My power was out and my wife needed a/c to sleep. They truly are a pet friendly establishment as I have 2 dogs that were able to stay with us. Clean, quiet, and cool was what we were looking for and found it here. My only complaint would be that the TV takes forever to change channels and there is no channel guide or info in the room.

Pros: I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the welcoming front desk staff. The location was good and low noise level was nice. Nice buffet breakfast as well from what I heard. Cons: Pool room and pool was COLD. The pool (and breakfast) was the main reason I booked a room there. It was not enjoyable at all, and the other guests that were in there with me, were very disappointed with the temperature of the room/pool as well. I also wish breakfast was served til 10a. I didn't get a chance to try it, but it sounded good.

Perfect ideal location. Close to the expressway. With lots of restaurants fast food stores and amenities nearby. We love that it's tucked away but it's still relaxing and modern. The pool area is a bit chilly or a bit warm depending on the season the heaters being broken. We've stayed here a few times the last time we stayed we went in the room and there was still a note from housekeeping about enjoy your New Years with us and it smelled of animal pee. Which I brought it to the manager and's friend desk attention and solved it quickly and easily. The rooms resides that were very comfortable cozy and clean. The gym was perfect and the breakfast bar was very delicious. Not sure about paying 80 bucks a night there I think you're pretty much thing for the pool and the breakfast for one out of three people ate breakfast and one of the three people swam that was with my party. So kind of unsure. Like I said you're paying for the modern updates, location breakfast and pool. It is quiet there is no issues with that whatsoever. For the most part everything else was a great for us and it will more than likely return again by the end of the year for a night or a weekend getaway

We were traveling from MI to NH for a funeral and were just trying to find a decent place to rest for the night. This hotel fit the bill and had a couple of pleasant surprises that will make us return again. * The staff was very friendly, welcoming & professional. * THE pool & area were exceedingly nice... hosting a salt water pool kept at 80°.

Rooms could use some new carpet and some refreshing. Also, I don't appreciate it when a place doesn't offer breakfast at least til 10am. When people are on vacation they don't want to have to be up early to catch breakfast and since we pay for it, it should be available.

Room was clean. Bed was really comfortable! DeeDee in the breakfast area was extremely accommodating and sweet. 5 stars for service - thank you for your kindness DD!!! We wished the breakfast went until 10am. Feel it was a bit overpriced but overall a good place to stay!

The receptionist was friendly and kind to me and my friend. The lobby seemed nice and well kept too.. however, the rooms could of been more cleaned. I’m not sure if housekeeping just did the basic cleaning but the room had dust behind the night stands and the bathroom did not feel clean. I did not use the shower either.. I definitely needed socks or slippers on my feet in order to walk around on the carpet. Glad we only stayed one night.

Room was great, staff were wonderful. One fella in particular was super helpful even though they were obviously slammed from the DTE outage. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because this place, like many others, took advantage of the mass outage to raise prices.

Clean nice rooms, staff was very friendly & courteous. Pool was nice, even had a handicap lift which is rare for motels to have. Breakfast was better than expected. Definitely will be back in future.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The check-in was easy and the check-in staff was friendly. The only problem is the breakfast was below par. We have stayed at many best westerns in this I think was the saddest breakfast we’ve had

My fiance and I on 12/31/2023 decided at the last minute for our anniversary we wanted to stay at a hotel and celebrate new years away from the place we live at. After calling many hotels this hotel had rooms available. We booked the room without looking at the reviews and while out to dinner we started looking at the reviews and were WORRIED. We arrived at the hotel a few hours later and were greeted with smiles and kindness. Lobby was beautiful, the lady helping us was super kind and a beautiful person all around. We went up to our room where we decided to do our hotel check. Everything clean, spotless. The only bad thing I could really say is that the outlets don’t really have enough power, unless you plug into the lamps, by the bed (room 202) and to be fair that is me nit picking if I really wanted to complain, which I don’t because our stay was great; Other than that it was a beautiful stay. We enjoyed our stay so much, we decided to book another night at 3 AM. Breakfast was yummy; waffles, potatoes, sausage patties, bagels, eggs, and orange juice or apple juice. The staff was amazing. I mean it was probably one of the best stays I’ve had in Ohio. Please take these negative reviews with a grain of salt. Our stay was amazing. Very Quiet, the staff was helpful with towels, paper plates, silverware. I mean they were just awesome. Always available by desk or phone. They never acted like it was a burden or an issue to help you, instead it was quite the opposite, they wanted to help you and they wanted you to enjoy the stay. No bedbugs. No roaches. Not even a spider. I mean these rooms were CLEAN. We will probably stay again at some point in time.:))) thank you for giving us a great anniversary and new years

Room was clean and smelled good, bed was comfortable. Shower was nice, plenty of hot water. We checked in at 4am and they were really nice about checkout time, giving us extra time to sleep.

I stayed here for a concert I was attending and got a broken Jacuzzi room. I mentioned to the front desk the tub was not working, then was told it’s been broke, yet a manger told me the tub was off due to a MOLD problem. The room also had a broken TV a broken cupboard handle that cut my leg. Broken crown molding hanging rom the wall and another guests dirty linens under the sink. I asked for the owner to reach out and was told by the manger no.

