Dirtiest place I have ever visited. I can see multiple mice and a lot of some kind of flies. Don't go there, no one knows what is happening in the kichen area 🤮. This will make people hate Domino's whole company with this kind of place. Edit: I would like this place to be reviewed and closed down if it stays this unhygienic.

The food is so bad that i cant write here, i fell sick, in burger they add paneer and cheese instead of veg patty, they only add expiry date chesse which will make you sick, never ever try this, only mc d alo tiky burger, and pizza mcpuff is good,

Last year I visited to Domino’s .It was amazing experience,staff was friendly .It was taking little time to ready my order ,at that time I did chitchat with one of the staff member.I forgot my order during talk .The another thing is that,most of the staff members were youngsters which was creating a same leves of environment.All in all all things were perfectly arranged and served.

Domino's mall road Ludhiana is a good outlet of dominos pizza...you can place your order before hand and pick the order ..or you may sit and eat the food over there..you can also have delivery option ...takey away option is also there ... pizza's have a huge variety ...they also serve normal range to higher price range food..garlic bread and pasta are also good .choco lava cake is also tasty...must visit 😻😻🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

Oil was literally dripping from the pizza and I was recommended to soak excess oil using tissue. Horrible experience. The staff doesn’t even know how to cook!?!? They wouldn’t even replace and was informed that it would not harm me. These pictures are after the oil was soaked using 3 tissues.

Good place to enjoy the meal and to go with friends for party etc. Sitting facility is 50-50?. You can't sit properly. But as you know in every dominos there is same menu and pizzas

They did not allow me to use Sodexo card and behaved rudely. They were treated me like i am a hacker and tried to steal their money because they didn't knew what is sodexo card.

I ordered pizza it was worse. I love Domino's but after this experience I'll never visit or never recommend anyone to visit here such a worst experience. Atleast staff can recommend something billing is not good they don't provide full bill they just gave me my ordering slip with my order I asked for my bill and it was such a worse experience

Staff was extremely helpful and polite even it was their closing, the services were very fast and preparation was also neat & clean. Would recommend visiting for Pizza to friends.

The quality of food no doubt was excellent....but the AC in the ambience was not working n too many flies were there..... moreover the payment for my order was taken on the personal number of Yashpal n when I asked him to take the payment on Domino's payment option, he refused saying that your amount will get struck...... On repeated request to take the payment through Domino's, he refused.......it took almost more than 15 minutes to get my order after I received the sms that 'the order is ready'.......my order details are also not visible on the Domino's app....... this was my worst experience till date......hope to get a positive feedback from you.......

There is no need to comment on the taste of Domino's Pizza but I must say that this particular outlet is very bad when it comes to the cleanliness of tables, floors, and washrooms. So, I prefer takeaway from this outlet...that too because this is the closest one from my home.

Not delivered in train which was running late by schedule (still unable to deliver) Train was halted for 15 min even behroz and fasos delivered. Plus arrogant staff justifying the matter. Order was confirmed 1 hr before the train arrived at Ludhiana junction. Poor service and worst behaviour. Now sitting hungry and waiting to reach destination 😒

Domino's is always best option for Pizzas, the aroma and envoirnment I'm any Domino's Pizza outlet grab you for yummiest pizzas. Frankly I always prefeer pan singles pizzas as they are tasty as well as pocket freindly. Other pizzas are little coslty when you try them with more than 2 persons.

Had a really bad experience at this branch of Dominos, staff is not good, they says the offer is not available, even when it is showing online, then i ordered online for 6 pizzas, then they accepted the order and start preparing. Also, even in summers, they dont allow to have drinking water from water dispenser. Moreover, washroom was not clean and completely unhygienic.

The mall road Ludhiana franchise is the worst they don't even have the full menu. Hygiene is too poor. The staff isn't helpful at all. I mean i would really never dine in again at this place. A dhabha on the road would have given me better experience

Ordered Parantha Pizza, liked it, was different, not that spicy as I love right amount of spicy taste, taste improved a lot with Oregano and Chilli flakes.Then ordered Veg Loaded Pizza.....The Best Pizza in budget.....simply best, loved it.....yummmmmmm 😋😋

Today i visit domino's Nd i place my order online they call me nd ask me that they have no red velvet lava cake so they give me choco lava cake nd the differe is 30 rs cheaper then red velvet cake when i ask her they told me that when invoice in generated they have nothing to do, very bad service one time i have no change of 10 ra they denied to give me carry bag so i use my credit card for 10 rS, they why i pay 30Rs extra, Before this i place a order to pick up from out let nd they did not give me full order they forget to give botal of pepsi they i came to home i called to outlet they ask me came nd collect or they will add 60rs in my wallet but nothing is happen when i call again they ask me wait for 24 hour but no result, ,, Very bad service by domino's nd i relly never visit domino's again better to sit another place....

Worst Pizza and Stuffed Garlic I had. I ordered Paneer Stuffed Garlic Bread and the bread itself is over fermented and stuffing inside’s has a very bad smell. Also, For Farmhouse Pizza I ordered, the whole pizza is soggy and there is not any corrugated sheet under pizza. Worst Pizza from dominos I ever had so far

I always got table whenever I got there to eat. The staff is cooperative and helps. The taste and flavor is amazing they cook amazing pizzas and extras with pizzas. The pricing is ok 👌 too. I always love to eat medium size pizza 🍕 as large is too big for single person. And garlic 🧄 bread is my favourite to get with the pizza 🍕.
