Excellent hotel in Ludhiana city... Prominent location and beautiful looks... It's about 6-7 floor and number of rooms present on each floor... There a huge parking place and big restaurant in it. A place... To spend our time...

Worst experience for a 5 star place. First they gave us a wrong room, then the new room’s air conditioning didn’t work. Even after complaining, the AC didn’t do much. The whole night their restroom toilets were leaking, even after complaining they aren’t fixed on priority; guess they want us to control taking a leak… absolute worst experience!

A very good property in Ludhiana. Food is good. Staff is also nice. Hotel is located in the City center and easily accessible from every look and corner. Property is old....

I traveled with my wife and daughter recently. 1. I was given a room which was smelling of cigarette smoke. Later on given a replacement. 2. The quality of food is not up to the mark. Ordered Pasta and veggies, both were served cold and stale. 3. The washrooms were not clean. There were used items left in it. Feedback given to the staff but overall not satisfied with the quality of the hotel.

It was a pleasurable stay. The staff was welcoming, food was delicious, amenities were comforting. Health club of this hotel is a cherry on the top. Highly recommending it because of it’s location on the city. Two malls are within walkable distance.

Very beautiful property for your stay in Ludhiana or any wedding functions if you want to have. The rooms and service everything is good. The breakfast buffet is just amazing with lots of varities of food and amazing taste.

The hotel park plaza is located at the center place. The room found spacious, neat and clean. Overall cleanliness was excellent. Buffet breakfast is served in the morning. You can have different variety food available. Food quality is Ok. People found friendly. Room rates looks to be little higher. Overall stay experience was good. Recommended for stay.

The property was good but the food was average and the service was poor. We had taken the dinner buffet , first there was a confusion among the staff regarding the timing of the buffet , the snacks were served only after we asked for them and that too a meagre amount and service was poor.Not worth recommending !

This park plaza hotel is in a prime location and the rooms are well designed and very comfortable.The overall stay experience was just excellent, will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is situated in heart of city offering multi cuisine and voluptuous food. Rooms are spacious with motored window drape. I liked the privacy door which is fixed in corridor for avoiding full room view from main door. Breakfast has many varieties for vegetarian however they can add some local main course vegetarian cuisine in dinner.

You're one of the great building I have ever seen in the main chowk point of Ludhiana city It was the best experience as a visitor If I talk about the internal part of the building, all the rooms and halls are fully decorated and maintained the meeting hall is eye catching portion of this building The parking facility is so good so here you can park your vehicle's free of cost All in all it was best experience

Whole stay was good, great service, responsive staff and food was excellent. Only one issue, the bed had got BED BUGS that sucked the life out of us for two nights even after the pest spray was done by pest control. Rest all good, thanks for the service.

Worst experience. 3-4 Cockroaches were roaming around breakfast buffet. Not expected such hospitality from Park Plaza. Have also informed this to Manager - Sanjeev over there.

Rooms are good, location is good but Internet connection is not good. If you are on an official trip and want to work via internet in Hotel room, you will not be satisfied. I even complaint at the reception but the quality of internet was not improved. My room was on 5th floor.

If you compare posh hotels around in Ludhiana, undoubtedly park plaza has the most mouth watering cuisine with mesmerizing aroma! Room service is great. Overall unarguably it is oldest and best in town.

Great experience here at the Holiday Inn. The staff are attentive and are very hard working. They did a lot to make us happy. Location is awesome, I'm very much impressed,It was always clean around the hotel. They work very hard to keep the plants watered and weeded. Food at the hotel is very good, both breakfast and dinner, also had a wide selection.

My first visit to Ludhiana and a friend of mine suggested this amazingly beautiful place. The ambience of this place was just awesome and really rich. The staff were very polite & cooperative. All the amenities including room service and food service were upto the mark. Really with the price, best stay one can have.

There is a scope for improvement. Otherwise it is a peaceful place with plenty of options in buffet along with live music. Al fresco dining is available.

We visited The Hotel for a fashion Exhibition named million dollar smile 26,27,28 August. The parking staff was so rude and mannerless, that he was literally shouting at us, for a 2 min delay in loading our vehicle, when we told him brother we are guest to your place be polite, and traveling from far, he replied, We get hundreds of guests like you everyday. I never expected a parking employee shouting at us for not a big reason, as we were not holding any other car or hindrance for other pedastrian. Bad behaviour.

