1st time I had my hair colored professionally and Esther did an amazing job. She listened to me, was knowledgeable and gave me prices ahead of time. I will go back to her again.

Visited this salon for hair color about a year ago and did not return when flat iron was not available by stylist. I found that odd or maybe that service was not something she wanted to do for me. Revisited last month for 2 step color and cut and although was moderately pleased (even tho she bleached my roots and she herself was embarrassed over the way they looked with red instead of brown after and offered for me to come back to fix it, and played with my hair to style it so my roots didn’t show) with service,$400+ was definitely price gouging. I will pay for quality service but this was excessive. Returned a few days ago to get color and was going to just get roots done to reduce expense. Stylist was almost 30 min late, then explained that whoever booked the appointment only booked 1 hour! I booked this appointment the same day as previous color and made this to coincide with a dinner date so my hair would be lovely. Needless to say, my appointment was not fulfilled. Stylist then offered a couple other options the next week but I honestly felt like I was a burden. I will pay for great service and tip well. I was never going to review this salon negatively or call the owner until I went to another salon and received EXCELLENT service for a 2 step color and flat iron. $130 and was out in 1 1/2 hours. Never did this stylist make me feel like my hair was a burden and I will return there! Please remember that professional prices should reflect professional service.

Emelie C asked me to come In To model for her, and do I have to say wow to what she did😍. She’s new, and needed a little bit of reassurance and she definitely got it as the staff were so patient and kind to her. I loved the lay out of the salon, along with different services being provided. I will definitely go back, as well as recommend people!!

I had never been to a real salon before so I really didn’t know what to expect. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Amelia did a phenomenal job with my haircut and everyone in my life loves it, and Jozie did a great job with my nails. I am so happy that I will look good for my graduation, thanks to these ladies.

I initially had a haircut with Amelia and was supremely pleased with the outcome. Then I scheduled a second haircut, Amelia was not available on short notice, but was cut by another stylist (which I also liked). After two successful appts, I agreed to a touch up with Amelia and she did a fabulous job-no more gray! I’ve since become a return customer and wouldn’t give up my appts with Amelia for anything. She listens to what I say and turns it into exactly what I ask for. She’s excellent and efficient in every way. Thank you Amelia!

It has been a VERY long time since I have been in a classy hair salon. Reminds me of the salons from days past. They were very knowledgeable, many services, top line products, and very clean. Chris and Jim (owners) really know the business.

My hair was a hot mess until today. Esther is amazing! My hair is getting back on track to be healthier, thanks to Esther. I am so pleased withe the cut, color of my highlights. She discussed everything with me before she did anything and made sure I understood what she meant. I highly recommend her.

I would have to rate the stylist I've seen, Esther, 5 stars; the owner, 1 star. She was incredibly passive aggressive in her tone when I presented for an appointment with the aforementioned stylist, who turned out to be out on medical leave. I was unaware of this when I arrived (obviously) and when I presented at the desk, she advised of such, stating she made a special appearance at the salon today to support her reception team. (This insinuated she was prepared for an argument immediately). There were communications not received on my end, whereas she had mentioned (repeatedly) that she had used a phone service to call and advise of the cancellation, as well as making a point to state that "I even reached out with my personal phone to try and get a hold of you, and received no answer." I was not arguing with her on this failure in communication, as we all know technology is not perfect, and simply stated that I only received confirmation texts from an automated number (and said along the lines of 'o wow, definitely did not' in genuine surprise regarding cancelation notices), which I responded to each time. I would have been more than happy to reschedule in the meantime, as things happen, with another stylist, but the owner positively presented poorly with her rude demeanor and passive aggressive statements ("Oh, well, if you're not receiving messages than I'm worried for your phone!") As I walked back to my car, it hit me that I did receive a text the night prior, and due to the ambiguity of the message, figured it was a wrong-number-text. The text did not identify who (person or place) that was contacting me and what for. I assume that the rest of the stylists are fantastic, but buyer beware of the owner, as there is poor communication on her behalf and a tendency to be "right" even if the situation does not even call for a right v wrong. If you are a stylist looking to work there, if she is rude to customers, I can only imagine the dreadful manner she treats her employees or booth renters. Should the owner read this, and in looking at the responses from prior reviews, I assume she will, here is a template professionals use to advise clients of any updates via text: "Hello, this is (name) from/with (place). (Situation happened) and we are reaching out to notify you. (Insert options if relevant after update). (Contact Information)"

I have been bringing my daughter in to have her curly hair cut by Amy C for the past four years. As a straight-haired momma, it’s been wonderful to receive guidance and education on how to care for my daughter’s curls throughout the years. Amy does a dry cut, ensuring the best shape of the cut. I’m so happy I knew another curly girl who recommended us to her!

Having curly hair it’s a struggle to find a stylist who truly knows how to cut and style my hair. I found Amelia on Google and she was amazing! Not only has she improved the texture of my curls but she’s also an expert colorist. I was graying and wanted a color lift of my natural highlights and her work was amazing! Got my hair cut and braided by Emelie C for a huge transition, everything turned out phenomenal and worth coming in for. Environment was like at home, and the process was quick but not rushed. Would highly recommend.

I needed to have an "Alice the Maid" from Brady Bunch costume for the Heart n Soul 20th annual fundraiser to Raise Awareness for Mental Health. Amelia delivered! Everyone loved it! I will be back with more projects for her. Thanks Amelia and everyone!
