I was surprised to see the small hotel near railway station. Cost is very reasonable. Service is the best. The employees are very polite and supportive. Food is very tasty. The quantity is correctly planned for one person. If you want more you can order full portion. Parking is bit difficult but they help in finding you the car parking. The ambience challenges the visitors with their Google reviews. Many visit with high rating including myself. We enjoyed the food, care without any disappointment. Another important aspect is they don't accept tips to the waiters. The owner takes care with salary. A gentleman who should be connected to the management discussed with me in detail after seeing me as tamilian and he gifted the paan 2 nos after packing it nicely. Go with good mood and their food will make you happy nad their services will give you better memory.

One of the best restaurants i have come around... Hygienic... Pure to the taste and ingredients... Owner/Staff is very courteous... The vision and legacy of R.C. Arora is well taken care of... I had very little time since night curfew was in place but they were courteous enough to pack me awadhi chicken biryani even late at the night... So my review dwells much around it only... What i liked with packaging of food is that everything they used is of food grade quality with certification of everything being food grade... They took care of small things like mouth freshner, tissue, salt, pepper... coming onto the taste of the food it was very awesome... The chicken was so soft and properly cooked that i ate it all using the wooden spoon they had provided to me... Without using my hands... The aroma and taste of biryani was totally exquisite... I am really glad that they used original kesar instead of food flavouring... I for the one am a person who likes biryani by salan and biryani to be spicy... But after having their biryani with raita, i can gladly say that biryani can also be eaten with raita... Their awadhi chicken biryani was a delicacy for me... Pros... Everything... Cons... Nothing...

The staff is very polite and cooperative and service is good. The taste and quality of food is excellent and super light and feels healthy to the stomach. They grind their spices on the traditional Sil Batta and use only branded desi ghee and mustard oil for their preparations. I highly recommend having a lunch/dinner at this place. The rates are also reasonable given the high quality stuff they use for making food. The best part is that half-plate is available for most of the items in the menu, so the place becomes very practical for those intending to dine alone. They also provide food delivery all across Lucknow if you place an order on their WhatsApp number. The location of the restaurant is very strategic. It is located right across Charbagh Railway Station, just below Charbagh Metro Station. The only drawback is that the place has no parking space and the road usually remains very busy due to the railway station right beside it. So, its advisable to park your car at the Railway Station parking lot to ensure the safety of your car, especially from Challans. I have attached pictures of the menu to this review to give an idea of the rates as on 25th of Sept, 2022.

The food we tried here was nawabi platter ,rumali roti, kadhai chicken , Lucknowi biriyani for 2 people and it's was full and satisfiable..The taste , ambience , service was really good. People who visit lucknow station can visit here to have good food at this location. You won't be disappointed for quality of food.

Owner of the restaurant was very generous and courteous and he never misses to give great hospitality & services to the customers. Had an amazing experience dining here. Ankit Singh was our server and he was very kind and took time to suggest suitable dishes according to our taste buds. Truly suggest to come over here and try their food rather than going to the over hyped food outlets in Lucknow.

I can't stop myself visiting this restaurant .Each and Every dish call Veg or Nonveg is very delicious. I tried almost every dish here the best part of this restaurant is they won't hide infact anything infact they show us a video of raw material or the food packing material being purchased .For cooking they use high Quality Mustard oil(Hathi brand) and Desi ghee(Gowardhan) . Delicious food served and high hygiene was maintained. Staff were polite and available all the time. They also helped with luggage to bring inside and while moving out. Would love to see it grow more and more in future. Reason to give only 4 stars: 1. Very less occupancy. 2. Curry quantity was less and not sufficient for Roti+Naan in Mahraja thali. Wish you all the best for future and love to visit here again.

Easy to reach as it's nearby Charbagh Railway Station, they have very tasty food, place is little congested but having good and tasty food, it's worth it to go there. Service is very good. We tried: Lucknowi Kabab ( Mutton): taste like Wow 😲 Zafrani Paratha: very tasty. Sarso Fish Curry: not a good fan of fish but yeah it was good. Tandoori Rotis: as usual. Fresh Lime Soda: as usual. We had very good food here in Lucknow.

There are good restaurants n then there are outstanding restaurants. I have been a customer of Milan for last ten years n only yesterday did I realise what an awesome place this is. Most authentic n delicious meals are anyways hallmarks of Milan. Two days back I ordered some food which I thought was great but not Milan great. I casually reported this to owner, who by the way invites every single customer for their feedback. I forgot about it. When Yesterday I went in again to order another meal, I was up for a surprise. I wasn't allowed to pay a single rupee for my meal. The owner refused to take payment for food despite my protesting that " Once in 10 years" isn't a bad thing. He replied back saying " even once in 10 years " isn't acceptable. I can't believe that I was literally forced to get free dinner. I have never seen such respect n dedication towards one's own craft. I have become a die hard fan for life n I know in my heart that with such caring people around the restaurant, every single customer who visits this place will continue to get the experience of their lives. Keep Rocking Sir, you have built an awesome place. It's great to be a part of such ecosystem.

The food served here is delicious, especially Non Veg. The quality of food is awesome. The Fish and meat are perfectly cooked and their taste is just brilliant, just like home. One thing to note: Their gravy is not so spicy. If you like spicy then you will have to tell them to make the food spicy. Service provided by them is also great. Overall , best place for having a meal both for Non-Veg and Veg.