All good just the taste of food. In breakfast as well as dinner the laste of food is not as per expectation. However have good hygiene maintained in this pandemic situation.

Park plaza hotel is place with lots and lots of rooms... From 5000/- to any amount of rooms is available here... There are about 7-8 floor in this hotel and stay in this hotel is good. There is lobby abd the internet is free for the room holders.. The rest room is available and they are neat and clean.

It is very good property in ludhiana. Service provided to guest is better . Thing that i had saw food is properly coverd to guest . It was very appreciable for me .swimming pool, gym , restaurant, bar is good. Had a wonderful stay for me

Representation nd decoration is fabulous ......bt in the lower section .... The bouncers of "THE INDIAN BRIDE " were rude to us ......i visited there as students ....nd according to me they should be more polite with everyone either they are students or visitors..... especially female bouncers need to be more polite nd steady.......

My name is Amandee singh, coming from Delhi, i stayed in 2 days with my family. Booked 2 rooms. 1829 , 1831. No internet. Poor than poor. Reached hotel at 2am, room was not ready. They didnt gave room keys. They forgot to gave.. wow!! Horrible rooms. Broken toilet seat, not cleaned Shower & whole room was dirty. Got them changed twice.Too much disturbance. Not sound proof glasses. Too much noise outside. Can't sleep 2 days. If i know this happened with us. I can't pay..... But they charged us in advanced.... Terrible service. Making hotel and restaurant full despite covid. Fooling people... Very poor service. Overall the stay was very very bad.

It was a great experience at the Hotel Park Plaza Ludhiana. The check-in procedure was smooth and good. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The facilities provided were good. The service was prompt . The breakfast buffet was equally good. The staff was attentive and we're proactive in their approach. The food spread was also nice. The items prepared in the buffet were good. Menu planning was good.

Have to tell you that from a meeting, family dinner to a wedding this place and it's food is really impressive. Ohh yes it's a five star place so mind your pockets😂.

Right from the time we entered, we got one key to the room. No information about wifi or breakfast. Ordered room service that was bought other than what was requested. Asked for an iPhone charger, they don’t have. Asked for a Samsung charger they don’t have. Asked for a 3 pin. They don’t have. Finally some how I manage to get a 3 pin and then the socket in the rooms don’t work. Finally my phone is about to die. All this they made it possible in less than 3 hours of my arrival. I don’t recommend this hotel. It’s just the location is very good .

Stay was really comfortable. Room was quite clean and well maintained. Staff behaviour was so cooperative specially the front desk staff. Food was delicious & hygienic. Overall stay was perfect will come again, kudos to all staff members whom I met there.

He lived in this hotel from 15 to 22 April 2022 in room 1616 and from 24 to 30 April 2022 in room 1606. In general, this hotel is one of the best in Ludhian. Convenient location in the city Center. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, but furniture is already clearly old, needs replacement. In room 1606 was faulty control panel light and did not work TV. Service and hospitality at altitude! The kitchen is mostly Indian, for European sharp or very sharp. I would like more European dishes. But the Indian cuisine is also very tasty. Good luck and success!

My first staycation since the pandemic and it was perfect. The rooms, food, ambience, pool/ spa everything was just what I wanted. We got a room upgrade too which was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the concierge were super friendly and accomodating. The buffet had a nice spread. Looking forward for my next visit.

The rooms need to be renovated. It is very shabby with sofa and bed cushions drooping and lumpy. The wooden flooring is giving way at a number of places. The shower had got pressure in the bathroom. There a little small in the bathroom. The one thing I really liked was the window had a wooden mirror sliding door in front. No light comes in from outside... if you like it dark in the morning so as not to get disturbed with sunlight peeping through curtains this is a great experience. Another plus feature I liked was when you tapped your key card to access the lift it automatically selected the floor number... you did not have to select.. nice. At checkout asked for luggage to be taken.. 2 boys come without baggage trolley. Found it strange as we were 2 rooms hence a lot of small luggage and bags. The porch can accommodate max 2 cars one behind the other ... slope is steep.. the staff does not see if 2 cars are approaching they should ask the front one to stop ahead so that both cars can be accommodated... small things which matter for a better experience. There is a lot of scope for improvement .

having wonderful stay here!! Got nice and spacious room had fun time at pool and gym, enjoying the wide variety of breakfast and dinner buffet!! Service and staff behaviour is good and responses are quick !! Place is situated at centre of City, nice market (name ghumar Mandi) for shopping!! Good for business as well with family travel!
