The staff are very very friendly and do anything to help. They are amazing! The room is spacious and with lovely decor, all the facilities for a comfortable stay are here. The price is very reasonable indeed. I Highly recommend this hotel.

It is well located , near main and commercial centers. A decent place for celebration. Banquet hall and conference hall are good. Rooms are well done and bathroom is very big. Reservation/enquires on room availability can be requested by phone, Email , online booking. Delicious food served with love.

We had large group booking with this hotel but they decided to make us wait as the hotel rooms were not ready. Secondly it was never notified about the amenities provided with the rooms. When we left the rooms these people suddenly decide to check our rooms and said they are missing a hair dryer which was never there and charged us extra for the thing. Poorly managed staff and hotel. Stay cautious if you plan booking with this hotel.

Very pathetic service. They never provide room on time they delay it for minimum 3hrs and charge you full for it. Also they put false allegations on guest for theft and ask to pay for it. They say they are 3 start but not worth it in case of service. Ambiance is good but they won’t treat u well.

Looks great the quality and quality of the food is amazing. I found this hotel at an average price for hotels in the overall area. AC room is very wonderfull. You can find better places in this area with good quality food at affordable prices.

We have spent two nights in this hotel and the stay was perfect. Budget friendly and apt for the money spent. Recommend it for small stays and you will certainly like it. Food is added advantage.

The Worst hotel not only in Ludhiana but in all of Punjab. The manager Suraj Berma is probably the most incompetent and inept manager I've ever seen in the hotel industry along with his entire staff. The place is very old and the service is pathetic. Better to avoid this place at all costs!!

Worst ever experience. Cheap people, poor management, no hospitality. Mannerless and rude manager named Suraj. Before booking sweet and afterwards arrogant. Not all worth recommending. No coordination within, harassed people attending my guests, spoken rudely.... Never..never never go there

Worst service in Punjab I think!! Definitely go to a roadside dhabha which I think would be 1000 times better!! Worst staff and I think all were drunk as well! People were at their worst behaviour!! Would not recommend it to my worst enemy!! Specially were unhygienic serving with dirty hands didn’t have manners to hold food.

Overrated room and food, better options available near by. Reception staffs are very incompetent to deal with customers. I have been to this hotel 2-3 times in past but the way reception staffs behaved this time, complete NO to stay in the GRAND MARIAN HOTEL in future now. Very neat and clean, well maintained and well managed by hotel team, value to money and food quality is very good, staff is cooperative and polite, i love to visit again, i click so many pics in different frames, good interior and decoration, i feel amazed, god bless the hotel team.

The food was stale and dal makhani was sour. The manager of the Hall was not accepting his mistake even though the staff was agreeing that food was not cooked properly. Poor service by the waiters. In addition to this there was hair in the sponge balls. We had a very bad experience on our special day. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to host their occasions in their banquet halls.

Worst experience. Don't book if you want peaceful sleep or confirm if they are having wedding on same day. I had worst experience. They book 2 weddings on even weekdays. Rooms are just above wedding halls. Loud music plays till 1:15 AM when Govt. Rule is till 11:00 PM. I stayed on Thrusday night when on work tour. I complained at 1:00 AM after long wait. Staff defends by saying they stop music when customer complaints

I had my engagement function here and it was a really very bad experience. Their staff was really very irritating and didn’t know how to behave with the customers. Their washrooms were also not clean and they promised us to give us two rooms and give us only one. After asking many times, they arranged a room but after 2 hours of waiting😠 The food was good but the decoration and stage were OK. They did not perform as promised.

I have visited this hotel on one of my trips. I had a awesome experience. Cleanly maintained, classy ambience, wonderful service and awesome hospitable staff. This is a must visit.You will love this place and crave to visit more once you are there. It's located in a well established locality and you will find many visiting attractions around near by. You can go for a stroll and see them too. Easy to book and easy chekin friendly staff.

Gone for a family dinner. Food quality was good. But the service was worst than the worst as there was no rush in restaurant. After one hour they are replying we don't have chicken kabab after taking the order.

