Good place to have a great variety of burgers. I love Crispy Veg Supreme (Burger) with french fries. It's so delicious 😋 Ambience is good but sometimes it is very crowded that you may find difficult to occupy your space before ordering. Burger King.....amazing place for burger lovers! 🍔🍟

The place has some nice views. The interiors are good. There is a lot of rush pretty much all the time. The service takes some time and waiting time his quite high. But that might improve over time. The taste is decent the chicken chilli and chicken supreme burgers are quite decent. The veg whopper was also okayish. The taste isn't as good as McDonald's though.

Lucknow first Burger King at New Umrao mall, I visited yesterday but I feel that burger King want some more space to go. All seats were full there was no single seat to sit and have a burger. But as usual burger was same in taste like had in Delhi.

I ordered for a chicken taco, the patty was stinking and had a very foul taste. Spoiled the whole meal. Quality was definitely ignored while preparing meal plus the staff was not very well behaved.

Here am telling u guys that u will never go in burger king after 9pm coz they dnt hv services to serve u, like me urs mood also gone in bad mood they have only cash serive either u hv upi or card they dnt hv solution nd behaved like he dnt care about u Too much bad serice m never go in this branch

Very bad burgers they were stinky and very bad service. Not at all professional!! The staff is super rude and all they do is roll their eyes!! They laugh and make fun of customers and their orders. They misbehave alot while taking order. They gossip more and they don't do their work!! Other than that the ac's never work and they lie alot!! This is the Worst burger king ever!! Its better to dine in for burgers in butterstory and other restuarants!!

The overall quality of food is not upto the mark, the burgers are plain, fries are less and dual colored and the service is so slow, the Manager Shivam doesn't care about it, he's so lame and no care attitude
