only s short moment before close, the service was extremely speedy and the food was amazing, in large portions for great prices. I'll definitely be returning for a more leisurely experience to truly enjoy the absolutely cozy atmosphere here.

What a great little Italian restaurant! Only not so little... The place appears busy a lot.. But with good reason- the food is great and the atmosphere feels right. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Lubbock.

Orlando's is one of the best spots in Lubbock. The staff, food, and atmosphere is above average.

This place is on Ave Q. it's a small building with limited parking. But totally worth trying to maneuver your way in! We came here at about 11, just before the lunch rush. We got seated immediately by the host, who was very polite. Our server was awesome! I got beef ravioli, it comes with a soup or salad, I chose the soup and asked her to surprise me with whatever she thought was good. She brought out their green hatch chili soup, it tasted like their mafia queso, which we already had an order of! But I wasn't complaining! It was all delicious. My previous experience here wasn't great, after this second visit, I will def. be back for some more ravioli! Food quality and taste was great.

A bit pricey but so worth it. The quality was fresh and the portions were generous. Service was great as well. Drinks weren't bad but over all I loved it.

Delicious food! The waitress gave great recommendations as we hadn't been before. The pizza was delicious and my son loved the burger he got. Very enjoyable night out!

We love this place! We moved to midland recently and now anytime we go back we get that days meal plus an extra while we’re there. The lasagna is amazing and the Caesar salad is the perfect side. Their whole menu is great though and the To-go service is really easy.

Love the interior. Host walked too fast to show us to our table- kinda rude, he seemed grumpy as well, maybe they were short staffed but still, I've been a hostess and I was friendly and respectful no matter what. Server was pretty good, wish I could remember his name, young man, but why do servers often take forever to bring the check, take payment and get you out of there?? 🤣🤦🏼 Food was good but they didn't bring us plates out with the food. 🤣🤣🤦🏼🤦🏼 We had to wait till the guy went back and got plates for us.

Ordered 2 orders of green chili chicken linguini tonight and it was really bad no flavor and dry mine had no green chilies on it. The toast was hard to eat the outer Crust was so hard. I would suggest a new cook.

Whenever I’m in town, I have a meal at Orlando’s. Last night’s delicious dinner of spaghetti and meatballs was complemented by Hayden’s exceptional service. He was professional, personable, prompt and kind. Thank you, Hayden!

The waitress only spoke to my husband not me, and my fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was burned. And when I asked for soup she completely disregarded me and I ended up with some chunky soup? I ended up leaving early because it wasn't welcoming or really good service. Won't be coming to this one ever again.

In the times we are living in the norm is to expect long hold times and overwhelmed employees due to understaffing. We drove up the parking lot was full! A very nice Police officer shows us alternate parking spots. We literally had a pep talk in the car to be prepared to wait and be patient. We walk in, it’s busy! Its Friday night. I was horrified to tell the hostess there was going to be 7 of us! There were people waiting in front of us. They were told 10 to 15 minutes. I was expecting 45 mins to an hour wait. The lady said 15 to 20 minutes. Surely she was underestimating the time. Sure enough they sat us shortly! We were sat in the time they projected. The staff was friendly and amazing! Our table was a little cramped but it was cozy! Food and drinks were exceptional! Our waiter Rico was outstanding! Definitely service with a smile! I was pleasantly surprised! We will definitely be back and recommend friends and and family!

Went in for dinner and asked for a booth. We had to wait for a moment while they cleaned off a table so Karen, one of the owners, led us to the bar for a beverage while we waited. She then told us we would be sitting in “the best booth in the house” and she wasn’t lying!! We were taken care of from start to finish and will absolutely be making this a new regular spot. Thank you Karen and the Avenue Q Orlando’s staff!!

My husband and I have been to Orlando’s twice we live in Clovis, but our son is currently in the NICU at Covenant Children’s Hospital. Our first experience was great and the food was delicious. The second experience was so special and we didn’t even expect it. The host was sweet and polite and put us in the lover’s booth and told us the amazing back story. James was our waiter and he did an amazing job. We’ve been stressed and overwhelmed for months and that night was special and romantic and helped us feel a little bit of normalcy. We just planned to eat, but James made it very special. I hope I got his name right. Thank you James and Orlando’s.
