Is the staff friendly? No. Is the food great? Also no. Is it pretty cheap for all you can eat? Absolutely. 6 bucks for all you can eat bad pizza. And that's why it gets 5 stars. You get what you paid for. Plus the cinnamon rolls are fantastic. They should bring back the brownies though.

We like the pizza at Cici's but the cleanliness of this place has gotten awful! There were 5 or 6 employees in this location and maybe 20 guest. Tables were covered in dishes, floors were gross and the bathroom was disgusting. The employees that were not busy cooking were just standing around in the back talking. This used to be a great location but not anymore.

My husband and I went today for lunch and it was horrible. We will definitely not be back. They had just opened and the pizza that they had out were not cooked correctly. I was watching as pizza came out of the oven and if there was still that kind out they would put the fresh one under the counter. Poorly ran!! If these are the standards that they teach their employees I really don't know how they stay open. It is definitely not how I remembered it. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Not the best food. But a great place to go when you have a large group of kids. Or if you're looking for a quick bite. The employees are always helpful and nice. The place is always clean. Salad bar is not very good. The vegetables always look like they were attacked by a dull knife. But the pizza is ok and especially the create your own pizzas. The pasta is always over cooked and soggy. The soup is always lacking. But the flavor is there.

Really enjoy going here for many reasons. 1: always clean and smells good 2: employees are always nice 3: it gives my granddaughter the opportunity to restock her pizza sauce blood<that is a joke (she bleeds pizza sauce lol) but seriously being all-you-can-eat she can halfway fill her monthly pizza eating quota in one meal setting 4: it has just the right pasta and salad stuff for me to enjoy eating and serves the few pizza types I will actually eat (I AM NOT A PIZZA FAN) on rare occasions. The bread sticks are always good. LAST BUT NOT FORGOTTEN THE DESSERTS ARE MOUTH WATERING DELICIOUS

Second time I’ve eaten here and the second time the pizza has been less than satisfactory. Ask for stuff crust, got deep dish. Ask for cheese bread, got bread with no cheese. Disappointing because my kids grew up on CiCi’s but idk if we will be back to this location.

The people are great, the service was great, the food was great. The location was just a bit dirty and the games in the game area were empty. I do have to say I think there must have been a big party before we arrived. So that could have been the reason for the uncleanliness. Either way my family and I enjoyed our time there.

Sorry I've always ate here with my family but today the service was horrible all the employees had the worse attitude. Some even talked back even if you just grabbed slices of pizza or dessert. The taste was really bad. Will not eat there for a while until they change the personal. Sorry but it sucked. There was one person standing at the front for about ten minutes because the lady from the register was too busy on her phone, the the ones preparing pizza had no gloves. Sorry there was no choice for less than a star!!

I am a teacher and I brought a group of middle school students to this CiCi’s today. The staff was prepared and friendly! The restaurant was clean and the kids were served quickly. Thank you for providing us with a great and easy lunch experience!

The only thing I didn’t like is that we ordered a specific pizza (I can’t handle the tomato based sauces), it wasn’t brought to our table, but instead they put it on the bar and it was gone in 30 sec. This particular day was busy. Atmosphere was nice. The food was to be expected. We brought some friends with us as we all had just left the pool for my daughter’s birthday get together.

We visited CiCis Pizza for lunch. When we entered, we had to stand at the counter for about 10 minutes while the attendant was refilling the salad par and would occasionally look up at us, then put her head back down. After a while, the same attendant made her way over to the register and processed the line that was by now out the door and standing on the sidewalk. We go out plate and grabbed a small salad. the salad was about average. When we finished, we had to buss our own tables and then proceeded to the pizza line. It was fairly well stocked with hot pizza. the quality was fine and we finished out meal. The experience was good.

At the time of my visit, the facility was very clean, & steady flow of fresh pizza on the buffet. My wife has a tomato allergy. The staff was more than happy to accommodate her. The manager suggested a pizza with no tomatoes in the ingredients. The team took special care not to contaminate the pizza. They change gloves, used clean pans and cutters. Amazing place to eat, me and my friends ate 6 maybe even more pizzas, it's amazing, wayyy better then pizza hut 100% recommend

Good place to take young kids with a big appetite . Games were clean and a decent variety to interest young to older kids. Lettuce in salad bar had lots of brown pieces of old lettuce but the pizza bar always had lots of fresh pizza and I heard several people asking for special pizza and they were getting it to their tables pretty quick. Great service for a buffet.

