Was in to purchase women's work wear, bib overall, winter parka and new work boots!! Could not get anyone to help find the products in the store!! 3 ladies working and the 2 young ladies at the front were to busy talking... big sale loss!! Don't worry though... Tough duck out of Edmonton were more then happy to accommodate my purchases! So I guess trying to support local isn't always the best option!

Quality clothing at great prices. Very helpful and friendly staff. Always has some great sales. Unfortunately, this store is moving to a different location March 10th.

The younger lady and older lady working tonight December 27th at 5:30 pm were very rude and condescending to my husband because he was asking questions and they were too annoyed to help. Terrible customer service. Won’t be back to this location thanks to them.

Store is dirty, floors are disgusting. Never have any bags especially if it's a sale. No gifts boxes. Staff is very nice and helpful.

This is a huge store with broad selections of everything. The quality is excellent; very durable. The staff is very helpful. They can add at least one more staff to help out on the floor since this store is so huge. Really good store for outdoor and practical wear.

Even though it is the end of January, they still had a few of the cut and size jean I wanted in the sale rack. Clean, and tidy and not busy even on Saturday at noon.

Prices are high, quality is going down. Sizing has changed over the past few years. Displays of women's blouses look terrible. Surely they can afford a clothes steamer to smooth the wrinkles. Looks like everything just came out of the plastic bags and was hung up.
