It is a great place to grab a cup of coffee and have some food. The food is good but a bit on the higher side in prices. Overall it's a great to visit place if you are in the town.

We went for a Dinner on Friday evening. As expected the Restaurant was almost full, thankfully we had booked our table. It has fantastic ambiance and there are natural plants and flowers all over . The food was authentic and delicious with good portions . Prices of dishes were commensurate to quality and quantity. Menu is vast and it took us some time to decide with helpful servers. Their tagline is "an oasis in a chaos". This place is exactly as they say. I have been to Ludhiana many times and this is my one go to place for a cup of coffee and a bowl of snack. They never disappoint me with their service and hospitality. The service is 5/5. This place is at one of the busiest crossroads in town yet so peaceful. Ambience is amazing..the greenery around you will take all your tiredness and refreshes you with it's cool vibes. You will forget the outside world with a sip of coffee and calmness around you. Food is good but a bit on the higher side in prices. However, it's worth it.

Ambience is the high point. Food is good not great but it isn't bad either so you have a good time. Pricing is a little steep but the ambiance kind of makes up for it. All in all its a good place to dine.

The place is pretty good and can be a saver in the scorching heat of the month of April, has amazing coolers and drinks, the taste was really refreshing and appropriately priced, may be a bit on the higher side however the ambiance and the service made up for it. The staff is really patient and understanding however I did notice the mention of The restaurant levy 10% of Service Charge and when confirming with the staff that becomes mandatory for a person to pay then. However the service was good so instead of tipping the service staff, I just went ahead with the service charges but I'd like the restaurant to remove that or atleast not make it flat out mandatory for the customer. It is illegal to do so. Otherwise the experience was overall good and soothing! Recommended!

Food is nice. Its a typical fine-dine place for a nice lunch or dinner. The staff member Shicka was very nice. She has a welcoming smile and she works very fast and with accuracy. Staff is very nice overall. Ambience is pleasing and prices are upwards but they speak according to the place and service.

We have tried there Lasagne and it is the worst Lasagne I have ever tried. Service is also very slow. If you are a Lasagne lover go for Hot breads and don't come here. You will get a good ambience but not good food at all.

It is always a delightful experience being here, we came here specially to have their cheesecake as I have earlier tried their blueberry cheesecake which is worth drooling for cheesecake lover, this time me and a friend of mine has coffee Caramel Cheesecake slice and it was as per our expectations, really enjoyed being here!

It’s a good place where u can hang out with friends and family. A little bit on the expensive side. Ambience is good, food is good. We ordered a red sauce pasta, a white sauce pasta, spring rolls, one large pizza, one paneer tikka platter, and mock tails for 5 and the bill generated was approximately Rs. 4700. Reviews: Will not recommend white sauce pasta. Spring rolls filling just had grated cabbage, so the taste was mild. Red sauce pasta and paneer tikka 👌🏻👌🏻 Pizza was great but extra virgin olive oil drizzled on top was really extra making it very oily.

This used to be one of the best options in Ludhiana for quality, great tasting food. I found over the years they have compromised on quality a bit and made their portion sizes smaller. The coffee options are great but again they have cut down to smaller cups. Great dessert options. The atmosphere is great.

The food and ambience as usual was exquisite. The Last time I visited was 3 years ago and the taste, quantity and service were just the same amazing gastronomic delights. They had definitely added a lot more variety into their menu as well. Would visit it again and again

I used to think this place has a set high standard of quality food & services but I was really disappointed on 18.02 2023 evening dinner. I ordered a particular fish for snacks ,it took almost 35 minutes to reach the table after that the presentation was very bad with cheese powder sprinkled on it ,it smelled like a rotten fish with some top ups of salad n yuck cheese powder, it smelled so bad that I could have thrown on the table ,I asked the waiter to clear it from the table as I could see the fish was not fresh . The other snacks were also not upto mark. I informed Mr Gautam later who was very patient to hear n understand the issue. The service was very very bad literally had to beg for service. I called the owner ,he said he is in chd n I never heard back from him in the morning or afternoon. I paid the bill n left the place. It's a total disappointment now.

A pleasent experience! The moment you enter this restaurant, what actually steals the show is the excellent ambience. A silent and aromatic atmosphere which actually is quite a rare thing to see in Ludhiana's restaurants. I don't remember the names of all the dishes that I have had during all my visits; actually you need to check the ingredients mentioned under the dish name and then order accordingly if you're also not very familiar with the italian cuisine. Coming to food. It serves really outstanding food. Especially the dishes based on rice. My personal favorite is their rissotto, sheer brilliance. Then their veg. lasagna is probably the best in the town. Then their warm salad and cantonese fried and crispy noodles are some of the best starters you can have. Now what's actually best about 226 is that not just italian but their indian cuisine too is a blast. Have some achari paneer tikka for an indian starter. Then their paneer fajitas and paneer butter masala for main course are extraordinary. Overall, this is literally a 5 on 5 restaurant for me. Strongly recommended.

Bistro will always have a special place in our hearts,for all lovely the memories of our first date to brunching with the girls and the goodbyes from college days. The ambience is very quaint and romantic. Surprisingly elements of contemporary and modern fuse with the Tibetan prayer flags on the terrace and give you a place you never want to leave! Some nights we’d just come by for some nice coffee with their dreamy apple pie and life’s problems would seem so small, time would stand still for a while. Lasagne and the Shepard’s pie are my favourites. Their music has always been perfect and they have a table setting for every mood. I’ve always wanted to go for the open mic nights, maybe someday.

Due to Omicron was stuck eating at the hotel n the only restaurant that was open was Bistro 226 . The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, from dosas to eggs n croissants. The chole bhature reminded me of taste of yesterdays from dhabas like Gianni di Hatti and Rajinder's. All the dishes had distinct and authentic flavors. Was not that impressed by the Dinner buffet so ordered Ala carte and was once again was impressed by the great tasting dishes. The food was so good and varied that I never got tired of eating in the same restaurant for the the three days we were there. My wife remarked even how good the congee was!

Nice ambience and atmosphere with good music collection. But need to improve the quality of food. We ordered six dishes and only two were good of them. Quinoa salad was perfect with proper juicy dressing. Labanese Mezze platter was not good, falafel and breads were of very bad quality but pickle was good. In paneer tikka lime leaf, there was no proper marinations and paneer was very hard. Risotto was missing flavours and garlic bread was very hard like rusk. There was no ginger flavour in soya ginger vegetables. Overall it was very average experience.
