On my side I don't like it, actually I visited Wild fire and other Barbeque Nation. This place is nothing to according them. The Sound system is so bad 🔉. The snacks are ok. In the main course Dal makhni is good other then other dishes. Place looks old. In sweet dishes i try Faluda🍧 it's not a faluda, in brownie 🍮 it's also under rated, ice cream is not proper froze it was soft and melted after that I don't like anything.

Easily the best service around. The staff is way too courteous. They won't take a single penny in tip, no matter how much you try. They'll try to give you as good an experience as one could hope for. I last went for my anniversary. They gave a complimentary cake(which was very delicious), sang happy anniversary to us and then took a picture. I thought that was for their own use. But instead they got that picture printed and framed it and gave it to us. The food is obviously world class and the desserts mouth watering. A must visit place, no matter where you are!

The experience was pathetic, I have been to many Barbeque nations, I mean of different locations. Never had such an experience, usually, one drink is complimentary, but this time they said it is chargeable and after arguing for a while, they gave it for free. So how was this in their policy, if they changed it so instantly. They have put stale mint leaves as one can see from the pictures.

Barbeque Nation Ludhiana is a real must try. All the dishes are awesome. Having a great variety of starters, main course and desserts, they offer both vegetarian as well as non vegetarian. If you have birthday or anniversary or any other occasion, just inform them and they make sure to celebrate in the best way possible by cutting a cake and cheering all the staff of restaurant. Snacks and food is definitely mouth watering.Though there are some cons too: - The space here is comparatively less than other outlets leading to the area getting crowded with less people only. - I went on a weekday afternoon, it was heavily packed with people. But the disappointment came when the people at BN were not able to serve properly to all the people because of lack in staff. So, it's my suggestion to BN to increase their staff on rush days so as to manage properly. If they improve these things, definitely this place can deserve a 5 ? Important: Always reserve your table in advance on the Barbeque Nation app as due to heavy rush, you may miss your opportunity.

The hospitality was simply amazing..They were not just asking for suggestions but were implementing them there and then..eg. initially the chaap was too dry, when we pointed this out the head chef and manager personally made sure that it was taken into consideration and few minutes later they brought in the newly prepared chaap. Actions like these want you to visit the place again. Even the serving staff was amazing..I visited with my family and without making any special requests they brought in kid size Cutlery and fruits for my niece(3yr old)..Really appreciate this gesture.. Overall lovely dine-in experience with family...Will definitely be visiting again..

So, this happened on a Sunday night, we planned a family dinner at Barbeque Nation as it was my nephew's birthday. We booked a table prior in the morning. When we went there, it was too much crowded. Crowd was not the problem but their Air Conditions was not working properly. I call the person who was incharge but he also had no answer to the problem. He accepted that. Also, the service was slow. Our whole experience of dinner was hampered. They should manage the space well. I recommend everybody please do not visit there in Ludhiana. Now, we have some more good similar type of eating joints where we can have a better experience.

This is the best Barbecue Nation I have visited in India. This branch is never packed, which is a plus. The service is always on time. I have visited 3-4 times and I really love the prawns. They are big, creamy, and most importantly, fresh. Other items like fish, chicken, and crispy corn are also really tasty and fresh. Me and my Family Members had dinner at this place on 3rd October 2022. The food was stinking and we really didnt liked the ambience at all. No cleanliness at all. Earlier the place used to be clean and tidy but not now. Service was bad and we all members of the family are suffering from severe headache, cold and throat infection. Because of bad food quality, I wont ever suggest anyone going to this place anymore. I have attached the bill invoice from that day as well.

This place is very good for doing friends get-together, small parties, birthday celebration and family gathering and many more occasion. You can enjoy good gathering with good food and specially unlimited food. But the only criteria is to book the space in advance or you have to wait and wait for longer time as they have continues customers pouring in. If you are there to celebrate the Birthday, they will serve th birthday cake also and with music and clapping fron the staff. They make your birthday very memorable and very very special.