Very good they made me a perfect pizza with Jalapeños and spinach. Customer service was excellent except the tall kid that cleans picked up my full glass of tea and trew it away while I got up to get another piece of pizza. He knew what he had done and did not offer to give me another drink. The lady on the register was very nice and gave me another cup.

Solid overall with perfectly acceptable atmosphere. At times the food is hit or miss but with the variety at your disposal it's hard to miss one you'll like! Cinnamon rolls are always amazing here too.

I have always loved Cici's pizza because it's usually always fresh out of the oven and friendly employees, but this time, the Pizza was hard and you could tell it sat around for awhile. Not so friendly employees, very dirty restroom, and you might want to take your own hand soap because what they have is so watered down its useless.

I gave CiCi 4 star comparing them with other All You Can eat establishments with about the lowest price anywhere. I like the variety of pizza 🍕 and the bar any bad.

As always their pizza buffet has a great selection and the price can't be beat, especially with the current deal going on, making buffets w/ a drink around $6 per person. The pizzas are not the best in the world, but they still hit the spot when you have a craving. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the manager was willing to assist her staff and customers with what they needed. The only reason this review is not a 5 star one is because of the fact the wait time was approximately an hour to get in, and the facility was a bit dirty, that being said, they were exceptionally busy upon this visit.

The soup was delicious today. I think they added more spices and herbs it was much better than usual. The pizza was fresh and no wait. Salad was also great. The tomatoes were cut up instead of the little Romas… I’m really writing this review to say how much I appreciate your workers. Ricky is always working so hard.I hope Cicis is treating him well!😉 He definitely deserves to be recognized. Always so kind and willing to go above and beyond from what I can see. Especially all the extra precautions with Covid. That means extra work for the employees and it does not go unnoticed..All of the employees are exceptional workers.

The people there are good but at time some of the employees there get behind making all of the food even when it was slow, but it still a good quick lunch or dinner. And now it is more kid friendly.

Would have been better if they made more desserts. We had to wait nearly 25 minutes for cinnamon rolls and the apple pizza.

The girl working today 8/9/2022 at the front with the pizzas is very rude, inconsiderate, ignores customers, and gives attitude when you ask for special pizza order. My family and i will not return to this establishment we spent $49 just to get attitude and its not appreciated.

Loving the updated games for the kids. So much better. Food was great, they had lots of choices of pizza out. And the price is not bad at all.

I am overall happy with cicis pizza. However 3 weekends in a row I have tried to call them at my location to place an order for a party pack. Because I can only order them by phone but every time I call it is a busy tone. And I am unable to place my order and end up going somewhere else. I would like to order from yall for my employees however I don't want to order several separate pizzas I would like to the party pack so I can save a little money.

Update on Monday 9/4/23- not sure why we decided to come back again, but here we are. 10 min wait for the girl, Natalie, taking care of the salad/pasta bar to decide to act as the cashier for the line out the door. Not friendly, never smiled, felt like we were an intrusion on her time. Noticed they are encouraging people to clean their own tables instead of the older lady bussing tables. Most people did clean their tables, some did not. Today, they were able to keep pizzas on the buffet line as well as desserts and cheese sticks. Pizza was hot/fresh, but noticed they have alot of pepperoni options. Did see a BBQ, Canadian bacon, Alfredo and spinach option. Still not my favorite place, but today was a better visit than the last one. Friday night all you can eat for $7.99. What a mess!! 1 person working the register and salad bar, 1 poor older lady trying to keep up bussing tables and 4 people working the kitchen and not able to keep pizzas on the buffet. As soon as a pizza comes up, people scarfing it up within seconds. I now remember why we haven't been here in awhile. None of the employees seem to have a sense of urgency to keep the buffet full causing people become vultures waiting and then attack like piranhas before the pizza hits the tray. I will say that I have seen people stack 10 pieces of pizza on their plates and then leave 5 of them on the plate. Amazing how wasteful people can be. We even saw a few taking doggie bags out. I never even saw cheese bread or any desserts. We probably won't be making this a return visit.

The pizza was fresh, the workers were all polite and helpful, and it was clean. It looks like they have added a few new games, which are pretty fun. We had a blast spending family time here.

Only took a star away for the dirty state of the restaurant. The walls, doors, chairs are BAD. But the pizza is good and feeds my whole family of 6 for cheap.

Sometimes they ran out of pizza but always seemed to be right on it to fill up the line again, I appreciate that about this location. The pizza was delicious and place was clean, we take our family here all the time and the kids love it
