I have no idea how this place has an average of 4.7 stars. A steakhouse should know how to cook steak. Clearly, the steak that was delivered to me 90 minutes after I ordered was pre-seared hours before and then thrown on the grill to warm it up before it got to the table cold. When the server came around and I mentioned that it was poorly executed, they asked if they could bring me a new one "at whatever temperature I wanted." Seriously?!?!? I want it cooked medium, like I asked for it. Then they asked my kid if an additional 2 minutes on the grill for their nearly raw burger was good enough. Horrible knowledge and execution of food, and not worthy of the title "steakhouse". Go elsewhere. The buffet was better and even that is mediocre. So disappointing, as the cut of meat (prime rib) had so much promise. The kitchen staff either needs some serious training or a head chef that ensures everything that leaves the kitchen is actually edible. Would never come back, and would never recommend to anyone.

Nicely and tastefully decorated. Our server Dane was very attentive and supportive of our 7 person group. We ordered all the appetizers for the table. The French onion soup was hot but this. Thus, the 4/5 rating.

Nicolette and Sherome were amazing the fillet mignon was super tasty. Definitely one one the best options in Palladium

precooked steak warmed up and served. i think a fresh cooked steak is the minimum standard for a steakhouse. the server also mentioned that the ribeye was precooked

Kirk Lee’s service was phenomenal! El Dorado restaurant was the first restaurant we visited at Grand Palladium and the experience we had set the standard for our entire week.

My husband's filet was amazing, my rib eye not as much. But they let me order a filet instead and I was very happy with that. Great staff and the others in our party said their steak was great.

Great meal. The filet mignon was absolutely delicious. Quick service. Wonderful hospitality.

No reservations possible, Waiting time 22 tables... But more than 10 tables unoccupied?! How can that be?!

El Dorado restaurant was AMAZING we had my mom Birthday Dinner here and everything was Amazing From the Drinks, to the Food, down to them singing Happy Birthdayyyy to my mom 🥳🥰🫶🏽 Freya was absolutely amazing ask for her‼️

Service was great. They made sure the decorations were set up the way we wanted. Jenoy “General” Fleming was great. He ensured there was no worries at all. “No worry ya self” I won’t forget that

El dorado is a great restaurant to eat in at the resort. Food is very fresh and tasty. Food portions are great. Menu options fit just Abt all types of eaters; vegetarians, and carnivores alike. It's a family friendly restaurant as well. Shameika was our server, and she was great. She was very attentive to our needs. She spoke w the cooking staff to ensure there were meals to fit our son's needs regarding his allergies. She came back to check on us while eating multiple times. She made our dining experience a very pleasant one. I'd ask for her personally to be our server every time if it was possible.

Dane was so sweet and respectful and went out of his way to take care of us. He's a great server and the chef's dessert's presentation was superb!!!

Jenoy Flemming at the El Dorado Restaurant at Grand Palladium Resort was our waiter. He did amazing work with our party of 8 guest. Excellent service, 10/10.
