I was there for lunch n found place is much crowded, people often visit it, it was my first visit , less menu , many things on many were unavaivble damn , had to order from selective menu , i had chicken strip box and classic chicken Zinger combo , chicken stuff was nyc but fries are less in quantity as per highway outlets also 1 typ of veg burger . First tym ever since i started visiting kfc i found less options on outlet even they don't have cheese slices 😂😂😂. God wonder how this places is doing, with shortage of core resources. Worst ever experience. This is not KFC at all. The products and the services they provide are not even closer to KFC standards. My recommendation is that nobody should vist the place for food.

Worst experience in kfc jmd Mall ludhiana. Chicken was not good. They don't serve fresh made chicken. We paid 600 for meal all money wasted..This was our first and last visit there. Please try another branch of kfc.so that money not get wasted. Thanks

Food is good at this outlet as you can guess with brand name. Service is a bit weak because sometimes food isn't that perfect due to employee negligence. Also sometimes in hot days atmosphere isn't that good according to my personal experience. Otherwise everything is 👍🏻 Review updated Food was good but service was bad. I'd order a meal which was billed with a medium pepsi. They gave me the pepsi then i had my meal. My meal was not over but pepsi finished so i ordered another regular pepsi worth rs 72. When i got back to my table after getting my pepsi i found the pepsi glass i got earlier was the same size as the new one. I checked my bill medium pepsi was written over the bill but i got regular pepsi. After i complained about it, they offered me another small sized glass of pepsi. Which was useless for me because i can't take a third glass of pepsi but if they had offered me medium pepsi earlier then I don't need to order another 72 rs pepsi. The staff was like if you can't take the 3rd glass then we can't do anything for that. Very bad experience this time . To the KFC Team, Please take care of these kinds of matters so that further no customer needs to feel this type of humiliation.

Staff is extremely good here but the french fries at this place are always dry. the place is also overall less clean due to the bad mall maintenance

I ordered 5 pc grilled smoky , large popcorn and found that 2 leg piece is half in my order, popcorn is not krispy and not chilli lemon seasoning on it. Then I think I waste my money. Bcoz order is not upto the mark.

Place is good! Tast is also Fine! Need to focus on service & Cleanliness! Washroom area needs a maintenance! Also focus for the Parking Facilities! Because it's a good space for parking on the front of Restaurant but it's freezed out for some reason so if you want to dine in you have to park your vehicle in mall's parking! Which is not very comfortable thing! Hope to improve ASAP!

They take unnecessary charges even after applying the deal of the day as well, No proper packaging materials if we order a big order. Go for Mcd instead of wasting money on KFC.

Good place all around in the heart of city. Quality is always at its best. Me n my friends visited today for a family get together. One thing i did not like that neither card machine nor gpay/phone pe was working. This was not expected from such a large chain.

The worst KFC …. To be honest I’ve eaten in almost every KFC from north to south …. But today it was my worst experience at KFC LUDHIANA JUNCTION … NO DIPS … WRONG ITEMS ….. NO REFUND ….. is this how KFC treat their customers in Ludhiana ???? …… YUKKKKKKKK …… Smokey chicken legs were like injected and taste less …. Very very bad taste … in the end … I throw it alll …….. I request you to kindly prefer FRUITS over KFC ………. I asked for a refund …….. they just provided me with ₹155 ……. DUCK ……. Keep it guys !!!!! PLEASE DON’T GIVE THIS KIND OF FOOD TO THE PEOPLE …. I used to eat at KFC while living in Kenya but now have stopped having Non Veg food. Turned Vegiterian. But their crispy chicken combo with fries was good. Many times I had it during lunch hours. In India I just had chicken bucket in Mumbai back in 2013.

Nice and hygienic place with well known delicious Kentucky fried chicken, there is no doubt in it. But it is pretty busy during weekends due to their delicious chicken. Must visit.
