Unpleasant shopping experience..... We recently visited Shoppers Stop at Pavilion Mall Ludhiana. For buying a few apparel. Unfortunately the experience was not at all ok. We had two awful experiences. One during the cloth trial & second at the billing counter. During the cloth trial, one security lady came & took our original clothes along without even asking. What a shame 😱 For billing, we took almost 25-30 minutes to get our payment done. Even after payment was done, we realised at exit the tag pin was not removed by the sales person at the billing counter. And we were further embarassed & stopped at exit. I strongly not recommend this place for shopping. Staff & sales team is too immature....

When I visit shopers stop I face billiing problom, One cash counter is permanent closed there.

Verybad experience This shoppers stop is nothing compared to Hyderabad stores Limited brands Very bad staff and delayed billing due to shortage of billing counters

The good thing about this brand is to bring unknown brands like Yves Rocher to India...I had to buy perfumes and toiletries only from France or select International airports and now it's available in Shoppers Stop 👍

The a.c. was not working in try room. Asked to the executive but he refused to so the same. Poor experience

very bad experience At pavilion mall shoppers stop ,ladies section no body was there for help us ,when we approach to someone she told us she is going on lunch break, after 1 hour we choose the some articles and going for billing , at the billing counter staff not available , we ask about store manager but nobody did called to anyone, i suggest to everyone do not visit at shoppers stop,

Worst staff seen ever . They take 1 hour to exchange and even after dat exchange gets incomplete. There systems are super slow and many not even work. Counters don’t have sales persons . One have to keep calling them on counter. Zero level of professionalism in shopper stop Ludhiana.

Everything under one roof. Good place to update your wardrobe.

Store hv selected articles in category......means all r good articles dont hv useless articles.....to raise the number....

The services from here are too weak...they harrass us for 3 hours just because of their first citizen memeber ship card... really weak service believe me there is no benifit in getting that....

First experience of Shoppers Stop was in Bangalore. They are still maintaining same style. I wish if they can catchup with market in clothing section. Rest was all Nostalgia. Should go once if in Pavillion mall Ludhiana.
