All staff is rude. They even don't know how to attend customer. They refused to show us anything as they had nothing to sell. One person send us on 2nd floor to fullfill our requirement and that salesgirl sent us to ground floor again by saying that they had nothing to show us. When again came to ground floor. They r not interested in selling their products. I had complained to their owner. But he shows no interest....good selling ethics....

This was my first visit to the place. It was a good experience. They attend the customer very well. They have lots of variety in suits. Also have stitched and semi stitched suits , party wear , casuals both. They also provide stitching services. Must visit for variety.

Batra Plaza is an amazing cloth store I use to visit for more than 35 years. Outstanding in Ghumar Mandi for party wear, bridal dresses and fancy suits !!!

Out of most shops in Ghumar Mandi I the best experience at Batra Plaza! Affordable prices, kind staff and large selection of dresses. Sheetal was very kind to us and accommodating with everything we needed. Definitely ask for her when shopping, we will be back again just because of her!

Their customer service is very bad I did online shopping from there shop what I asked for my wedding lehenga they did not provided that same stuff when they were explaining us online literally the stuff that they sent it was way different and faler was so short I asked them to give me full faler but they said yes it’s full faler 7 meter but it was only 4 meter what they were showing and explaining us in online was not that stuff that I got it was so hard stuff that I can not even imagine wearing that hard stuff on my laavan … I wasted so much money buying and parcel my wedding lehenga when I got delivered at my place I wear it was not able to sit in lehenga they tightened so much the lady that they provided for stitching she didn’t do her job good at all it’s very bad service .SUGGEST NEVER DO ONLINE SHOPPING FROM THEIR SHOP !!!! BAD EXPERIENCE ,,, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .. ITS REQUEST TO BATRA STAFF AT LEAST VALUE TIME AND MONEY OTHERS 🙏

Nice shop & atmosphere....one thing I don't like is that they don't do returns...only exchanges. They must accept returns...Sometimes it's hard to find your likings at one place but still you end up buying the stuff under the influence of store lighting......Later once you reach home you are like oh no it doesn't suit you.

Purchased 2 outfits whilst visiting from UK. The staff were extremely professional and were able to make the necessary adjustments within a few days. Very impressed will certainly order from them again
