Very fast it took only one minute and very cheap and empty

Nothing special, long wait, and expensive ended up going to a local restaurant for a much better price and food.

I had ordered food from them and once I received it it was the wrong order. I called them to tell them I had received the wrong order but the man responded with “I don’t know it’s a problem” instead of helping solve a mistake they had made. The man asked if I could come and get a new order in which I didn’t understand because it’s dark outside and if I wanted to buy food outside I would that was why I had ordered instead. I was refused to get a refund or get the right order. No help. No respect

just a casual burger king branch service was good and quick

No Touch-Display Order ++ The stuff don't speak englisch very well (large means not small) ++ The fries were close to cold. --> PEASE DON'T SAY SORRY. FIX THE PROBLEMS !!!

Their food is always well prepared. And served hot

They show as a menu but they gave without coke ! Even they don’t mention or even ask... they don’t want to earn money even.. They don’t care... bad service

This Burger King in the center street of Lublin is a good and not crowded place to have a fast bite of burger. Much better alternative than extremely crowded McDonalds several hundreds meter away

Fast food is supposed to be serving fast and Burger king didn't disappointed me.

Visited this spot on April 21st evening. Usually would probably choose something else, but it was Easter Sunday and there was not a lot of options. And wow me and my husband we were just amazed. It was the best customer service I have ever received in a fast food restaurant. They spoke very good English which might be difficult to find in Poland. And they (young guy who was obviously a supervisor/shift manager and the other staff member who was behind the counter) went just above and beyond to make us feel like most important customers. Food was just like it was supposed to be, tasty burgers! But that service ... just wow!

It's a nice place to have a snack or something. Pleasure atmosphere is made by not too loud, calm music and beautiful interior design. A good thing - It's situated in the old part of the town. So, you can visit some places near here.
