Best taste of beer. We love beer cafe of Pavillion Ludhiana

Ah!... painful... no fresh beer ... music..can bleed blood from your ears.. .. please if you have some taste for FOOD.. don't go searching for taste... place is good for some beer offers ... nothing more.. (I am discussing for ludhiana ) NIKHIL is only person who saved our day... his charm..and service.. extremly.. good

Good place to enjoy with your friends. Staff is friendly Little bit more costly. And Don't try Chana Masala. Bad combination with beer.

Ordered fried chicken, peri peri chicken pizza and Alfredo cheese n mushroom pasta. Everything was good except Pasta, it had foul smell.

Giving two Star less for the plate you served for chicken wings. It looked so unhygienic. Farm fresh pizza was okayish. Service is good. Good place to have beer. Please stop serving that chicken wing plate highly recommended

Manager amrinder is rude he just making one girl work and just roaming outside or just spending time with his gf ,when asked for bill his words were to call the waiter I am manager ,the poor girl and guy were working hard ,this manager amrinder at pavallion mall shouldent be here he is bring bad name to company and hospitality of beer cafe

Food quality is very poor, even one order took 30-40 minutes. Even I orders one chicken wings and same order took 1 hour. After checked the taste wings are too much Spicy. So I regular visit in cafe but this time I was very disappointed with food quality. So I ll never visit in this cafe and I also pass msgs to my friends. Thanks in advance

Had a great time. Service and food was excellent. Staff ( Manjinder singh ) is very polite and excellent person who served us with smile and asked regularly about food and service.

Everything was very good wonderful but quantity they are giving is lesser and pizza is of worse quality.

I am very disappointed with my experience at the Beer Cafe Ludhiana and would like to file a formal complaint. The service was absolutely terrible - no one bothered to come over to us to take our order, and when we finally managed to flag someone down, most of the items were out of stock. Furthermore, we witnessed a couple leave the bar in frustration after repeatedly trying to get someone's attention to no avail. It was evident that the staff were either understaffed or simply lacked basic service and communication skills. I have visited several bars in Ludhiana, but this was by far the worst experience I have had. It was especially disappointing as we had heard good things about this establishment. I hope that management takes steps to address these issues, as it is unacceptable to treat customers this way. I would expect a full refund for my experience, a written apology, and some assurances that this will not happen again in the future.

The food was subpar, the service was slow, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. we received a system-generated reply that was completely unhelpful and included incorrect contact information. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has tarnished our opinion of your establishment. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and improve your restaurant services.
