Absolute
disaster.
Do
NOT
book
a
wedding
or
event
here.
We
were
very
excited
and
booked
our
wedding
a
year
in
advance
at
the
Bayside
Hotel.
Unfortunately,
all
we
received
was
a
lot
of
lies,
misinformation
and
huge
headaches
from
the
"in-house
wedding
planner"
.
I
had
booked
this
location
for
one
reason
only
-
for
the
view
of
the
beach
from
the
terrace.
My
hopes
were
quickly
dashed
when
we
returned
6
months
later
to
find
a
huge
building
on
the
terrace
blocking
the
entire
view
of
the
beach.
When
we
asked
why
we
were
never
informed
of
this
massive
change,
which
we
would
have
cancelled
had
we
known,
she
simply
responded
with
"I
didn't
know,
it's
not
my
problem."
Unfortunately,
it
was
too
late
to
get
out
of
the
contract
and
we
had
never
been
informed
that
such
construction
would
take
place.
To
make
matters
worse,
any
request
we
had
regarding
the
basics
of
the
wedding,
no
matter
how
small,
was
met
with
a
very
harsh
NO,
with
no
explanation
as
to
why
that
was,
or
any
other
solutions.
Just
one
no
after
another.
I'm
amazed
she
wasn't
fired
and
we
were
never
offered
any
compensation
for
things
we
had
to
put
up
with.
The
attention
to
detail
that
one
would
expect
from
a
4
star
hotel
was
not
there
at
all.
I
have
had
better
service
at
a
2
star
hostel
than
this
hotel.
I
recommend
you
save
yourself
the
unnecessary
stress,
money
and
tears
and
book
your
wedding/event
elsewhere.