I recently attended an event at this restaurant, and I must say it was a very disappointing experience. The snacks were poorly cooked and tasteless. To make matters worse, within half an hour of the function starting, all the snack bowls were empty. Moving on to the main course, everything was bland, and the Dal Makhani was surprisingly sour. As if that wasn't enough, I found a hair in the sweet dish (rasgulla). Also, on encountring with the manager explaining about the food, he denied everything. On asking the staff they agreed that the food was sour. Moreover, manager started fighting with us. I have all the videos and timestamp with me to prove myself. Whole in whole my function got ruined and I strongly not recommend anyone to host their party here.

Very bad experience observed at functions attended on dated 27th November 2023 as daal makhni was very sour. When party complaint to manager, his behavior was very bad, he shows his irresponsibility . Rather he used to mis behave with the party. We attend the function and now we have lost faith in service of this Hotel.

Never book a Banquet here with prior assurance that the booking is allotted to you for the whole day else the Banquet will not be vacated timely for your Party on the same day and they will spoil your entire event.

Very dirty hotel . Rooms smell very bad that you can't breath. Cockroaches in the room . I cancelled my reservation from the same day I can't stay 1 hour in the garbage place like this hotel. Never will come back to you .

Stayed in Presidential suit but there was no running hot water in d shower. Overall d place is clean and well maintained

My room number 216 was full of cigarette smell then I requested to change the room. We were shifted to room number 220 . All was good but hotelvstaff was not clarify about their services as well as duties. We have to say everytime to change toiletries n tea stuff but they never done on first request. Than at reception we were always asked sir Aaj aapka check out hai Then my car was never washed i requested many times I said I'll pay for it but totally negative behaviour n rude staff I'll try to never visit here again Feeling sorry for the owner that there staff is ruining his reputation as well image of hotel staff Thank you

Extremely bad service and the manager was the worst everrr. Me and my family came to this hotel after 6 months last time it was good but this time the management was veryyy veryyy extremely bad. We ordered the food at 9:15pm it came at 9:50pm and most of the things were not available. The food we ordered was delayed for 1 hour or so. The service was very veryy badd EXTREMELY!!!!! this restaurant in the hotel is very very bad i will not recommend it at all. We got very annoyed after it took an hour for us to get the food and half of the things were not even there and the staff had no clue what they were doing!!! The manager was very bad, in the end we got sooo annoyed that we told them we will not give the money beause we left the food it was cold and it was disgusting the staff didn’t know how to hold the food very unhigenic. In the end after we told them we are going and they started to threaten us and make a video of us. This is not how you manage this!! THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL AND RESTAURANT EVER!!!! Never visit it !!!!!!!

We just organsied an event in this hotel. The hotel Room, Food and facilities were at good, at par with any such hotel category. The bad part of the hotel is they have a pathetic approach towards guest interaction. The unprofessional attitude being in the hospitality industry surprised us. What we observed the the unprofessionalism runs right from the top the General Manager unprofessionalism flow downline to the bottom. On one accasion one of the restaurant employee made our guest to put down the plates after picking the plates from our buffet due to their internal confusion. Needless to say some of the low level employees like cleaners, servers exceeded the expectation. If you are organising an event, i would recommend to go to better place even spending a little more with professional approach. Sunil Keshkar

Affordable hotel stay rent with breakfast, but i did not find staff helpfull. Wifi was not working properly ,4 to 5 times I called reception for internet issue but did not got resolved also Gym was there but not opened i dont know why, no swimming pool no games. We stayed for 3500 rs for 3 people in single room.

Location is good, Cleanliness Good, Behavior of staff good. Wash room has glass door which is transparent from some places, other person can see inside out

Poor service, totally unsupportive staff. I forgot my things there and asked them to courier it to me( for which I had told them that I would pay) but they were like that they have never heard of courier service and they don't do any couriers at all( LOL). During the stay, they had poor roim service and the restaurant was shut throughout the day. Have you ever heard of any 3 star hotel with no restaurant services throughout the day? Well, you can come and visit one.

Very bad experience. I wish i would give below of one star due to single person. Mr ankur, manager is really egoistic person i don't know what kind of attitude he is taking with him. Will never go in this hotel again It is just the hotel ambience is good people are coming for functions but the way ankur is doing there , misbehaving, talking rudely with customers clients the hotel owners soon get its bad affect on the brand name.