Room was great and so was service. Asked the counter for dinner recommendations and he directed us across the street ( which was worth it) and also let us know we get 10% off if we say we are staying in the hotel. Our one big complaint is that the sign for breakfast says it goes till 10 on Sunday, and infact because of covid, they close it at 9. So we missed breakfast, besides that it was a good stay

I picked this place because the photos made it look like it was a nice place. I drove almost 2 hours away to get here to find out its disgusting! Nasty torn up carpet. Nasty smell in the room. I decided to check the mattress like I do at every hotel and there's bed bugs... I should've read the reviews and now I'm sobbing and the front desk refuses to refund me my meesly 86 dollars so I can go find another hotel. I'm so mad I have to stay here and I don't want to bring roaches or bed bugs to my home. This is SO WRONG TO MAKE PEOPLE STAY HERE. People smoking inside their hotel rooms and they don't care! She doesn't care about the bugs she didn't seem surprised or concerned at all. The outside door doesn't even lock to get to the inside where the hotel rooms are. It's trashy, scary and very nasty. This place needs shut down!!!!

Way to expensive for what it is. Pool area was cold, and they weren't able to turn the heat on. Pictures show a hot tub, but it's filled in. Reception was kind and helpful.

This was my third night in a row in a hotel along the I-80/90 corridor. The room was by far the cleanest and most comfortable on the entire trip. Kudos to the housekeeping and front desk staff for providing a great experience!

Staff was rude. Our key wouldn't work, they refused to send anyone up and told us if it's green, it's unlocked. Our toliet wouldn't flush, they refused to give us extra towels until we brought old ones down. When we brought the old ones down they only gave us 2 towels, told me they wouldn't give me a receipt for the towels so I wouldn't get charged and argued with me that I only brought 2 down when my son brought a whole pile down with me. They also ignored my teenage son, who was there first, and wanted to help an adult first, until I told them he was with ke.I told the front desk how I wasn't happy with all the issues and they laughed and said oh well, I could leave. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Dawn at the front desk as well as the "manager" should really learn some minimal customer service skills.

I stayed here with my husband and kids a few weeks ago, the tub was dirty and the water pressure for the shower was very weak. I had left my watch there on accident (It was a special watch to me because my husband gave it to me as a gift), So I called, and they said they could send it to me. Almost a week later, They called me again to tell me that they could not send it unless I sent them a prepaid box for them to send it to me in. I had been told by a friend that that she had left things at hotels before, and they just send it back to her with no charge or anything. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody. They were dishonest when they told me they could send it back with no problem, plus, they waited almost a week to tell me that they couldn't.

Big comfortable quiet room, huge bed, very comfortable, nice Buffay breakfast, the biscuits and gravy was a nice touch. Check in and check out employees very personable. Close to the interstate, and walk across the parking lot to two different restaurants

Me and my two girls choose this hotel for a night stay. I first selected it because the location was suppose to have a hot tub and when I got on site there was no hot tub. Just a pool and they keep the room so cold that my girls which came to swim could not enjoy themselves at the pool. I was very upset with the older lady that works the morning shift at the front desk. I went to throw a pizza box away and I threw it in what look to be a trash can and the front desk agent scolded me as if I was a small child. Once I threw it away she came around the corner screaming at me at the top of her lungs to take that out of there because it’s not a trash can. Which look from the eye to be a trash can. Mind you I am staying on the third floor and I walk the whole floor looking for a trash can to throw the trash away before taking it down to the first floor. She also told me it didn’t belong in there as well, she told me most people and keep using the term most people, she also told me that common sense should have told me not to throw my trash in there because it said plastic. Which was very very very rude and disrespectful to say to a customer.I told her I agree it said plastic and I didn’t notice that at all. I was more concerned with picking up after myself and my children. As I couldn’t find a trash can after looking on the third floor and was happy I finally found one that I didn’t notice that it said paper and plastic. As a consumer I felt humiliated and embarrassed as she yelled at me in front of the cleaning staff and others in the hotel lobby. She began to make racial insults as she continued to say what most people would not do. She was very combative and went back and forth with me about trash. As humans we all make mistakes and if she would have conveyed that to me respectfully I would have apologized, when she pointed out that it was designed for plastic and paper and not trash, which I never payed it any attention so I went back to see if what she was saying was correct and she indeed was correct so I apologized to her immediately. She still was very very upset with me. She never tried to hear, understand or even take in to consideration my perspective as a consumer and just did not know. She talked to me and down me as if my intentions was malicious and I was trying to do something wrong. I have never felt so bad as an adult for trying to throw my trash away. She never used self restraint or never thought to not say some of the awful things she said to me. She continued to be aggressive with me as I asked what time was check out and talk to me as if I was ignorant which she insinuated several times throughout the conversation. As well as the cleaning staff also agreed with her and they began to both scold me together. This was a very horrible but most importantly embarrassing experience for me. I will never stay in this hotel again, as I have family up the road from the hotel which is why I choice it to stay in for me and my children because it was near by and we travel here quite often. It was my first time and definitely will be my last time staying here. The young lady that check us into our hotel was awesome and very helpful and polite and that was appreciated. It made me feel so uncomfortable being away from home and having to get into it with a staff member when me and my children was out here to enjoy the New Year with family. I am very disappointed in the service I received from the morning front desk staff member and the cleaning lady which was also a older woman that came and volunteered her opinion and it was not warranted or asked for or needed. She should have honestly stayed out of the conversation. They do not have customer service skills. I should have never been treated this way at all. I do not recommend this hotel due to the staff and how they treat you. Also bathroom was not the cleanest.

We were traveling to town with our sons for a sudden, very tragic funeral. I had to literally beg for the room to be changed and towels to be provided, on a four day stay, not once but twice. The pool was clean, but cold. The breakfasts were subpar and the front desk staff, with the exception of one, was rarely even present. Way to make a bad situation worse, thank you.
